Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The multifunctional expandable water surface life-saving floating island platform system comprises a life-saving main floating island I, a life-saving auxiliary floating island II, a life-saving slide III and an auxiliary floating cantilever IV, wherein the life-saving main floating island I and the life-saving slide III are connected with each other and are folded and stored in a mounting box of a ship, one end of the life-saving slide III is connected with the life-saving main floating island I, and the other end of the life-saving slide III is fixedly connected with a ship board or a mounting box of the ship; the lifesaving auxiliary floating island II and the auxiliary floating cantilever IV are respectively folded and stored in a plastic box of the ship.
The application method of the multifunctional expandable water surface life-saving floating island platform system comprises the following steps: during rescue, the main life-saving floating island I and the escape slide III are inflated at the first time, the main life-saving floating island I is thrown into the water, one end of the escape slide III is connected to a ship board or a mounting box, the other end of the escape slide III is connected with the main life-saving floating island I, and the main life-saving floating island I receives and rescue personnel sliding down from the escape slide III; after the main life-saving floating island I is thrown into the water, the auxiliary life-saving floating island II and the auxiliary floating cantilever IV are inflated subsequently and thrown into the water; and connecting the inflated lifesaving auxiliary floating island II and/or auxiliary floating cantilever IV with the lifesaving main floating island I for expansion, accommodating more people and rescuing people carrying in water.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the main floating island i comprises a plurality of mutually connected bagging air bags, and a panel 110 and a bottom plate 120 connected to the bagging air bags, wherein the bagging air bags are divided into a longitudinal main bagging air bag 101, a transverse long bagging air bag 102 and a transverse short bagging air bag 103 according to different sizes and installation positions; the transverse long bagging air bags 102 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the main floating island and are vertically and fixedly connected with a plurality of longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 which are arranged in parallel; the transverse short bagging air bags 103 are vertically and fixedly connected between two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 in the middle, so as to play a floating assisting role; a main floating island cabin 201 and a slide landing area 202 are arranged among the bagging air bags, the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120; the bagging air bag is also provided with a life-saving equipment box 203.
The various bagging air bags comprise airtight functional pieces and external stress connecting pieces, the airtight functional pieces are cylinder-like after being inflated, the radial sections of the airtight functional pieces are circular or elliptical, and the axial sections of the airtight functional pieces are rectangle-like or arc-like; the external stress connecting piece is sleeved on the periphery of the airtight functional piece, and plays roles in protecting the airtight functional piece, connecting external functional accessories, and forming and bearing load; the two ends of the airtight functional piece are respectively and hermetically connected with a vent pipe; a plurality of ribs are arranged on the periphery of the external stress connecting piece along the axial direction of the airtight functional piece, and a plurality of transverse reinforcing rings are also arranged on the periphery of the external stress connecting piece for circumferential reinforcement; the various bagging air bags are mutually connected through external connecting hanging buckle holes and hanging buckles on the external stressed connecting pieces, or are directly fixedly connected in a rope sewing mode; and the airtight functional parts of the longitudinal main bagging air bag and the transverse short bagging air bag are also mutually connected in parallel or in series through the vent pipe, so that the inflatable bag is convenient to fully inflate at one time.
Preferably, the airtight functional part is a butyl rubber air bag 1, which plays roles of ensuring air tightness and providing buoyancy; the external stress connecting piece is a hollow canvas sleeve bag 2 which is made of a plurality of layers of waterproof canvas and is sleeved on the periphery of the butyl rubber air bag 1; the two ends of the butyl rubber air bag 1 are respectively and hermetically connected with a vent pipe 7; the breather pipe is also provided with an inflation valve switch KF and a pressure regulating safety switch AF, the inflation valve switch KF is used for controlling inflation, and the pressure regulating safety switch AF is used for regulating the air pressure in the butyl rubber air bag 1 to be in a safety range; the vent pipe 7 is far away from one end of the butyl rubber air bag 1, and is also provided with an inflation port CQ and a serial-parallel connection port CQ so as to communicate among a plurality of butyl rubber air bags 1 and simultaneously inflate; a plurality of ribs 4 are arranged on the periphery of the canvas cover bag 2 along the axial direction of the butyl rubber air bag 1, and the ribs 4 are formed by sewing and connecting folds of the canvas cover bag through high-strength fishing net ropes; the outer periphery of the canvas cover bag 2 is also provided with a plurality of transverse reinforcing rings 3, the reinforcing rings 3 are made of thick canvas belts, and the outer surfaces of the canvas cover bag 2 and the ribs 4 thereof are sewn with high-strength fishing net ropes for circumferential reinforcement (as shown in figures 10-11).
