Therefore, the optional embodiment can also prompt the circulation control personnel of the storage node to suspend circulation of the target catering utensils when the condition that the target catering utensils are used meets the scrapping condition and before the target catering utensils circulate is judged, so that the probability that the target catering utensils which need to be scrapped are circulated and used is reduced.
In another alternative embodiment, after step 203 is completed, the method for controlling the circulation of the reusable food service item may further comprise the following operations:

In this another optional embodiment, as another optional implementation manner, the discard recycling instruction may further include an identifier of a discard processing point, so that a recycling person can recycle the target food and beverage utensil to a suitable discard processing point. The method for controlling the circulation of the reusable catering utensils can further comprise the following operations:
the control platform detects whether a recycling confirmation message fed back by a target scrapping processing point corresponding to the identification of the scrapping processing point is received or not, wherein the recycling confirmation message is used for indicating that the target scrapping processing point has received the target catering utensils;

Therefore, the optional embodiment can also indicate the scrapping processing point to scrap the target catering appliance according to the corresponding scrapping strategy or provide the scrapping processing point with information for the scrapping processing point to select the scrapping strategy when the scrapping processing point is confirmed to receive the target catering appliance, so that the scrapping processing point can conveniently select the proper scrapping strategy to scrap the target catering appliance, and the target catering appliance resource can be reasonably utilized.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method for controlling the circulation of the reusable catering utensils described in fig. 1, the use of disposable catering utensils can be reduced through the reusable catering utensils, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced, whether the reusable catering utensils meet the scrapping condition can also be monitored in time, if so, the reusable catering utensils which need to be scrapped are recovered in time, and the eating safety and the use experience of users are improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating another method for controlling circulation of reusable food and beverage utensils according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for controlling the circulation of reusable catering utensils described in fig. 3 can be applied to the control platform. As shown in FIG. 3, the method of controlling the circulation of reusable food items may include the following operations:
301. the control platform judges whether the target catering utensils need to be taken out of the warehouse and circulated to the target object, and when the judgment result in the step 301 is yes, the step 302 is triggered to be executed; when the determination result in step 301 is negative, the present process may be ended.
In an embodiment of the invention, the target object is an immediate user of the target eating utensil or a provider of the target eating utensil or a returning point of the eating utensil, the provider of the target eating utensil is used for providing the target eating utensil for the immediate user of the target eating utensil, and the returning point of the eating utensil is used for providing the target eating utensil for the immediate user of the target eating utensil or the provider of the target eating utensil.
302. And the control platform counts the service condition of the target catering utensils.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target catering tool is a recyclable and reusable catering tool. Wherein the recyclable food item may comprise recyclable tableware and/or recyclable tableware.

In the embodiment of the invention, the recycling confirmation message is used for indicating that the scrapping processing point has received the target catering utensils recycled by the recycling personnel.

It can be seen that this optional embodiment can get and return some and judge again whether target food and beverage apparatus need scrap to target food and beverage apparatus need circulate to the direct user of target food and beverage apparatus or the provider of target food and beverage apparatus at target food and beverage apparatus, can reduce control platform's judgement number of times, and when target food and beverage apparatus need scrap, directly restrict target food and beverage apparatus's circulation on the source of circulation, and can also when receiving the recovery confirmation message that scrap processing point feedback, in time clear away target food and beverage apparatus's history information of tracing to the source.
In an alternative embodiment, before performing step 306, the method for controlling the circulation of reusable food items may further comprise the following operations:
the control platform judges whether the target catering utensils have corresponding unreturned deposit or not;
when the judgment result is negative, the control platform executes the operation of clearing the historical traceability information of the target catering tool;
and when the judgment result is yes, the control platform returns the unreturned deposit of the target catering tool to the corresponding object and triggers and executes the operation of clearing the historical traceability information of the target catering tool.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also remove the historical traceability information of the target catering tool in time when determining that the target catering tool does not have the corresponding unreturned deposit.
In an alternative embodiment, the method of controlling the circulation of reusable food items may further comprise the operations of:
the control platform judges whether the use type of the target catering tool is a directional use type, and the directional use type indicates that the use object of the target catering tool is a fixed object;
and when the use type of the target catering tool is judged to be the directional use type, the control platform sends a prompt message to the use object of the target catering tool, and the prompt message is used for prompting that the target catering tool needs to be scrapped.

