Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
One particular form of article storage space is a warehouse in which articles such as goods may be stored. The item storage space may be referred to simply as a storage space or space. The computer equipment can be provided with a storage space management system to manage the storage space and the processes of entering, storing, exiting and the like of articles in the storage space.
Before the storage space management system is used, an initialization process is needed, that is, the parameters of the storage space are configured by using basic data such as attribute data or control data of the storage space. Wherein, the initialization process of the article storage space can also be called a configuration process or an opening process; the underlying data for configuration may also be referred to as configuration parameters.
In practical applications, a plurality of storage spaces are usually provided, and each storage space needs a corresponding storage space management system, so that a plurality of storage space management systems need to be provided on a computer device. Currently, each storage space management system is manually configured by an operator at initialization.
For example, when a storage space management system A for managing the warehouse a needs to be set up, parameters of the storage space management system A, such as warehouse basic attribute data, warehouse management role information, information of goods storage containers in the warehouse and the like, are manually configured; when the warehouse B storage space management system B needs to be set up, parameters of the storage space management system A, such as warehouse basic attribute data, warehouse management role information, in-warehouse goods storage container information and the like, are manually configured.
However, the item storage space typically has some common configuration parameters, and the values of the further configuration parameters are the same. Specifically, the same type of article storage space has the same configuration parameters, and the type may be embodied as the type of articles stored in the article storage space. For example, the article is a fresh class, then the warehouse is a fresh class warehouse; the articles are small household appliances, and the warehouse is a small household appliance type warehouse.
Therefore, the configuration method of the storage space management system is provided, and the configuration is carried out by using the configuration template, so that the process of initializing the storage space management system is simplified, and the labor cost is saved.
Referring to FIG. 1, a flow of a method of configuration of a storage space management system is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the flow specifically includes the following steps S101 to S103.
S101: in response to a configuration instruction to the target storage space management system, a type of the target storage space management system is determined.
When a storage space management system needs to be created, a user can input a configuration instruction to the computer equipment, and the computer equipment responds to the configuration instruction to execute a subsequent configuration method of the storage space management system. It should be noted that, the configuration instruction may not be input by the user, but may be generated by the computer device according to the internal requirement. For ease of description, the storage space management system to be created may be referred to as a target storage space management system.
The number of the target storage space management systems may be one or more. In the case where there are a plurality of target storage space management systems, this step and the subsequent steps may be executed sequentially or simultaneously. In addition, the types of the plurality of target storage space management systems may be the same or different. If the types of the target storage space management systems are the same, the configuration templates determined by step S102 for the plurality of target storage space management systems are the same, and then step S103 may use the same configuration template to configure parameters for the plurality of target storage space management systems, thereby realizing one-time initialization of the plurality of target storage space management systems.
S102: and determining a configuration template corresponding to the type of the target storage space management system based on the type of the target storage space management system.
Wherein a configuration template of at least one storage space management system may be provided, the configuration template being associated with a type of storage space management system. Thus, based on the type of target storage space management system, a configuration template corresponding to the target storage space management system may be determined.
The configuration template includes at least one parameter associated with an attribute of the storage space management system, and the storage space management system can be configured using the parameter in the configuration template. It should be noted that, the providing may be preset, or may be dynamically provided, that is, the large data of the usage situation of the storage space may be collected, the attribute that needs to be included in the storage space management system is determined according to the large data of the usage situation of the storage space, and then the parameter that is included in the configuration template is determined according to the attribute of the storage space management.
In one example, a template library is preset, where the template library includes configuration templates that correspond to the type of the target storage space management system. For example, if the type of the target storage space management system is a small household appliance, setting a corresponding configuration template for the target storage space management system of the small household appliance type; and setting a corresponding configuration template for the target storage space management system of the fresh type if the type of the target storage space management system is fresh.
After receiving the configuration instructions, the computer device may first determine the type of storage space management system to be created. And further, determining the configuration template corresponding to the storage space management system to be created according to the determined type and the corresponding relation between the type of the storage space management system and the configuration template. For ease of description, the determined configuration template may be referred to as a target configuration template.
S103: the target storage space management system is configured based on the configuration template.
The configuration template comprises one or more parameter identifiers, and the parameter identifiers have corresponding parameter values. The process of configuring parameters of the storage space management system using the configuration template may include using a parameter identifier in the configuration template as a parameter identifier of the target storage space management system, or using a parameter value in the configuration template as a parameter value corresponding to the parameter identifier in the target storage space management system, or both.
