Abstract
一种不饱和树脂产品的制作工艺，是将不饱和树
脂与轻质填料混合至稠状，放入模具中，待半小时左
右出模。这种制作工艺不饱和树脂用量少，产品精度
高，工艺极为简单，节省工时，且重复制作极为方便。
Description
本发明涉及一种以不饱和树脂为主要原料，辅以轻质填料制成的代替木材的产品的制作工艺。
现有技术中，不饱和树脂一般用于代替木材，制作成各种产品，由于不饱和树脂用量大，造成产成品成本高，精度低，而且费工。
本发明的目的是提供一种不饱和树脂用量少、产品精度高、工艺简单的不饱和树脂产品的制作工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：不饱和树脂产品的制作工艺是首先不饱和树脂与轻质填料在常温下混合搅拌至稠状，再将上述制品放入特制的模具中达0.5-1小时，出模。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有不饱和树脂用量少，产品成本低，精度高的优点，此外本发明的工艺极其简单，大大地节省了工时，重复制作极为方便。
下面详细叙述本发明的技术解决方案。
实施例1：本发明的制作工艺如下：
将不饱和树脂与轻质填料按1∶1的比例混合，搅拌至稠状，轻质填料采用CaCO3和玻璃微珠，二者比例为1∶1，再将上述制品放入模具中至0.5-1小时，出模。
实施例2：本发明的制作工艺如下：
将不饱和树脂与木粉按1∶0.4的比例混合，搅拌至稠状，再将上述制品放入模具中至0.5-1小时，出模。

A、首先不饱和树脂与轻质填料在常温下混合搅拌至稠状，
B、将上述制品放入特制的模具中达0.5-1小时，出模。
