The zeolite powder contains a certain amount of active silicon dioxide and silicon trioxide, can react with a hydration product calcium hydroxide of cement to generate a gelled substance, and has high adsorption performance, catalytic performance, thermal stability, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance.
The existing ceramic tile back glue product cannot have the advantages of high bonding strength, short dry film time, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and the like, so that further research is needed. So far, no report on the application of the combination of styrene-acrylic emulsion, sand, zeolite powder, cellulose and the like on the adhesive for building materials is found.

(3) the single-component ceramic tile back glue containing zeolite powder provided by the invention has the advantages of easily obtained raw materials, simple preparation conditions and equipment, simple and controllable process and very important practical popularization value.