The first configuration mode is to set parameter types for the target storage space management system so as to determine which parameters can be set by the target storage space management system, so that the target storage space management system using the configuration mode does not need to determine which parameters are set in advance, and the parameters can be set directly according to a configuration template, and the target storage space management system can set parameter values of the parameters manually or in other modes. In a second configuration, the target storage space management system may preset some types of parameters, but these parameters do not have corresponding parameter values, and the configuration template may set parameter values for these parameters. In the third configuration mode, the configuration template not only can set parameters for the target storage space management system, but also can set corresponding parameter values for the parameters, and the starting process of the target storage space management system is more convenient.
The storage space management system is used for managing or controlling the storage space, such as controlling the flow and the mode of storing the articles into the storage space. The management or control process requires the use of parameters, which may include standardized parameters as well as personalized parameters. Wherein the standardized parameters can be set by a configuration template, and the personalized parameters can be manually configured.
The parameters (parameter identification and/or parameter values) in the configuration template correspond to the type of storage space, the parameters of different types of storage spaces being different. The type of storage space may be embodied as the type of item to be stored, and thus what type of item is to be stored, the parameters of that type of storage space management system are set using the corresponding type of configuration template.
For ease of understanding, the parameters in the configuration templates are illustrated below.
For example, parameters for a certain type of storage space include: attribute parameters, library location parameters, role parameters, lot attribute parameters, container parameters, quality inspection station parameters, and mix-put policy parameters.
The attribute parameters are used for representing basic information of the storage space, such as information of names, identifications, positions, types and the like; the warehouse location parameter is used for representing information such as warehouse location identification, position, specification, requirement and the like of the storage space; the role parameter is used for representing information of various user roles of managing the storage space, such as quality inspector, goods picking person, manager and the like; the batch attribute parameter is used for representing information such as production batch, production date and the like of the articles stored in the storage space; the container parameters are used for representing device information used for storing, picking and transporting the articles in the storage space; the quality inspection table parameters are used for representing position information for monitoring the storage and picking of the articles in the storage space; the mix policy parameter is used to indicate information about other types of items that can be mixed with a certain type of item in the storage space after the certain type of item is stored in the storage space.
Of course, the above parameters are merely examples, and other parameters may be used in practical applications, and the present application is not limited to the specific type of parameters.
In the prior art, when a management system of a storage space needs to be created, a creator configures corresponding parameters for the management system of the storage space, and the configuration process consumes higher labor cost. In addition, the creator is not necessarily familiar with the details of each storage space, is prone to error and is not efficient in configuration. According to the technical scheme, the configuration template is set in advance according to the type of the storage space before implementation, the storage space of the same type corresponds to the same configuration template, when one storage space management system needs to be established, the type of the storage space management system is firstly determined, the configuration template corresponding to the type is selected, and parameters of the storage space management system are configured by using the configuration template, so that the process of manually configuring parameters of the management system is omitted, and further, the configuration mode is more convenient and the configuration efficiency is higher.
Generally, the configuration parameters include a plurality of types, and different types of configuration parameters need to be configured in different configuration pages. In the manual configuration mode in the prior art, the parameters of the page can be configured to the corresponding page only by manually inputting the page address or selecting the page to be jumped to. The configuration parameters of the mode are complex and cumbersome.
In the application, all configuration parameters can be set in the same configuration page, or in the case of containing a plurality of configuration pages, a jump relationship between the configuration pages can be preset, and the jump is performed based on the jump relationship, so that manual control of the jump is omitted. The second mode is specifically described below.
In order to achieve the above object, see fig. 2, which shows a specific implementation flow of step S103 in the configuration method of the target storage space management system, the flow may include the following steps S201 to S203.
S201: and determining a configuration page corresponding to the target storage space management system.
The parameters configured for the target storage space management system may be displayed on a configuration page, so that a user (i.e., a creator of the target storage space management system) may see the parameters configured for the target storage space management system, such as which parameters are configured, and what the parameter values of the parameters are.
Therefore, corresponding configuration pages are preset for various types of storage space management systems, and the number of the configuration pages corresponding to the same type of storage space management system can be multiple.
Taking the parameter example in the configuration template as an example, if 7 parameters including an attribute parameter, a library position parameter, a role parameter, a batch attribute parameter, a container parameter, a quality inspection table parameter and a mixing policy parameter are required to be configured when a certain target storage space management system is configured, a corresponding configuration page is required to be set for each parameter. As shown in fig. 3, the configuration page corresponding to the pool location parameter may display that the pool location parameter configured for the target storage space management system includes a code, a name, a classification, a type, a positive residue attribute, a use, and a package attribute. Of course, the configuration page style and the configured parameters are not limited to those shown in fig. 3, but may be other.
S202: if the configuration pages are multiple, determining a jump relation among the multiple configuration pages.
