The lamp body is also provided with a PA12 terminal block 120 and an insulating spacer 130 provided between the PA12 terminal block 120 and the top plate 110, and the rotary connector is fixed to the top plate.
The LED module 200 comprises a lamp panel 210, a radiator 220, a diffusion film 230 and a reflecting cup 240, wherein the diffusion film 230 can be clamped into the reflecting cup 240, a first clamping groove for the lamp panel 210 to be inserted is formed in one side of the radiator 220, a second clamping groove 221 for the clamping plate to be clamped into is formed in the other side of the radiator 220, and the opening width of the second clamping groove 221 is larger than the short shaft length of the clamping plate and smaller than the long shaft length of the clamping plate. The baffles 222 at the two sides of the opening of the second clamping groove 221 can extend into the lamp body 100 to contact with the pressing handle.
End caps 140 for sealing the lamp body 100 are arranged at two ends of the lamp body 100; if a plurality of LED lamps need to be continuously installed, a connecting plate can be arranged at the end part of the top plate, the plurality of LED lamps can be seamlessly spliced through the connecting plate, and then an end cover is installed at the end part of the spliced LED lamps.
The power supply 400 is in the lamp body, and the color temperature and power of the LED lamp can be adjusted by the power supply 400.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the pressing structure includes a base 331, a spring 332, a rotating shaft 333 with a top fixed to the clamping plate 320, and a rotating drum 334 fixedly connected to the pressing handle 310 and sleeved outside the rotating shaft 333; the rotating shaft 333 is uniformly provided with outer ratchet teeth 3331 extending along the axial direction thereof in the circumferential direction, the outer ratchet teeth 3331 are provided with first sawtooth end faces 3332, the bottom of the rotating drum 334 is provided with second sawtooth end faces 3341 matched with the first sawtooth end faces 3332, and the outer wall of the rotating drum 334 is provided with a plurality of positioning parts 3342 extending along the axial direction of the rotating drum 334; the inner wall of the base 331 is provided with stationary ratchet teeth 3311, a slide groove 3312 for sliding the outer ratchet teeth 3331 and the positioning portion 3342 in is formed between two adjacent stationary ratchet teeth 3311, and the end portion of the stationary ratchet teeth 3311 is provided with a step surface 3313 for guiding the rotating shaft 333. The bottom end of the rotating shaft 333 abuts against the spring 332.
The pressing structure of the embodiment of the application is a ball-point pen type pressing structure, which presses the pen refill to be protruded once and then presses the pen refill to be retracted once; the novel spring ball pen has the advantages that breakthrough change is made on the spring ball pen, the change is made according to the rotating stroke of the rotating shaft 333, the connector is rotated by 90 degrees once pressed, the module can be clamped by rotating by 90 degrees, the rotating connector is pressed again, the connector is rotated by 90 degrees again and the module is in a non-connection state, and the LED lamp is greatly convenient to install and maintain.
Specifically, an inner cavity is arranged in the rotating shaft 333, one end of the spring 332 is propped against the end face of the inner cavity of the rotating shaft 333, and the other end is propped against the base 331; in addition, the spring can also be sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can move downwards in the base when the handle is pressed. By pressing the pressing handle 310, the drum 334 drives the rotating shaft 333 to rotate, so that the outer ratchet 3331 is vertically switched in the step surface 3313 and the slide groove 3312 to realize the rotation of the clamping plate 320.
Preferably, the card is rotated 90 degrees after each press, and the step surface 3313 is an inclined surface. When the outer ratchet 3331 moves to the front end of the slide groove 3312, the first sawtooth end surface 3332 slides along the step surface 3313 under the guiding action of the step surface 3313 so that the outer ratchet 3331 moves into the adjacent slide groove 3312, and the clamping plate 320 correspondingly rotates by 90 degrees.
The drum 334 includes a connecting portion 3343 slidable with respect to the pressing handle 310, a flange 3344 provided along an axial direction of the drum 334 is provided on an outer wall of the connecting portion 3343, and a chute through which the flange passes is provided in an opening of the pressing handle.
Base 331 further includes a bottom plate 3314 sealing the bottom opening of base 331, and spring 332 abuts bottom plate 3314.
The application also provides a pressing and assembling method of the LED lamp, which comprises the following steps: the LED module is aligned to the lamp body, the LED module and the lamp body are pressed, and the clamping plate is rotationally clamped into the LED module to fix the LED module, so that the LED lamp is obtained.
The LED lamp is installed in the following process: before the LED module is installed, the LED module is aligned to the lamp body, the long shaft of the clamping plate is clamped in along the long shaft direction of the second clamping groove, the LED module and the lamp body are pressed, the two side baffles at the opening of the second clamping groove touch and press the pressing handle, and then the clamping plate is driven to rotate by 90 degrees, and then the clamping plate is clamped in the second clamping groove to fix the LED module. When the LED module needs to be replaced, the LED module is also pressed, the pressing handle is stressed and drives the rotating shaft to move towards the spring, the compression amount of the spring is increased, the movable ratchet is vertically switched in the step surface of the step block and the vertical chute, and the clamping plate is rotated by 90 degrees to take down the LED module from the lamp body.

1. The LED lamp comprises a lamp body, a power supply and an LED module, wherein the power supply and the LED module are arranged in the lamp body, and the lamp body comprises a top plate;
the pressing structure comprises a base, a rotating shaft, a spring and a rotating drum, wherein the top end of the rotating shaft is fixed with the clamping plate, the spring is propped against the rotating shaft, and the rotating drum is connected with the pressing handle and sleeved on the outer side of the rotating shaft; an outer ratchet extending along the axial direction is uniformly arranged on the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, a first sawtooth end surface is arranged on the outer ratchet, a second sawtooth end surface matched with the first sawtooth end surface is arranged at the bottom opening of the rotating drum, and a plurality of positioning parts are arranged on the outer wall of the rotating drum along the axial direction of the rotating drum; the inner wall of the base is provided with static ratchets, a chute for the outer ratchets and the positioning part to slide in is formed between two adjacent static ratchets, and the end part of each static ratchet is provided with an inclined step surface for guiding the rotating shaft; the rotary drum drives the rotating shaft to rotate by touching and pressing the pressing handle, so that the outer ratchet is vertically switched in the step surface and the sliding groove to realize the rotation of the clamping plate.

7. The LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the top plate has a connecting plate at an end thereof, and a plurality of the LED lamps are seamlessly spliced by the connecting plate.
8. The LED lamp of claim 1, wherein a side of the top plate facing away from the swivel connector is provided with a wiring groove.
9. A press-assembling method based on the LED lamp of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of: the LED module is aligned to the lamp body, the LED module and the lamp body are pressed, and the clamping plate is rotationally clamped into the LED module to fix the LED module.
