The anti-separation head 233, the elastic section 231, the joint 232 and the bottom insertion tube 234 of the elastic suction tube 23 may be of an integral structure, or may be of a partially or wholly split structure, and when the elastic suction tube 23 is of a split structure, the parts are fixedly connected with each other, and when the elastic suction tube is in an unfolded state, the internal cavities are communicated with each other.
The elastic suction tube 23 is made of a silica gel material. It will be appreciated that the resilient drinking straw 23 may also be made of other resilient materials.
In one embodiment, the linkage 24 is connected to one end of the water outlet of the elastic suction pipe 23 and is rotatably connected to the elastic suction pipe 23. The interlocking member 24 is unlocked from the locking portion 221 by deformation of itself or by movement of the guide shaft 253 in the slide 228.
In one embodiment, the linkage member 24 is a cover plate, and when the elastic suction pipe 23 is in the storage state, the cover plate can shield the water outlet of the elastic suction pipe 23, block dust or foreign matters, and keep the water outlet clean.
Of course, if the shielding function is not strictly required, the shape of the linking member 24 is not strictly limited, and may be, for example, a plate shape, a strip shape, or the like.
The cover plate as the interlocking member 24 is moved in the slide 228 by the guide shaft 253 to be unlocked from the locking portion 221. Preferably, the cover plate is sized to fit snugly into the receiving area 226 of the U-shaped structure 222, and in the received position the cover plate overlaps the positioning step 227 of the U-shaped structure 222.
One side of apron is equipped with two engaging lugs 242 of mutual disposition, the apron rotates with elastic suction pipe 23 through these two engaging lugs 242 to be connected, when adopting fixed cover 25, can set up pivot 256 in the radial relative both sides of fixed cover 25, two engaging lugs 242 rotate the cover and establish on a corresponding pivot 256, realize the normal running fit of apron and fixed cover 25, the axis of pivot 256 is the axis of rotation of interlock piece 24 (apron), be second axis 252 promptly, of course also can be fixed with pivot 256 on two engaging lugs 242, and the radial relative both sides of fixed cover 25 set up the shaft hole, a pivot 256 that is used for inserting the correspondence.
The side (in the storage state) of the cover plate far away from the third side wall 225 is directly or indirectly connected with the elastic suction pipe 23 in a rotating manner, a protruding block 241 protruding towards the third side wall 225 is arranged on the side (in the storage state) of the cover plate close to the third side wall 225, the protruding block 241 is used for matching with the lock tongue to lock the elastic suction pipe 23 in the storage state, and in the storage state, the top wall of the protruding block 241 is abutted against the lock tongue.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the locking form may have other structures, for example, a protruding latch hook is disposed at the outer edge of the third sidewall 225 of the stopper 22, and accordingly, the linking member 24 extends to the third sidewall 225 and is provided with a hook portion cooperating with the latch hook, i.e., the purpose of locking the linking member 24 and the locking portion 221 together can be achieved. The linkage member 24 is rotatably connected to the elastic suction tube 23 (or indirectly drives the elastic suction tube 23 through the fixing sleeve 25), so that the linkage member 24 directly or indirectly links the elastic suction tube 23, and switches the storage state and the release state of the elastic suction tube 23.
When the bolt is accommodated, the part (the bottom edge of the convex block 241 in the accommodated state) where the convex block 241 is firstly contacted with the bolt has a chamfer structure, when the convex block 241 is guided to be contacted with the bolt through the inclined surface of the chamfer part, the convex block 241 is slightly retracted, a retraction space is provided through the deformation of the cover plate or the movement of the guide shaft 253 along the slide way 228 when the protrusion is retracted, and after the convex block 241 is further pressed down to cross the bolt, the convex block 241 extends into the lower part of the bolt, namely the bolt is pressed against the top surface of the convex block 241, so that the locked state is maintained.
In the same way, a chamfer structure can be arranged on the bolt, namely, the part of the bolt, which is firstly contacted with the lug 241 when the bolt is stored, is provided with an inclined surface to guide the lug 241 to be in place. The chamfered configurations of both the locking tongue and the projection 241 may also be used in combination.
Preferably, the top surface of the linkage 24 is provided with a protruding anti-slip pattern, so that when the elastic suction pipe 23 is stored, the hand does not slip easily when acting on the linkage 24.
In one embodiment, cup 10 is substantially cylindrical and has a recess in the side of cup 10 to facilitate gripping. In other embodiments, the structure of the cup body 10 and the material of the cup body 10 are not limited strictly, as long as the cup body 10 can be connected with the lid 20 in a sealing manner and can contain liquid, and the cup body 10 can be an insulating cup body 10 with a double-layer structure or a single-layer cup body 10.
