Abstract

本发明提供一种光可侦测热解感压胶、光可侦测热解感压胶膜及制造方法,由于光可侦测热解感压胶的配方中添加有热膨胀发泡粒子,使产品具有高黏着力,且在其固化成型后,可经加热程序而大幅降低黏着力,解决现有高黏着力之感压胶膜不易撕膜的问题,同时,也藉由添加无机荧光材料,使光可侦测热解感压胶吸收紫外光后可放出可见光波长,来达到快速检测残胶,应用于制程中将不易发生残胶,且增进检测残胶的便利性。

技术领域
本发明系关于一种感压胶及其应用,特别是有关于一种光可侦测热解感压胶以及将光可侦测热解感压胶使用于光可侦测热解感压胶膜和其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来手机、平板电脑与笔记本电脑的设计趋势已由传统2D平面设计转向3D曲面设计,普通的制程感压胶已经不能满足现今制程的要求。为了克服贴附于手机与平板3D曲面之翘曲问题,常会设计提升胶膜的黏着力,但这也增加了后续撕膜的困难度,导致撕膜时容易有残胶与断膜的风险,降低生产效率。因微小的残胶不易清除,也不易被目视或CCD所侦测,造成生产线需要更多的品检人力与检测时间,使得制造成本上升与生产时间增加。
而热解黏胶属于感压胶的一种,只需加热即可轻易剥离。然而,目前的热解黏胶皆以膜材的方式呈现,其适用于2D或平面的产品,但难以有效地贴附于3D曲面的产品上,而于曲面边缘容易造成翘曲现象。再者,虽然市售热解黏胶的膜材可以采用多种颜色设计,但感压胶通常设计为透明或浅白色;当产品加热解黏来移除感压胶膜后,如何快速检测是否有胶材残留于表面仍是需要克服的挑战。
因此,如何设计一种应用于制程中不易残胶,且发生残胶时容易被检测的感压胶,将可解决此技术领域现今所面临的难题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种光可侦测热解感压胶、光可侦测热解感压胶膜及制造方法,可以减少感压胶膜移除后的残胶,并增进残胶检查的便利性。
因此,为达上述目的,本发明提出一种光可侦测热解感压胶,其成分包含有100重量份(PHR)的感压胶主胶、0.05~3.0重量份的无机荧光材料、0.5~3.0重量份的架桥剂、0.5~25重量份的增黏树脂以及5~50重量份的热膨胀发泡粒子。光可侦测热解感压胶乃为上述成分的混合物,其不限制型态,可以是膜材或液态混合物。
根据本发明之实施例,前述感压胶主胶可选自丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(2-ethylhexylacrylate,2-EHA)、乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetate,EA)、丙烯酸(acrylic acid,AA)、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,2-HEA)及其组合之共聚物溶液。
根据本发明之实施例,前述架桥剂可为异氰酸盐架桥剂(polyisocyanate cross-linking agent)。
另外,本发明也提出一种使用上述光可侦测热解感压胶的光可侦测热解感压胶膜,其由基材层以及设置于基材层之上的上述光可侦测热解感压胶。
本发明更提出一种使用上述光可侦测热解感压胶于光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其步骤是先提供上述光可侦测热解感压胶,再将光可侦测热解感压胶涂布于基材上,然后,将光可侦测热解感压胶固化成型,而制得本发明之光可侦测热解感压胶膜。
根据本发明之实施例,前述涂布光可侦测热解感压胶的步骤中,可以全面上胶式、不连续上胶式或点状上胶式进行涂布。
根据本发明之实施例,前述将光可侦测热解感压胶固化成型的步骤中,可以使用烘箱固化或紫外光固化方法。
根据本发明之实施例,前述将光可侦测热解感压胶固化成型的步骤之后,更包括将光可侦测热解感压胶膜于80-180℃的温度下加热来解除黏性。
根据本发明之实施例,前述将光可侦测热解感压胶固化成型的步骤之后,更包括使光可侦测热解感压胶膜吸收紫外光后,释放出可见光。
