In the process of identifying the two-dimensional code, if the two-dimensional code cannot be identified due to damage, pollution or other reasons, the aluminum template 1 is stopped at the joint of the first conveyor belt 2 and the second conveyor belt 3 under the control of the control system, and the first conveyor belt 2 and the second conveyor belt 3 are vertical to each other; the material pushing mechanism 4 is arranged at the position where the first conveyor belt 2 and the second conveyor belt 3 are intersected, the material pushing mechanism 4 comprises a cylinder 41 with the pushing direction facing the second conveyor belt 3, a push plate 42 is installed at the end part of a piston shaft of the cylinder 41, and the width of the push plate 42 is the same as that of the second conveyor belt 3. The control system controls the cylinder 41 to work, and the piston shaft is pushed out, so that the aluminum template 1 is pushed onto the second conveyor belt 3 through the push plate 42. In order to increase the stability of the pushing process, the first conveying belt 2 is provided with two supporting rods 21, the distance between the supporting rods 21 and the conveying plane of the first conveying belt 2 is controlled to be about 2-5mm, the supporting rods 21 are located between the chains of the multiples of the first conveying belt 2, the orientation of the supporting rods 21 is the same as that of the second conveying belt 3, the supporting rods 21 can support the aluminum template 1 when the pushing plate 42 pushes the aluminum template 1, and the pushing stability is increased.
The scanning recognition system has the technical effects that due to the adoption of a double recognition mode and the adoption of a two-dimensional code scanning mode, the scanning recognition of the aluminum template 1 can be rapidly completed, when the two-dimensional code recognition fails, the aluminum template 1 is rapidly pushed onto the second conveying belt 3 through the material pushing mechanism 4 to perform NFC mode recognition, and the influence on the scanning efficiency due to the fact that the two-dimensional code cannot be recognized is reduced; the aluminum template 1 output from the end of the second conveyor belt 3 can be repaired, replaced and the like in a targeted manner because the two-dimensional code cannot be identified.

2. The scan recognition system of claim 1, wherein: the two-dimensional code recognition device is a code scanning gun (5), and the width of a recognition area of the code scanning gun (5) is the same as the width of the two conveyor belt units.