It should be noted that, if the configuration pages corresponding to the same target storage space management system are multiple, in order to omit the step of manually inputting the configuration pages to be jumped to, a jump relationship between the multiple configuration pages may be pre-established. In this way, the configuration pages have a front-back display sequence, and after the current configuration page is displayed, according to the jump relation, the jump to the next configuration page can be automatically or based on the user trigger.
For example, the configuration pages corresponding to a target storage space management system include 7 configuration pages, and the 7 configuration pages are respectively used for displaying the attribute parameters, the library position parameters, the role parameters, the batch attribute parameters, the container parameters, the quality inspection platform parameters and the mixing policy parameters configured for the target storage space management system. The 7 configuration pages have preset jump relations, and if the jump relations are the writing order, after the configuration pages containing the attribute parameters are displayed, the configuration pages containing the library position parameters of the library area can be jumped to be displayed, then the configuration pages containing the role parameters are jumped to be displayed, and the like, and finally the configuration pages containing the mixed strategy parameters are displayed.
S203: parameters in the configuration template are displayed in a plurality of configuration pages based on the jump relationship.
The jump of the configuration page may be automatic, and if the display duration reaches the preset duration, the jump is performed to the next page according to the jump relationship. Of course, the jump of the configuration page may also be based on the triggering of the user, for example, the user clicks the "next page" button included in the configuration page to input the jump instruction, and after receiving the jump instruction, the computer device determines, according to the jump relationship, to jump to the configuration page, and then displays the to-be-jumped to the configuration page.
It should be noted that, the steps S202 and S203 may be alternately performed, that is, a jump relationship between a certain configuration page and another configuration page is determined, the other configuration page is displayed according to the jump relationship, and parameters corresponding to the other configuration page in the configuration template are displayed in the other configuration page. And determining the jump relation between the other configuration page and the other configuration page, displaying the other configuration page according to the jump relation, and displaying the parameters corresponding to the other configuration page in the configuration template in the other configuration page.
It should be noted that, the configuration progress may be displayed in the configuration page, the style corresponding to the configured parameter is the first style, and the style corresponding to the configured parameter is the second style. As shown in fig. 3, configured parameters may be displayed on the configuration page, and icons corresponding to configured parameters are opposite hooks, and icons corresponding to unconfigured parameters are cross marks. Of course, the icon patterns may be other, and the present application is not particularly limited.
In addition, parameters for configuring the page display are set based on the configuration template, but can be modified by the user. Specifically, a modification instruction input by a user is received, where the modification instruction may include a target parameter identifier and a target parameter value, and the modification instruction is used to indicate that a parameter value corresponding to the target parameter identifier is modified into the target parameter value. Thus, after receiving the modification instruction, the parameter value corresponding to the target parameter identifier contained in the configuration page is modified into the target parameter value.
According to the technical scheme, the jump relation among the configuration pages is built in the mode of configuring the parameters in the configuration pages, after the configuration pages display the parameters in the configuration templates, the parameters can be jumped to another configuration page according to the jump relation, so that the step of manually inputting the address of the other configuration page is omitted, and the configuration mode is more convenient and has higher efficiency.
In practical applications, one particular form of configuration template is a data table. For example, a data table may be provided for storing type information of the configuration templates, including identification, name, corresponding type, remarks, etc. of the configuration templates. For ease of description, this data table may be referred to as a type table. Wherein, the type field in the type table may represent the type of the configuration template, which corresponds to the type of the storage space management system, and may be used to find the configuration template corresponding to the storage space management system. For example, if the storage space management system is a small household appliance, a configuration template of which the storage space management system is a small household appliance is searched.
One or more configuration templates may be included in the type table, and an equal number of detail tables are built up for how many configuration templates are in the type table. The detail table is used for storing the detail information of the configuration template, including various parameter identifiers and parameter values. For example, after the record of the small household appliance type is found in the type table, the parameters contained in the configuration template of the small household appliance type are determined from the detail table corresponding to the record of the small household appliance type.
Thus, after determining the type of the target storage space management system, a configuration template corresponding to the type of the target storage space management system may be determined in the type data table, and for convenience of description, the determined configuration template may be referred to as a target configuration template. And, according to the type information of the target configuration template, determining a detail data table corresponding to the target configuration template, for convenience of description, the determined detail data table may be referred to as a target detail data table, and further, according to parameters in the target detail data table, configuring the target storage space management system. Specific configuration procedures may be referred to above and are not described here.
An actual application scenario of the above technical solution is shown in fig. 4.
The user 1 (template creator) creates a template library containing one or more types of configuration templates. After the user 2 (storage space management system creator) selects the storage space management system to be created, the computer equipment determines a configuration template corresponding to the type in the template library according to the type of the storage space management system, and configures various parameters of the storage space management system to be created according to the configuration template, and the completion of configuration indicates that the initialization of the storage space management system is completed.
