本发明涉及一种新型漂白剂和及其制备方法及 用途,其主要技术特征在于该种漂白剂为过焦磷酸 钠,以过氧化氢和无水焦磷酸钠进行反应可以制得, 将该种漂白剂适量加入活化剂,掺入普通洗涤用品中 如洗衣粉中即可得到活性氧含量高大11.5—13%的 高效漂白洗涤用品,本发明具有使用方便,洗涤效果 好,活性强、制造方便等优点。

Description

本发明涉及化工领域,尤其是涉及一种新原料的产生制备及其用途。
目前,在国内外市场上,为满足人们的生活需要,涌现了大量的如洗衣粉和类似的各种洗涤剂,这些产品需添加了许多酶等用于增加洗涤效果,但都常出现洗涤效果仍然不佳的问题,给人们的生活带来了困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的生产方式制造出一种新型的漂白剂,并将其运用于制造洗涤用品中。
本发明的技术方案是,用50%以上的高浓度的过氧化氢,与无水焦不磷酸钠或与经过处理的三聚磷酸钠进行固相反应,在较低温度下进行流化床干燥,即制成一种新的漂白剂过焦磷酸钠三水物,其反应方程式为:
其中在反应用添加少量已制得的Na4P2O7·3H2O2起去湿的作用,以缓和反应的放热和激烈。若将过焦磷酸钠10-25%,加1.5-4%的TAED活化剂配制进入洗涤配方中,即制成高效新型的洗涤用品,据测定,其活性氧达11.5-13%。
本发明具有制造成本低,制造方便,洗涤效果显著等优点。
本发明的最佳实施例是:取3摩尔浓度为50%的过氧化氢,1摩尔无水焦磷酸钠在常温下进行固相反应又添加少量已制备好的过焦磷酸钠三水物,充分反应后,即可制得1摩尔过焦磷酸钠,取过焦磷酸钠11.5%,TAED活化剂1.5%配入到洗涤剂配方中进行充分搅拌即可装袋出厂。

Claims (2)

1、一种新型漂白剂,及其制造方法,其特征在于用50%或者更高浓度的过氧化氢,与无水焦磷酸钠或与经过适当处理的三聚磷酸钠进行固相反应,然后在较低温度下进行流化床干燥,即制成新型漂白剂过焦磷酸钠三水物。其反应方程式为:
其中在反应过程中加小量起去湿作用的以缓和反应的放热和激烈已制得的Na4P2O7·3H2O2
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型漂白剂及其制备方法,其特征在于取用这种方法制备的新型漂白剂过焦不磷酸钠10-25%。添加1.5-4%的TAED活化剂,可用于洗涤剂的配方中即可制成新型洗涤用品。
