Background

In order to improve the above problems, the present invention provides a root-whisker-like herb cleaning device.

4. the fixing mechanism is arranged, the surfaces of the medicinal herbs can be cleaned, the fibrous roots and the stems can be cleaned separately, the situation that the roots are broken due to overlarge cleaning force is avoided, and the clamping rod and the clamping groove are detachably connected, so that dirt accumulated in a crack can be cleaned conveniently.

The fixed branched chain 44 comprises two pressing rods 441, two adjusting rods 442, two adjusting plates 443, two connecting blocks 444 and two adjusting electric push rods 445, the two pressing rods 441 are respectively located in the corresponding adjusting holes, the side walls of the pressing rods 441 are connected with one end of each adjusting rod 442 through hinges, the other end of each adjusting rod 442 is mounted on each adjusting plate 443 through hinges, the adjacent adjusting plates 443 are connected through the connecting blocks 444, the inner walls of the adjusting plates 443 located at the foremost end and the rearmost end of the fixed plate 41 are both connected with the top end of each adjusting electric push rod 445, and the bottom end of each adjusting electric push rod 445 is mounted on the fixed plate 41; under the connecting effect of connecting block 444, through adjusting the concertina movement of electric putter 445 to adjust with regulating plate 443 position to change the angle of connection between regulating plate 443 and the regulation pole 442, when the angle of connection changes, the position that compresses tightly pole 441 in the adjusting hole also changes thereupon, thereby can fix a plurality of herbs simultaneously, work efficiency is high.
Before cleaning, a worker puts the medicinal herbs to be cleaned into the fixing ring 43, fixes the medicinal herbs through the fixing branch chain 44, and presses the clamping rod 42 into the clamping groove, so that the inner wall of the connecting groove at the bottom end of the brushing cylinder 45 is tightly attached to the connecting column on the brushing gear 46, and then cleaning operation is performed conveniently;
when in cleaning, the existing equipment is used for spraying clean water to the invention, the cleaning barrel 45 is driven to rotate by the mutual matching of the driving motor 49, the driving gear 48, the transition gear 47 and the cleaning gear 46, so that the surfaces of the herbs can be cleaned, and meanwhile, the rotating barrel 25 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 24, so that the combing and cleaning plate 23 can comb the roots of the herbs on the fixing mechanism 4, the mutual entanglement among the roots is avoided, and impurities such as soil and the like attached to the roots can be removed;
after the cleaning is completed, the worker takes out the herb and collects it for cleaning the next batch of herb.