the control platform determines the description information of the target catering utensils, wherein the description information of the target catering utensils at least comprises the types of the target catering utensils;
the control platform recommends other reusable catering utensils matched with the description information of the target catering utensil to the target catering utensil.
It can be seen that, by implementing the method for controlling the circulation of reusable catering utensils described in fig. 3, it is possible to determine whether the target catering utensil needs to be discarded after the target catering utensil needs to be circulated to a direct user of the target catering utensil or a return point of the target catering utensil, so that the determination frequency of the control platform can be reduced, and when the target catering utensil needs to be discarded, the circulation of the target catering utensil is directly limited from the circulation source, and when a recovery confirmation message fed back from the discard processing point is received, the history source tracing information of the target catering utensil can be timely removed. In addition, when the use type of the target catering tool is judged to be the directional use type, the scrapping prompt message can be sent to the fixed use object in time, and other reusable catering tools matched with the type of the target catering tool are recommended to the fixed use object, so that the use experience of a user is further improved.

Further optionally, the damage condition of the target catering ware may include a degree of damage of the target catering ware and/or a frequency of damage of the target catering ware. The damage degree of the target catering equipment can be expressed by a damage percentage, which can be equal to the weight difference between the standard weight of the target catering equipment and the real-time weight of the target catering equipment and then divided by the standard weight of the target catering equipment, or the damage percentage can be equal to the damaged surface area of the target catering equipment divided by the total surface area of the target catering equipment, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The judging module 402 is configured to judge whether the service condition counted by the counting module 401 meets a preset rejection condition.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner for the determining module 402 to determine whether the service condition counted by the counting module 401 meets the preset rejection condition may specifically be:
when the parameters included in the service condition are parameters of a single type, judging whether the parameters included in the service condition are greater than or equal to corresponding preset parameter thresholds, and if so, determining that the service condition meets preset scrapping conditions;

In addition, the current circulation node where the circulation node is located can be determined through the node information reported by each circulation node or the circulation track of the target catering appliance or the logistics information of the target catering appliance, and the reliability of the determined current circulation node is improved.
Still further optionally, the determining module 402 may be further configured to determine whether the current circulation node where the target dining ware is located is a warehousing node after the determining module 404 determines the current circulation node where the target dining ware is located and before the issuing module 403 issues the discard and recycling instruction for the target dining ware, and when the determination result is yes, trigger the issuing module 403 to perform the operation of issuing the discard and recycling instruction for the target dining ware.
Still further optionally, the judging module 402 may be further configured to judge whether the current circulation node where the target catering appliance is located is a catering appliance returning point when judging that the current circulation node is not a warehousing node; and when judging that the current circulation node takes the return point for the catering tool, judging whether the return point for the catering tool is a lease recovery cabinet, wherein the lease recovery cabinet can realize intelligent lease of the reusable catering tool and can further realize intelligent recovery of the reusable catering tool.
The determining module 404 may be further configured to determine, when the determining module 402 determines that the food and beverage appliance returning point is the rental recycling bin, a bin door identifier corresponding to a specific position where the target food and beverage appliance is located in the rental recycling bin.
The issuing module 403 may also be configured to send a locking instruction to the rental recycling bin, where the locking instruction is used to instruct the rental recycling bin to lock the cabinet door corresponding to the cabinet door identifier, so as to prevent the target catering equipment from continuing circulation.
In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the control platform may further include a push module 405, wherein:

In this another optional embodiment, as another optional implementation manner, the discard recycling instruction may further include an identifier of a discard processing point, so that a recycling person can recycle the target food and beverage utensil to a suitable discard processing point. Wherein:
the determining module 402 may further be configured to detect whether a recycling confirmation message fed back by the target scrapping point corresponding to the identifier of the scrapping point is received, where the recycling confirmation message is used to indicate that the target scrapping point has received the target catering utensil.

