when the lifting slip ring 43 moves downwards, the lifting slip ring 43 drives the lifting plate 453 to synchronously move downwards, the lifting plate 453 drives one end of the transmission plate 456 to synchronously move downwards in the descending process, so that the transmission plate 456 rotates around a connecting rod connected with the bracket 455 as a fulcrum, and the other end of the transmission plate 456 rotates upwards, and when the end of the transmission plate 456 moves upwards, one end of the clamping rod 451 is driven by the connecting rod to move upwards, so that the clamping rod 451 rotates around the bracket 455 and the connecting rod as a fulcrum, and further the clamping block 452 at the other end of the clamping rod 451 is driven to rotate downwards, so that the clamping block 452 is gradually close to the surface of the LED light bar 12 until the clamping block 452 abuts against the surface of the LED light bar 12, and the LED light bar 12 is clamped and fixed by the clamping blocks 452 symmetrically distributed on the gear ring 25, and the LED light bar 12 is fixedly mounted on the gear ring 25;
then, the LED light bars 12 are turned on, advertisement display is carried out through the LED light bars 12, meanwhile, the motor 21 is turned on, the motor 21 drives the rotating shaft 27 to rotate, the rotating shaft 27 drives the driving gear 23 to rotate, the driving gear 23 is meshed with the driving transmission gear 24 to drive the transmission gear 24 to rotate, and the transmission gear 24 is meshed with the driving gear ring 25 to drive the LED light bars 12 on the gear ring 25 to rotate and display; when the rotating shaft 27 rotates, the rotating shaft 27 synchronously drives the fan blades 34 to rotate, the fan blades 34 draw outside air through the air inlet holes 31 in the rotating process and generate upward air flow, the air flow is conveyed to the upper side of the cover plate 26 through the air vent holes 33, then the motor 21 and the LED light bar 12 are ventilated and cooled, finally, the air subjected to heat exchange and temperature rise is exhausted to the outside of the lamp body 1 through the air outlet holes 32, and accordingly, the reciprocating motion is realized, and the ventilation and heat dissipation can be continuously performed on the LED light bar 12 and the motor 21 in the rotating display process of the LED light bar 12;
when the LED light bar 12 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the top cover 15 is first removed, so that the pressure bearing 42 at the bottom of the top cover 15 is no longer abutted to the top end of the LED light bar 12, at this time, the lifting slip ring 43 and the LED light bar 12 return to the upper direction under the action of the return elastic force of the return spring 44, the lifting slip ring 43 drives the lifting plate 453 to synchronously move upwards in the return to the upper direction, the lifting plate 453 drives one end of the driving plate 456 to move upwards to return to the upper direction in the upper direction, the driving plate 456 rotates around a connecting rod connected with the bracket 455 as a fulcrum, and the other end of the driving plate 456 rotates downwards to move to return to the lower direction, and when the end of the driving plate 456 moves downwards, the connecting rod drives one end of the clamping rod 451 to move downwards, so that the clamping rod 451 rotates around the bracket 455 and the connecting rod as a fulcrum, and further drives the clamping block 452 at the other end of the clamping rod 451 to rotate upwards to move and return to gradually disengage from the surface of the LED light bar 12, and no longer clamp the LED light bar 12 tightly and then the damaged LED light bar 12 can be removed, and a new LED light bar 12 can be installed according to the above installation steps.
