本发明实施例提供一种频谱资源的指示方法、装置及系统,涉及通信技术领域,能够提高数据的传输效率。该方法包括:接入网设备获取终端设备支持频谱资源的能力和终端设备的业务需求,并且接入网设备根据终端设备支持频谱资源的能力和终端设备的业务需求,为终端设备确定频谱资源信息,以及接入网设备向终端设备发送频谱资源指示消息,该频谱资源指示消息用于指示该频谱资源信息。
