Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of internal combustion engines, in particular to an internal combustion engine with an adjustable compression ratio.
Background
Piston internal combustion engines are the most common of the reciprocating piston types. The piston type internal combustion engine mixes fuel and air and burns in a cylinder of the engine, and the released heat energy enables the cylinder to generate high-temperature and high-pressure fuel gas. The gas expands to drive the piston to do work, and then the mechanical work is output through a crank-link mechanism or other mechanisms to drive the driven machinery to work. The compression ratio of the internal combustion engine is the degree to which the engine air-fuel mixture is compressed, and is the ratio of the total volume of the cylinder before compression to the volume of the cylinder after compression (i.e., the volume of the combustion chamber). The higher the compression ratio, the higher the thermal efficiency, but the more the thermal efficiency increases with the higher the compression ratio. The higher compression ratio raises both the compression pressure and the maximum combustion pressure, thereby lowering the mechanical efficiency of the internal combustion engine. The gasoline engine is easy to knock due to the excessively high compression ratio. The low compression ratio of the diesel engine lowers the compression end temperature, and affects the cold start performance. The compression ratio enables the content of harmful components (such as NOX, hydrocarbons, CO, etc.) in the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine to be varied. The compression ratio of the modern diesel engine is generally between 12 and 22, but the compression ratio of the ultrahigh supercharged diesel engine can be as low as 8. In years ago, the compression of a gasoline engine is 6-10, but nowadays, the compression is generally between 9-12.
However, the compression ratio of the conventional internal combustion engine has no adjusting function, so that the use efficiency of a single internal combustion engine is limited, and the combustion rate or the mechanical efficiency cannot be improved to the maximum extent. In the compression ratio adjusting mechanism of the existing internal combustion engine, the volume of a cylinder is changed, but in the changing process, because the cylinder generates combustion to force a piston to move, the stability is not high, and pressure deformation is easy to generate. Moreover, the compression ratio adjusting process is serious, and the adjusted compression ratio cannot be intuitively known. In view of this, the present invention provides an internal combustion engine with an adjustable compression ratio, which has the following characteristics:
(1) according to the internal combustion engine with the adjustable compression ratio, the first piston is connected in the sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine shell in a sliding mode, the second piston is arranged on the top of the sliding cavity, the volume of a combustion chamber in the internal combustion engine can be changed by adjusting the position of the second piston, and therefore the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine can be changed and adjusted. In the adjusting process, the adjusting mechanism can be effectively fixed while the adjusting mechanism is controlled by the rotary fixing mechanism to adjust the second piston to ascend and descend, otherwise, the adjusted second piston moves back. And the adjusting mechanism adopts the principle of a jack, so that the stability of the adjusted second piston is stronger, and the second piston is not easily influenced by the explosive combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber.
(2) According to the internal combustion engine with the adjustable compression ratio, the adjusting mechanism can effectively count the expansion amount by using the counting mechanism while adjusting the lifting of the second piston, so that the compression ratio can be known more intuitively, and observation and control are convenient during adjustment.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an internal combustion engine with an adjustable compression ratio. In the adjusting process, the adjusting mechanism can be effectively fixed while the adjusting mechanism is controlled by the rotary fixing mechanism to adjust the second piston to ascend and descend, otherwise, the adjusted second piston moves back. And adjustment mechanism adopts the principle of jack, and the stability that makes the second piston after adjusting is stronger, is difficult to receive the influence of fuel explosion burning in the combustion chamber, and adjustment mechanism can utilize the counting mechanism effectively to count flexible volume when adjusting the second piston and going up and down, realizes that can more audio-visual understanding compression ratio, observes control when conveniently adjusting.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an internal combustion engine with an adjustable compression ratio comprises an internal combustion engine shell, a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, a first piston, an adjusting mechanism, a counting mechanism, a rotary fixing mechanism and a connecting mechanism; the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism for converting linear motion into rotation is arranged in the inner combustion engine shell; the first piston for converting thermal energy into kinetic energy is slidably connected in a sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine shell; the connecting mechanism for connecting is connected between the first piston and the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism; the adjusting mechanism for adjusting the compression ratio is arranged in the internal combustion engine shell and comprises a second piston, a third connecting plate, a limiting slide block, a screw rod, a second connecting rotating column and a third connecting rotating column, the second piston is slidably connected in a sliding cavity where the first piston is located in the internal combustion engine shell, one end, away from the first piston, of the second piston is rotatably connected to one end of the third connecting plate through the third connecting rotating column, the other end of the third connecting plate is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the limiting slide block through the second connecting rotating column, the limiting slide block is sleeved on the screw rod, the top end of the limiting slide block is clamped and slidably connected in a limiting sliding groove in the internal combustion engine shell, and the screw rod is clamped and rotatably connected in the internal combustion engine shell; the counting mechanism for metering the compression ratio is connected to one end of the screw rod and comprises a fourth connecting rotating column and a counter, the fourth connecting rotating column is connected to one end of the screw rod, the counter is connected to the fourth connecting rotating column, and the side wall part of the counter penetrates out of the top surface of the internal combustion engine shell; the rotary fixing mechanism for driving the adjusting mechanism is arranged in the internal combustion engine shell and connected to the lead screw, the rotary fixing mechanism comprises a fifth connecting rotating column, a telescopic knob, a telescopic spring, a movable baffle plate, a gear and a limiting clamping block, one end of the fifth connecting rotating column is connected to one end of the lead screw, which is far away from the fourth connecting rotating column, one end of the telescopic knob is connected to the other end of the fifth connecting rotating column through the limiting clamping block in a telescopic clamping manner, the other end of the telescopic knob penetrates out of the outer side wall of the internal combustion engine shell, the telescopic spring, the movable baffle plate and the gear are sleeved on the telescopic knob, the movable baffle plate is rotatably sleeved on the telescopic knob between the telescopic spring and the gear, and two ends of the telescopic spring are fixedly connected to the inside of the internal combustion engine shell and the side wall of the movable baffle plate, the gear is connected in a clamping and sliding mode in a tooth groove of the internal combustion engine shell.
