The left cover body 11 and the right cover body 12 are symmetrically provided with two connecting pipes 18, when a patient lies on a hospital bed to wash eyes, the waste liquid negative pressure recovery device is connected with the connecting pipes 18 which are far away from the left cover body 11 or the right cover body 12, so that the washed waste liquid flows down from the side surface of a cheek and is recovered by the waste liquid negative pressure recovery device; and because the hospital often meets the condition that the bed is not enough, the patient is not easy to wash the eyes after lying down, at the moment, the waste liquid negative pressure recovery device is connected with the connecting pipe 18 at the middle part of one side of the left cover body 11 or the right cover body 12 close to the nose of the patient, and at the moment, the patient can wash the eyes in the standing or sitting condition.

The pressure adjusting mechanism 36 includes a base 364, a clamping assembly 365 disposed on the base 364 for fixing the barrel 311, a telescopic cylinder 366 mounted on the base 364, a pushing block 367 mounted on the telescopic cylinder 366 for pushing the piston 312, and a second valve 368 mounted between the drainage tube 32 and the infusion tube 35. The clamping assembly 365 includes an arc-shaped pad 3651 fixedly disposed on the base 364 and for the cylinder 311 to be inserted, an arc-shaped pressing block 3652 abutting against the periphery of the cylinder 311, and a locking bolt 3653 connected between the arc-shaped pressing block 3652 and the arc-shaped pad 3651.
The implementation principle is as follows: the cylinder body 311 of the liquid medicine tank 31 is fixed on the base 364 through the clamping component 365, and then the piston 312 is driven to move through the push block 367 on the cylinder, so that the eye flushing liquid is discharged at a certain pressure, and the second valve 368 is used for opening and closing the liquid conveying pipe 35; at this time, for the binocular washer of the same size, the pressure of the eye rinsing liquid sprayed from the irrigation nozzle 34 can be determined in advance by the pushing speed of the pushing block 367 on the cylinder, so that the eye rinsing liquid can rinse the eyes of the patient at a proper pressure.
