Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological extraction, in particular to a physical method for extracting oleoresin by using natural essential oil of the same type as a plant to be extracted to replace a chemical solvent.
Background
Essential oil (also called volatile oil) is extracted from flowers, stems, fruits and other parts of aromatic plants by steam distillation or supercritical extraction, and is mostly colorless or slightly yellowish transparent liquid. The main components of the oil comprise terpenes, aliphatic compounds, aromatic compounds and other micromolecule volatile compounds, can be mutually dissolved with vegetable oil, is insoluble in water, and has the antibacterial effect and the like.
Oleoresin (oleoresin) refers to a thick, essential oil-containing resinous product obtained by extracting the aroma and taste components of a spice raw material with a suitable solvent as much as possible, and distilling and recovering the solvent. The main components of the product comprise essential oil, pungent component, pigment, resin, nonvolatile oil and polysaccharide compound. Compared with essential oil, the oleoresin has richer fragrance and richer mouthfeel, and has the functions of antibiosis, antioxidation and the like. The oleoresin can greatly improve the utilization rate of effective components in the aromatic plants. For example, cinnamon is used directly for cooking, but only 25% of the effective components can be used, and the content of the cinnamon can reach more than 95% when the cinnamon is prepared into oil resin. It can be seen that essential oils and oleoresins have become an important development direction for spices.
The common methods for extracting oleoresin comprise supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, subcritical extraction and chemical solvent extraction, and the three processing methods have the problems of solvent residue or flavor loss and the like, so that the extraction of fresh fruits with high water content is more difficult to realize.