Specifically, the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a first connecting plate, a first connecting rotating column and a second connecting plate, wherein the rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the internal combustion engine shell, one end of the rotating shaft is vertically and fixedly connected in one end of the first connecting plate, the other end of the first connecting plate is vertically and fixedly connected in one end of the first connecting rotating column, and one end of the second connecting plate is vertically and rotatably sleeved on the first connecting rotating column.
Specifically, the connecting mechanism includes a piston pin boss, a piston pin, a fixing buckle and a bolt, the other end of the second connecting plate penetrates into the piston pin boss and is fixedly connected to the fixing buckle, the fixing buckle is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the piston through the bolt, the piston pin is rotatably connected to the inside of the piston pin boss, and one end of the piston pin boss departing from the second connecting plate is fixedly connected to one end of the first piston departing from the second piston.
Specifically, an oil duct and a vent duct are arranged on the side wall of the sliding cavity of the first piston and the second piston in the internal combustion engine shell.
Specifically, the limiting slide block is of a convex structure, the limiting clamping blocks are arranged in a plurality of and a plurality of circumferential limiting lugs are arranged on the side wall of the part, in the fifth connecting rotating column, of the telescopic knob.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the internal combustion engine with the adjustable compression ratio, the first piston is connected in the sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine shell in a sliding mode, the second piston is arranged on the top of the sliding cavity, the volume of a combustion chamber in the internal combustion engine can be changed by adjusting the position of the second piston, and therefore the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine can be changed and adjusted. In the adjusting process, the adjusting mechanism can be effectively fixed while the adjusting mechanism is controlled by the rotary fixing mechanism to adjust the second piston to ascend and descend, otherwise, the adjusted second piston moves back. And the adjusting mechanism adopts the principle of a jack, so that the stability of the adjusted second piston is stronger, and the second piston is not easily influenced by the explosive combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber.
(2) According to the internal combustion engine with the adjustable compression ratio, the adjusting mechanism can effectively count the expansion amount by using the counting mechanism while adjusting the lifting of the second piston, so that the compression ratio can be known more intuitively, and observation and control are convenient during adjustment.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the internal combustion engine with an adjustable compression ratio of the present invention comprises an internal combustion engine housing 1, a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism 2, a first piston 3, an adjusting mechanism 4, a counting mechanism 5, a rotary fixing mechanism 6 and a connecting mechanism 7; the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism 2 for converting linear motion into rotation is arranged in the internal combustion engine shell 1; the first piston 3 for converting thermal energy into kinetic energy is slidably connected in a sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine housing 1; the connecting mechanism 7 for connection is connected between the first piston 3 and the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism 2; the adjusting mechanism 4 for adjusting the compression ratio is arranged in the engine shell 1, the adjusting mechanism 4 comprises a second piston 41, a third connecting plate 42, a limiting slide block 43, a screw rod 44, a second connecting rotating column 45 and a third connecting rotating column 46, the second piston 41 is slidably connected in a sliding chamber in the housing 1 of the internal combustion engine where the first piston 3 is located, the end of the second piston 41 facing away from the first piston 3 is rotatably connected to an end of the third connecting plate 42 via the third connecting rotating post 46, the other end of the third connecting plate 42 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the limiting slide block 43 through the second connecting rotating column 45, the limiting slide block 43 is sleeved on the screw rod 44, the top end of the limiting slide block 43 is clamped and slidably connected in a limiting chute 1c in the internal combustion engine shell 1, and the screw rod 44 is clamped and rotatably connected in the internal combustion engine shell 1; the counting mechanism 5 for measuring the compression ratio is connected to one end of the screw rod 44, the counting mechanism 5 comprises a fourth connecting rotating column 51 and a counter 52, the fourth connecting rotating column 51 is connected to one end of the screw rod 44, the counter 52 is connected to the fourth connecting rotating column 51, and the side wall part of the counter 52 penetrates out of the top surface of the internal combustion engine shell 1; the rotating fixing mechanism 6 for driving the adjusting mechanism 4 is arranged in the internal combustion engine housing 1 and connected to the screw rod 44, the rotating fixing mechanism 6 includes a fifth connecting rotating column 61, a telescopic knob 62, a telescopic spring 63, a movable baffle 64, a gear 65 and a limiting fixture block 66, one end of the fifth connecting rotating column 61 is connected to one end of the screw rod 44 away from the fourth connecting rotating column 51, one end of the telescopic knob 62 is telescopically and snap-connected to the other end of the fifth connecting rotating column 61 through the limiting fixture block 66, the other end of the telescopic knob 62 penetrates through the outer side wall of the internal combustion engine housing 1, the telescopic spring 63, the movable baffle 64 and the gear 65 are sleeved on the telescopic knob 62, and the movable baffle 64 is rotatably sleeved on the telescopic knob 62 between the telescopic spring 63 and the gear 65, both ends of the extension spring 63 are fixedly connected to the inside of the engine housing 1 and the side wall of the movable baffle plate 64, and the gear 65 is engaged and slidably connected in the tooth groove of the engine housing 1.