本发明所提供的光可侦测热解感压胶、光可侦测热解感压胶膜及制造方法中,藉由光可侦测热解感压胶的特殊配方除了能具有高黏着力,且可经由加热方式解除黏性,而避免撕膜困难所导致的各种问题;同时,相较于现有技术中的热解感压胶膜,难以快速检测胶材残留,本发明系藉由光可侦测热解感压胶自身的无机荧光材料释放出可见光,可以判断光可侦测热解感压胶是否已完全从被着体上移除或者是否有部分胶体转印至被着体上,因此,可以实现快速且有效地清除残胶,从而使制造成本与生产时间得以大幅降低。
底下藉由具体实施例配合所附的附图详加说明,当更容易了解本发明之目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成之功效。

具体实施方式
本发明揭露一种光可侦测热解感压胶,其为感压胶主胶、无机荧光材料、架桥剂、增黏树脂以及热膨胀发泡粒子等成分所组成的混合物。针对这些成分的组成比例,以感压胶主胶为100重量份(PHR)作基准,无机荧光材料的使用量为0.05~3.0重量份,架桥剂的使用量为0.5~3.0重量份,增黏树脂的使用量为0.5~25重量份,并配合使用量为5~50重量份的热膨胀发泡粒子,而感压胶主胶中,溶剂占整体成分比例为50~70%;其中,PHR为parts per hundreds的缩写,表示每百份用量,以重量计。
具体而言,感压胶主胶可选自丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(2-ethylhexyl acrylate,2-EHA)、乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetate,EA)、丙烯酸(acrylic acid,AA)、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,2-HEA)及其组合之共聚物溶液。架桥剂可为异氰酸盐架桥剂(polyisocyanate cross-linking agent),如商品型号为Coronate L的异氰酸酯三聚体(Isocyanate Trimer)。
在本发明中,光可侦测热解感压胶并不限制型态,其可以是膜材或以液态混合物等型态来存在。
进一步地,本发明揭露一种应用上述光可侦测热解感压胶之光可侦测热解感压胶膜及其制造方法。请参阅图1,在本发明之实施例中光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法包含有下列步骤:
首先,如步骤S10所述,提供上述光可侦测热解感压胶。在本实施例中,是将光可侦测热解感压胶的各个成分由下列步骤混合来制备而得:
1、将100重量份(PHR)的感压胶主胶与0.05~3.0重量份的无机荧光材料混合,形成第一混合物。
2、将第一混合物与适量的增黏树脂混合,形成第二混合物。
3、将第二混合物与适量的热膨胀发泡粒子混合,形成第三混合物。
4、将第三混合物与0.5~3.0重量份的架桥剂依适当比例混合,完成光可侦测热解感压胶的制备。
本实施例中,光可侦测热解感压胶的各个成分的组成比例可依照实际需求来调配;在此,提供一较佳的组成比例,以感压胶主胶为100重量份作基准,无机荧光材料的使用量为1重量份,架桥剂的使用量为2重量份,增黏树脂的使用量为15重量份,热膨胀发泡粒子的使用量为25重量份。
如步骤S20所述,将光可侦测热解感压胶涂布于基材层上;涂布的方式,可例如以全面上胶式、不连续上胶式或点状上胶式进行涂布。
本实施例中,步骤S20是藉由在38微米(μm)聚酯膜的基材层上用刮刀涂布22μm的光可侦测热解感压胶。
如步骤S30所述,将光可侦测热解感压胶进行固化,即可制得本发明之光可侦测热解感压胶膜;固化的方式,可例如使用烘箱固化或紫外光固化方法;进一步而言,若光可侦测热解感压胶膜为溶剂型,可以使用烘箱于<80℃的温度下固化胶体,若光可侦测热解感压胶膜为非溶剂型可以使用波长小于400纳米(nm)的紫外光固化胶体。
本实施例中,乃将涂布完成的光可侦测热解感压胶置于80℃烘箱两分钟并贴上离型膜,最终成品置于常温环境7天熟成。
请参照图2,本发明之实施例所制得之光可侦测热解感压胶膜100包含有基材层10以及设置于基材层10之上的光可侦测热解感压胶20。经由荧光光谱仪分析本发明之光可侦测热解感压胶20,如图3A和图3B的光谱图显示,光可侦测热解感压胶20于500-550纳米的波长处有较强的荧光反应。