In one embodiment, the handle 26 is directly fixed on the cup cover 20 by a soft plastic covered ring handle, so that the user can carry the cup 100 conveniently. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the handle 26 may be made of other flexible materials, such as a string.
As shown in fig. 1-7, in one preferred embodiment, the cup 100 operates as follows:
when the elastic suction tube 23 is in the unlocking state, the user acts on the top surface of the linkage member 24 (cover plate) through the force application direction of F2 shown in fig. 2, when the cover plate is attached to the fixing sleeve 25, the cover plate is further pushed and the fixing sleeve 25 is linked to turn over around the guide shaft 253 towards the locking portion 221 (lock tongue), the elastic section 231 of the elastic suction tube 23 turns over along the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 to close the tube cavity, meanwhile, the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 pushes the elastic section 231 contacted with the fixing sleeve 25 towards the direction far away from the lock tongue, the anti-falling head 233 of the elastic suction tube 23 is attached to the fixing sleeve 25, the fixing sleeve 25 pulls the anti-falling head 233 of the elastic suction tube 23 along the edge 254 to stretch towards the lock tongue direction, the fixing sleeve 25 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic suction tube 23 to turn over the elastic suction tube 23, the elastic section 231 is stretched towards two, the stretching degree of the elastic segment 231 is increased, and the stretching state is more obvious, namely the elastic force of the elastic suction pipe 23 is required to be overcome, during the process of receiving the elastic suction pipe 23, the elastic segment 231 in the tensioned state drives the guide shaft 253 in the slide way 228 to translate towards the lock tongue, the transmission member 413 rotatably connected to the guide shaft 253 drives the sliding plate 411 and the lock release button 42 to move back to the position in the locked state, meanwhile, the cover plate connected to the fixing sleeve 25 approaches the lock tongue until the projection 241 contacts the lock tongue, the cover plate is pressed forcefully to enable the projection 241 to cross the lock tongue, the elastic section 231 in the tensioning state drives the top surface of the projection 241 to abut against the lock tongue and is kept in the locking state, the cover plate pushes the elastic suction pipe 23 and the fixing sleeve 25 into the receiving area 226, that is, the elastic pipette 23 is in a folded storage state, and the elastic section 231 is folded by itself to close the lumen, thereby preventing the liquid from leaking out of the elastic pipette 23.
When the elastic straw 23 is in the storage state, a user presses the release button 42 in the direction of F1 shown in fig. 2 to drive the sliding plate 411 and the transmission member 413 to slide along the top surface of the cover body, the transmission member 413 is linked with the guide shaft 253 to slide in the slide way 228 in the direction away from the latch tongue, the fixing sleeve 25, the elastic straw 23 and the cover plate are driven to move in the direction away from the latch tongue, the release driving mechanism 40 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic straw 23 until the cover plate completely comes out of the abutting area with the latch tongue, i.e. the locking between the top surface of the cover plate and the latch tongue is released, at this time, the elastic section 231 of the elastic straw 23 is deformed due to the elastic force thereof to pop the end of the elastic straw 23 out of the storage area 226, the elastic straw 23 is in the release state, i.e. the elastic section 231.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a water cup with a part of the structure omitted according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the cup shown in FIG. 8 with a portion of the structure omitted; fig. 10 is a perspective view of the cup of fig. 9 from another perspective.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a position-limiting member 27 is fixedly disposed on the position-limiting seat 22, and the position-limiting member 27 is used to limit the rotation angle of the fixing sleeve 25, so that the elastic suction tube 23 fixedly connected to the fixing sleeve 25 reaches a partially unlocked state before reaching a fully unfolded unlocked state, and thus the linkage member 24 can prevent the elastic suction tube 23 from directly reaching the fully unfolded unlocked state to hit the hand of the operator, and prevent the liquid inside from directly rushing out.
Specifically, the limiting member 27 is disposed on the limiting seat 22 on the opening side of the U-shaped structure 222. Preferably, the limiting member 27 is substantially a plate-shaped structure, one end of the limiting member 27 is fixedly connected to the first sidewall 223, the other end of the limiting member 27 is fixedly connected to the second sidewall 224, and the limiting member 27 is disposed opposite to the third sidewall 225 of the limiting base 22.
The surface of the limiting member 27 opposite to the third sidewall 225 extends outward to form a limiting portion 271, and the limiting portion 271 is used for abutting against the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25.
In the present embodiment, the stopper 271 is a substantially straight convex portion. It is understood that in other embodiments, the shape of the limiting portion 271 may be a wave or a protruding claw, as long as the limiting portion can abut against the fixing sleeve 25 and limit the rotation angle of the fixing sleeve 25.
In the present embodiment, two limiting portions 271 are disposed on the limiting member 27, and the two limiting portions 271 are disposed in parallel, so that the contacting stability between the two limiting portions 271 and the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 is better. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the limiting portions 271 may be one or more than two.