Specifically, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism 2 includes pivot 21, first connecting plate 22, first connection and rotates post 23 and second connecting plate 24, pivot 21 rotate connect in internal-combustion engine shell 1, the perpendicular fixed connection of one end of pivot 21 in the one end of first connecting plate 22, the perpendicular fixed connection of the other end of first connecting plate 22 in the one end of first connection and rotation post 23, the one end of second connecting plate 24 is perpendicularly rotated and is cup jointed in on the first connection rotates post 23, the realization changes the flexible far motion of first piston 3 into. Specifically, the connecting mechanism 7 includes a piston pin seat 71, a piston pin 72, a fixing buckle 73 and a bolt 74, the other end of the second connecting plate 24 penetrates into the piston pin seat 71 and is fixedly connected to the fixing buckle 73, the fixing buckle 73 is fixedly sleeved under the piston through the bolt 74, the piston pin 72 is rotatably connected into the piston pin seat 71, one end of the piston pin seat 71, which is away from the second connecting plate 24, is fixedly connected to one end of the first piston 3, which is away from the second piston 41, so as to realize the rotational connection between the first piston 3 and the second connecting plate 24.
Specifically, an oil duct 1a and an air duct 1b are provided on the side wall of the sliding cavity of the first piston 3 and the second piston 41 in the internal combustion engine housing 1, so as to realize the introduction of fuel and air into the sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine housing 1.
Specifically, the limiting slide block 43 is of a convex structure, the limiting clamp block 66 is provided with a plurality of limiting lugs, the limiting lugs are circumferentially arranged on the side wall of the portion, penetrating into the fifth connecting and rotating column 61, of the telescopic knob 62, and the moving stability is improved.
When the internal combustion engine shell is used, fuel and air are introduced into the sliding cavity through the oil through pipe 1a and the air through pipe 1b in the sliding cavity in the internal combustion engine shell 1, so that the fuel is combusted in the sliding cavity, the first piston 3 is pushed to slide and lift in the sliding cavity, in the sliding and lifting process of the first piston 3, one end of the second connecting plate 24 is pushed to stretch, the other end of the second connecting plate 24 is driven to do circular motion by the aid of the first connecting rotating column 23, one end, close to the first connecting rotating column 23, of the first connecting plate 22 is driven to do circular motion, and the other end of the first connecting plate 22 is used for driving the rotating shaft 21 to rotate. When the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine needs to be adjusted, a wrench is inserted into the wrench insertion hole 62a of the telescopic knob 62, and the telescopic knob 62 is pushed, so that the gear 65 connected to the telescopic knob 62 is disengaged from the tooth groove in the internal combustion engine housing 1. Then, the telescopic knob 62 is rotated by a wrench, the part of the limiting fixture block 66 penetrating into the fifth connecting rotating column 61 by the telescopic knob 62 drives the fifth connecting rotating column 61 to rotate, so as to drive the screw rod 44 to rotate, when the screw rod 44 rotates, the limiting slide block 43 slides on the screw rod 44, so as to push one end of the third connecting plate 42 to move, when one end of the third connecting plate 42 moves along the screw rod 44, the other end of the third connecting plate 42 can drive the second piston 41 to move in the sliding cavity, so as to change the volume of the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, and the telescopic volume of the first piston 3 is unchanged, so that the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine can be effectively changed. After the adjustment is completed, the telescopic knob 62 is loosened, so that the gear 65 is clamped and connected in the tooth grooves again by utilizing the restoring force of the movable baffle 64 and the telescopic spring 63, the screw rod 44 is effectively fixed, and when combustion is generated in the cylinder, the impact force borne by the second piston 41 cannot push the screw rod 44 to rotate reversely again, so that the adjustment of the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine is influenced. And when the lead screw 44 rotates, the fourth connecting rotating column 51 can be driven to rotate, so that the counter 52 is driven to continue, the telescopic quantity of the second piston 41 can be effectively counted occasionally during adjustment, and the adjustment quantity can be known more visually when the compression ratio of the internal combustion engine is adjusted.