另如步骤S40所述,本发明固化后的光可侦测热解感压胶膜100,进一步可用加热方式解除胶体的黏性,其中光可侦测热解感压胶20经加热至80-180℃可完全解除黏性。
在本发明之一实施例,乃将膜材型态的光可侦测热解感压胶摆放于玻璃基板上,以波长365纳米的紫外光照射光可侦测热解感压胶,使其表面固化,如图4所示为光可侦测热解感压胶尚未解除黏性的状态。再经由加热100℃解除光可侦测热解感压胶的胶体黏性,如图5所示为光可侦测热解感压胶20经加热解除黏性的状态。
最后,如步骤S50所述,即可以目视检测光可侦测热解感压胶是否从玻璃基板上完全移除。
综上所述,根据本发明所揭露的光可侦测热解感压胶及其使用于光可侦测热解感压胶及其制造方法等应用,藉由添加热膨胀发泡粒子于光可侦测热解感压胶的配方内,使产品具有高黏着力之特色,且经过简单的加热程序后可以使其大幅降低黏着力,减少现有高黏着力之感压胶膜不易撕除而容易产生残胶与断膜之现象。
再者,本发明藉由光可侦测热解感压胶自身的无机荧光材料,可让光可侦测热解感压胶吸收紫外光(波长小于400纳米)后,来释放出可见光(波长为490-700纳米),而可供利用任何光侦测方法或直接目视检查来得知光可侦测热解感压胶的存在与否,也就是说,可以判断光可侦测热解感压胶是否已从被着体上完全移除,或者,是否有部份光可侦测热解感压胶转印至被着体上。藉此,本发明可以增进残胶检查的便利性,而能实现快速且有效地清除残胶,应用于制程上不易发生残胶,也使得制造成本与生产时间将得以大幅降低。
以上所述之实施例仅系为说明本发明之技术思想及特点,其目的在使熟习此项技艺之人士能够了解本发明之内容并据以实施,当不能以之限定本发明之专利范围,即大凡依本发明所揭示之精神所作之均等变化或修饰,仍应涵盖在本发明之专利范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种光可侦测热解感压胶,其特征在于,系为下列成分之混合物,该成份包含:
100重量份的感压胶主胶;
0.05~3.0重量份的无机荧光材料;
0.5~3.0重量份的架桥剂;
0.5~25重量份的增黏树脂;以及
5~50重量份的热膨胀发泡粒子。
2.如权利要求1所述之光可侦测热解感压胶,其中该感压胶主胶系选自丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯及其组合之共聚物溶液。
3.如权利要求1所述之光可侦测热解感压胶,其中该架桥剂为异氰酸盐架桥剂。
4.如权利要求1所述之光可侦测热解感压胶,其中以该感压胶主胶为100重量份为基准,该无机荧光材料为1重量份,该架桥剂为2重量份,该增黏树脂为15重量份,该热膨胀发泡粒子为25重量份。
5.一种光可侦测热解感压胶膜,其特征在于,包含:
一基材层;以及
一如权利要求1所述之光可侦测热解感压胶,设置于该基材层上。
6.一种光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包含下列步骤:
提供一如权利要求1所述之光可侦测热解感压胶;
涂布该光可侦测热解感压胶于一基材层上;以及
固化该光可侦测热解感压胶,以形成该光可侦测热解感压胶膜。
7.如权利要求6所述之光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其中提供该光可侦测热解感压胶的步骤,包含:
混合100重量份的该感压胶主胶与0.05~3.0重量份的该无机荧光材料,形成一第一混合物;
混合该第一混合物与该增黏树脂,形成一第二混合物;
混合该第二混合物与该热膨胀发泡粒子,形成一第三混合物;以及
混合该第三混合物与0.5~3.0重量份的该架桥剂,形成该光可侦测热解感压胶。
8.如权利要求6所述之光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其中涂布该光可侦测热解感压胶的步骤,系以全面上胶式、不连续上胶式或点状上胶式进行涂布。
9.如权利要求6所述之光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其中固化该光可侦测热解感压胶的步骤之后,更包括将该光可侦测热解感压胶于80-180℃的温度下加热来解除黏性。
10.如权利要求6所述之光可侦测热解感压胶膜的制造方法,其中固化该光可侦测热解感压胶的步骤之后,更包括使该光可侦测热解感压胶吸收紫外光后,释放出可见光。
