the preheating unit 331 is configured to perform preheating processing on the puffing chamber when the processor 310 determines that the current puffing processing temperature is lower than the preset puffing processing temperature, and trigger the processor 310 to perform an operation of determining whether the current puffing processing temperature is higher than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature.

and sending the fault report.
In the implementation process, the processor 310 determines whether the packaged puffed food meets the preset production specification; if the packaged puffed food does not meet the preset production specification, fault detection is carried out on the puffed raw material supply mechanism 320, the puffing processing mechanism 330, the subpackaging mechanism 340 and the packaging mechanism 350, and a fault report is obtained; and then sending a fault report, wherein the fault report can be sent to operation and maintenance personnel or related personnel, so that corresponding maintenance work can be carried out as soon as possible.
The automatic feeding apparatus for puffed food may implement the automatic feeding method for puffed food of the second embodiment. Any options in the second embodiment described above are also applicable to the present embodiment, and are not described in detail here.

Claims (6)

1. A method for automatically supplying an expanded food product, comprising:
receiving order information, wherein the order information comprises purchase types and purchase quantities of the puffed food;
matching corresponding puffed raw materials according to the purchase types of the puffed food;
carrying out puffing processing on the puffing raw materials according to preset puffing processing parameters to obtain processed puffed food;
subpackaging the processed puffed food according to the purchase quantity of the puffed food to obtain the subpackaged puffed food;
packaging the packaged puffed food according to a preset packaging mode to obtain a packaged puffed food;
conveying the packaged puffed food to an extraction area for taking away;
the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the packaged puffed food meets preset production specifications or not;
if the packaged puffed food does not meet the preset production specification, carrying out fault detection on a production mechanism to obtain a fault report; the production mechanism is used for producing the packaged puffed food;
sending the fault report;
after the step of receiving order information, wherein the order information comprises the purchase type and the purchase quantity of the puffed food, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the stored packaged puffed food meets preset supply conditions or not according to the purchase types and purchase quantity of the puffed food;
if the stored packaged puffed food meets the preset supply condition, the step of conveying the packaged puffed food to an object taking area for taking away is executed;
and if the stored packaged puffed food does not meet the preset supply condition, executing the step of matching the corresponding puffed raw materials based on the purchase type of the puffed food.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving order information comprising a purchase type and a purchase quantity of the puffed food, the method further comprises:
judging whether the current puffing processing temperature is greater than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature or not;
if the current puffing processing temperature is greater than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature, the step of matching corresponding puffing raw materials based on the purchase type of the puffed food is executed;
and if the current puffing processing temperature is lower than the preset puffing processing temperature, preheating the puffing processing cavity, and executing the step of judging whether the current puffing processing temperature is higher than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of receiving order information comprising a purchase type and a purchase quantity of the puffed food, the method further comprises:
detecting the residual types of the puffing raw materials to obtain the purchasable types of the puffed food;
detecting the residual quantity of the puffing raw materials, and calculating according to the residual quantity of the puffing raw materials to obtain the quantity of the purchased puffed food;
and displaying the purchasable variety and the purchasable quantity of the puffed food according to preset display rules.
4. An automatic supply apparatus for puffed food products, comprising:
the processor is used for receiving order information, and the order information comprises purchase types and purchase quantities of the puffed food;
the puffing raw material supply mechanism is used for matching corresponding puffing raw materials according to the purchase types of the puffed food;
the puffing processing mechanism is used for carrying out puffing processing on the puffing raw materials according to preset puffing processing parameters to obtain processed puffed food;
the subpackaging mechanism is used for subpackaging the processed puffed food according to the purchase quantity of the puffed food to obtain the subpackaged puffed food;
the packaging mechanism is used for packaging the separately packaged puffed food according to a preset packaging mode to obtain a packaged puffed food;
the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the packaged puffed food to a fetching area for taking away;
the processor is further configured to:
judging whether the packaged puffed food meets preset production specifications or not;
if the packaged puffed food does not meet the preset production specification, carrying out fault detection on the puffed raw material supply mechanism, the puffing processing mechanism, the subpackaging mechanism and the packaging mechanism to obtain a fault report;
sending the fault report;
the processor is further configured to:
judging whether the stored packaged puffed food meets preset supply conditions or not according to the purchase types and purchase quantity of the puffed food;
if the stored packaged puffed food meets the preset supply condition, triggering the conveying mechanism to convey the packaged puffed food to an object taking area for taking away;
and if the stored packaged puffed food does not meet the preset supply condition, triggering the puffed raw material supply mechanism to execute the operation of matching the corresponding puffed raw materials according to the purchase types of the puffed food.
5. The automated supply of puffed food products of claim 4 further comprising a pre-heating mechanism, wherein,
the processor is also used for judging whether the current puffing processing temperature is greater than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature;
if the current puffing processing temperature is greater than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature, triggering the puffing raw material supply mechanism to execute the operation of matching the corresponding puffing raw materials based on the purchase type of the puffed food;
the preheating machine part is used for preheating the puffing processing cavity when the processor judges that the current puffing processing temperature is lower than the preset puffing processing temperature, and triggering the processor to execute the operation of judging whether the current puffing processing temperature is higher than or equal to the preset puffing processing temperature.