It should be additionally noted that the arrangement of the limiting portion 271 is a preferred embodiment and is not an essential component. For example, the limitation of the angle of rotation of the fastener sleeve 25 can be achieved by frictional contact between the surface of the limiting member 27 and the fastener sleeve 25.
As shown in fig. 10, the following explains the movement principle of the elastic suction tube 23 to the partially unlocked state and the further fully unfolded unlocked state:
when the external force F2 drives the lock release driving mechanism 40 to release the locking between the linkage member 24 and the locking portion 221, the elastic suction tube 23 is in the lock release state, the elastic suction tube 23 is linked with the fixing sleeve 25, the elastic suction tube 23 rotates due to the self-recovery deformation and drives the fixing sleeve 25 to rotate correspondingly, after the fixing sleeve 25 deflects by a preset angle, the limiting portion 271 of the limiting member 27 abuts against the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 to limit the further rotation of the fixing sleeve 25, so that the elastic suction tube 23 is in the partial lock release state.
Specifically, the elastic suction tube 23 is ejected out of the area surrounded by the U-shaped structure 222 under the action of the elastic section 231, and drives the guide shaft 253 of the fixing sleeve 25 to rotate in the slide way 228, and the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 stretches the elastic section 231 in the direction away from the locking part 221; when the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 abuts against the limiting portion 271, the external force F2 still acts on the unlocking driving mechanism 40, the unlocking driving mechanism 40 keeps the fixing sleeve 25 and the limiting portion 271 in a mutually clamped state to limit the guide shaft 253 from further rotating in the slide way 228, meanwhile, the bottom edge 255 of the fixing sleeve 25 abuts against the elastic section 231 and further presses the limiting portion 271 through the elastic section 231, and the elastic section 231 clamped between the fixing sleeve 25 and the limiting portion 271 is in a stretched and tensioned state, at this time, the elastic suction tube 23 is in a partially unlocked state which is not fully unfolded (from a storage state to a non-fully unfolded state, the overturning angle of the elastic suction tube 23 is preferably 30-80 °). The incompletely unfolded state of the elastic suction pipe 23 is between the stored state and the completely unfolded state.
When the external force F2 is removed, the release drive mechanism 40 releases the locking state between the fixing sleeve 25 and the stopper 271, and the elastic section 231 in the tensioned state further rebounds in a direction away from the lock portion 221 and returns to the deformed state until the elastic pipette 23 is in the fully expanded state (the angle at which the elastic pipette 23 is inverted from the stored state to the fully expanded state is preferably 100 ° to 160 °). During the further rebound and turning process of the elastic pipette 23, the elastic section 231 of the elastic pipette 23 drives the bottom of the fixing sleeve 25 to move in the direction 255 toward the locking part 221 due to the recovery deformation, and simultaneously the guide shaft 253 of the fixing sleeve 25 further rotates in the slide way 228 until the elastic section 231 is completely recovered to be in the fully unfolded state, the lumen of the elastic section 231 is opened, at this time, the elastic pipette 23 is in the fully unfolded unlocking state, and the unlocking driving mechanism 40 is recovered to be in the position in the locking state under the action of the elastic pipette 23.
The fully unfolded state of the elastic suction tube 23 means a state in which the elastic suction tube 23 is naturally unfolded without an external force, and the elastic suction tube 23 shown in fig. 2 is the fully unfolded state in this embodiment. It will be appreciated that the angle formed by the elastic suction tube 23 in the fully deployed state with the top surface 211 of the cover body may be other angles, such as 160 ° or 90 °, as long as it is possible to achieve the resilient and deployment of the lumen of the elastic suction tube 23 in the unlocked state.
The limiting member 27 and the fixing sleeve 25 are matched with each other, so that the elastic suction pipe 23 has a partially unlocked state which is not completely unfolded and a unlocked state which is unfolded before the elastic suction pipe 23 reaches the completely unfolded locked state, and the problem that the hands of an operator are injured due to overlarge bouncing impact force in the locking releasing process of the linkage member 24 can be effectively solved by setting the elastic suction pipe 23 in two opening processes, and meanwhile, the problem that the operator is splashed or scalded due to the fact that liquid in the water cup directly rushes out of the elastic suction pipe 23 is further prevented.
The embodiment of the invention provides a water cup 100, the water cup 100 achieves the purpose of locking and unlocking an elastic suction pipe 23 by arranging a linkage piece 24, the elastic suction pipe 23, an unlocking driving mechanism 40 and a limiting seat 22 which are mutually matched, so that the installation and operation modes of the elastic suction pipe 23 of the water cup 100 are safer and more sanitary, the water cup 100 is convenient to use and clean as a whole, and the service life of the water cup 100 can be prolonged correspondingly.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