A recommending module 409, configured to determine description information of a target catering appliance, where the description information of the target catering appliance at least includes a type of the target catering appliance; and recommending other reusable catering utensils matched with the description information of the target catering utensil to the target catering utensil.
Therefore, the control platform described in fig. 5 can also send the rejection prompt message to the fixed object and recommend other reusable catering utensils matched with the type of the target catering utensil to the fixed object when judging that the use type of the target catering utensil is the directional use type, so that the use experience of the user is further improved.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another control platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the control platform may include:

An embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause steps in a method of controlling circulation of reusable food service items as described in the first or second embodiment of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. A method of controlling the circulation of reusable food items, the method comprising:
the control platform counts the use condition of a target catering tool, wherein the target catering tool is a recyclable and reusable catering tool;
the control platform judges whether the use condition meets a preset scrapping condition or not;
when the service condition is judged to meet the preset scrapping condition, the control platform issues a scrapping and recycling instruction aiming at the target catering utensils;
the service condition comprises at least one of damage condition of the target catering tool, total circulation time of the target catering tool, total times of warehouse entry and warehouse exit of the target catering tool and total times of disinfection of the target catering tool, and the damage condition of the target catering tool comprises damage degree of the target catering tool and/or damage frequency of the target catering tool;
the control platform determines the description information of the target catering tool, wherein the description information of the target catering tool at least comprises the type of the target catering tool;
the control platform recommends other reusable catering utensils matched with the description information of the target catering utensil to the use object of the target catering utensil.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the usage condition is determined to satisfy the predetermined rejection condition, and before the control platform issues a rejection and recovery instruction for the target food and beverage, the method further comprises:
the control platform determines a current circulation node where the target catering tool is located;
the control platform issues a scrap recovery instruction for the target catering utensils, and the scrap recovery instruction comprises the following steps:
and the control platform issues a scrapping and recycling instruction aiming at the target catering tool to a terminal device corresponding to the current circulation node, wherein the scrapping and recycling instruction is used for prompting circulation control personnel of the current circulation node to suspend circulation of the target catering tool.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein after the control platform issues the end-of-life recycling indication for the target food service item, the method further comprises:
the control platform pushes a scrapping and recycling instruction to a recycling person corresponding to the target catering appliance, the scrapping and recycling instruction comprises a node identification of a current circulation node where the target catering appliance is located, and the scrapping and recycling instruction is used for indicating the recycling person to reach the current circulation node to recycle the target catering appliance.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises, before the control platform counts usage of the target food service item:
the control platform judges whether the target catering utensils need to be taken out of the warehouse and circulated to the target object;
when the target catering tool is judged to need to be taken out of the warehouse and circulated to the target object, the control platform carries out statistics on the service condition of the target catering tool;
wherein the target object is an immediate user of the target eating utensil or a provider of the target eating utensil, the provider of the target eating utensil being configured to provide the target eating utensil to the immediate user of the target eating utensil.
5. The method of controlling the circulation of reusable food items according to claim 3 further comprising:
the control platform detects whether a recycling confirmation message fed back by a scrapped processing point is received, wherein the recycling confirmation message is used for indicating that the scrapped processing point receives the target catering utensils recycled by the recycling personnel;
and when the recovery confirmation message is detected to be received, the control platform clears the historical traceability information of the target catering appliance.
6. The method of controlling the circulation of reusable food items according to claim 1 further comprising:
the control platform judges whether the use type of the target catering tool is a directional use type, and the directional use type indicates that the use object of the target catering tool is a fixed object;
and when the use type of the target catering tool is judged to be the directional use type, the control platform sends a prompt message to a use object of the target catering tool, and the prompt message is used for prompting that the target catering tool needs to be scrapped.
7. A control platform, comprising:
the statistical module is used for counting the use condition of a target catering appliance, wherein the target catering appliance is a recyclable and reusable catering appliance;
the judging module is used for judging whether the service condition meets a preset scrapping condition;
the issuing module is used for issuing a scrapping and recycling instruction aiming at the target catering appliance when the judging module judges that the use condition meets the preset scrapping condition;
the service condition comprises at least one of damage condition of the target catering tool, total circulation time of the target catering tool, total times of warehouse entry and warehouse exit of the target catering tool and total times of disinfection of the target catering tool, and the damage condition of the target catering tool comprises damage degree of the target catering tool and/or damage frequency of the target catering tool;
the determining module is used for determining the description information of the target catering appliance, and the description information of the target catering appliance at least comprises the type of the target catering appliance;
and the recommending module is used for recommending other reusable catering utensils matched with the description information of the target catering utensil to the using object of the target catering utensil.
8. A control platform, comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the method of controlling the circulation of reusable food service items according to any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-storable medium that stores computer instructions that, when invoked, perform a method of controlling the circulation of reusable food service items according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
