Description

Mountain climbing rope washing machine and rope washing method
Technical Field
The disclosure belongs to the field of mountain climbing rope cleaning, and particularly relates to a mountain climbing rope cleaning machine and a mountain climbing rope cleaning method.
Background
The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the disclosure and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Modern climbing ropes consist of a rope core and a rope skin, wherein the rope core is a main stress part; the rope skin is used for protecting the rope core. In the use, the sand grain can press from both sides in the gap of rope skin under the effect, perhaps gets into inside the rope core through the gap of rope skin, if continue during the use, the sand grain that presss from both sides in the rope skin gap can produce cutting force to the rope skin, leads to the damage of rope skin, perhaps gets into the inside sand grain of rope core can produce cutting force to the fibre of rope core, cuts off rope core fibre slowly, shortens the life of rope core. Therefore, the climbing rope needs to be cleaned after being used for a period of time, so that the service life of the climbing rope is prolonged.
The cleaning method of the climbing rope is generally to put the climbing rope into a bathtub with a larger volume or a relatively wide clean water area for cleaning, and the climbing rope is generally cleaned by adopting a method of continuously cleaning the climbing rope so as to remove sludge on the surface of the climbing rope and shake off part of sand grains in the climbing rope. The inventor finds that the washed sludge and sand particles are disturbed when the climbing rope is rocked and suspended in water where the rope is positioned, so that the rope is difficult to thoroughly clean by adopting the method, the washed sand particles are settled at the bottom of the water body, the rope can generate non-directional friction with the sand particles in the rocking process, and the sand particles easily cause a certain cutting effect on rope skin fibers, or pass through the rope skin under the action of external force and reenter the rope core, thereby causing secondary pollution. If the cleaning is required to be more thoroughly, the water is needed to be changed for several times, so that the waste of water resources is caused.
In addition, the length of the climbing rope is 60-200 m, and the climbing rope is long, namely has a large volume, so that the climbing rope is difficult to clean by using a suitable container, and if the number of the climbing ropes which need to be cleaned at one time is large, the cleaning of the climbing rope becomes more difficult.