On the main floating island I, a plurality of safety hanging buckling holes 5 and outer connecting buckling holes 6 are also formed at the overlapping part of the reinforcing ring 3 and the rib 4; the number of the ribs is 5, and the ribs are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the canvas cover bag along the axial direction of the butyl rubber air bag 1; the rib 4 is provided with a first rib 41, a second rib 42, a third rib 43, a fourth rib 44 and a fifth rib 45 in turn along the circumference in the clockwise direction; the outer surface of the external stress connecting piece is tightly attached to the axial direction of the bagging air bag, and a plurality of transverse reinforcing ribs 70 are sewn, so that the tensile strength of the external stress connecting piece is improved; a plurality of solid reinforcing ribs 80 which are fixed at two ends after inflation and are suspended in the middle in a tightening manner and play a role in fixing and tensioning are vertically sewn between the root parts of the ribs on two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101, the solid reinforcing ribs 80 keep the two ribs in parallel, and the relative distance between the two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 is kept unchanged even if the two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags are pulled by external force; the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120 are assembled by a canvas and a plurality of hard plastic plates 121 with mutually matched sizes on the back surface thereof; the canvas used on the panel 110 is the panel canvas 90 and the canvas used on the base plate 120 is the base plate canvas 180; the hard plastic plate 121 of the panel 110 is flat, and the panel canvas 90 is fixedly connected or sewn on the ribs of the two longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 near the upper parts of the two longitudinal main bagging air bags through a plurality of bolts 140 or ropes 150; the panel 110 is an operation table for the rapid movement of the staff, the water surface life saving, the medical treatment, the expansion and the expansion operation, etc.; the surface of the hard plastic plate 121 of the bottom plate 120 is provided with a groove which is matched with any one or more ribs on the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 and the transverse long bagging air bag 102 in shape and size; the bottom plate canvas 180 is sewn and fixed with the ribs at the bottom of the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 or the transverse long bagging air bag 102, and then the ribs at the bottom of the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 or the transverse long bagging air bag 102 and the bottom plate canvas 180 are embedded and fixed on the grooves of the hard plastic plate 121 of the bottom plate 120 through a plurality of bolts 140 and embedded plates 160; the upper and lower edges, the left and right edges of the main floating island are respectively provided with a reverse wrapping surface 181 which is reversely wrapped upwards by a bottom plate canvas 180 and is hermetically connected with the ribs of the various bagging air bags; the transverse short bagging air bag 103 is positioned between the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120 in the height direction; the plurality of hard plastic plates 121 of the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120 are provided with bayonets 130 which are mutually clamped in the transverse direction, folding intervals 190 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, folds are reserved on the flat canvas at corresponding positions, and before the airtight functional piece is not inflated, the plurality of hard plastic plates 121 of the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120 can be mutually folded along the bayonets 130 or the folding intervals 190 together with the bagging air bags connected with the hard plastic plates 121 so as to be convenient to store; after the airtight functional piece is inflated, the panel 110 and the bottom plate 120 are opened by the bagging air bag and clamped into a plane; the slide landing area 202 is arranged at one end of the main floating island, the slide landing area 202 is not provided with a panel 110 in the height direction, a canvas table surface 20-30 cm away from the bottom plate 120 is arranged above the bottom plate 120, the canvas table surface is closely sewn on the same height of two adjacent longitudinal main bagging airbags 101 in the middle, the transverse long bagging airbags 102 at the end and the adjacent transverse short bagging airbags 103, and the slide landing area 202 forms an open canvas surface groove at the corresponding position; the height of the slide landing area 202 is 20-30 cm smaller than that of the longitudinal main bagging air bag, and as a layer of canvas table top is added above the bottom plate of the hard plastic plate, the slide landing area is softer, and is convenient for buffering and landing of personnel sliding down from the escape slide on the ship; the main floating island cabin 201 is provided with two rows of open hard plastic plate grooves formed by two longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 at the left side and the right side, two longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 at the middle part adjacent to the main floating island cabin and a corresponding bottom plate 120; the height of the main floating island cabin 201 is basically the same as that of the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101, so that people can sit and lie safely and comfortably; the life-saving equipment box 203 is fixedly arranged on the horizontal long bagging air bag 102 at the other end of the life-saving main floating island, and a plurality of miniature life-saving equipment used for inflation expansion, water surface illumination, search and rescue and the like, including but not limited to a miniature oilless air compressor, a battery power supply, an AC-DC conversion transformer, a spotlight and the like, is carried in the life-saving equipment box 203, and is a multifunctional foundation for realizing expansion, rescue, carrying, survival guarantee, command, medical first aid, gathering and standby and the like.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the auxiliary floating island ii comprises a plurality of mutually connected bagging air bags and a canvas table surface connected to the bagging air bags, wherein the bagging air bags are divided into a longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 and a transverse short bagging air bag 103 according to different sizes and installation positions; the transverse short bagging air bags 103 are vertically and fixedly connected between two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 in the middle, so as to play a floating assisting role; a groove cabin is arranged between the bagging air bags and the canvas table top.
On the lifesaving auxiliary floating island II, the bagging air bag is clung to the outer surface of the external stress connecting piece in the axial direction, and a plurality of transverse reinforcing ribs 70 are sewn, so that the tensile strength of the external stress connecting piece is improved; a plurality of solid reinforcing ribs 80 which are fixed at two ends after inflation and are suspended in the middle in a tightening manner and play a role in fixing and tensioning are vertically sewn between the root parts of the ribs on two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101, the solid reinforcing ribs 80 keep the two ribs in parallel, and the relative distance between the two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 is kept unchanged even if the two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags are pulled by external force; the canvas table top is divided into an upper canvas table top 90a and a lower canvas table top 100a, and after the bagging air bag is inflated, the upper canvas table top 90a and the lower canvas table top 100a form similar open trapezoid grooves and are arranged symmetrically up and down; the two waists of the trapezoid are respectively fixedly sewn on the cambered surfaces of two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101, and the bottom of the trapezoid is fixedly connected between the two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 along the middle horizontal position of the longitudinal main bagging air bags 101; the tank is a canvas groove formed between the upper canvas table 90a and the lower canvas table 100a and the bagging air bags respectively, and the tank is arranged up and down symmetrically, so that the auxiliary floating island is not feared to turn down and sink, and the tank is arranged for a shipman, a passenger and a person falling into water to sit and lie, and inhabit no matter which side faces the water surface; the tanks may be divided into a left tank 501, a central tank 502, and a right tank 503 according to the positions.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the escape slide iii includes an upper end closed bagging air bag 601, a sliding guide sleeve bagging air bag 604, a guardrail bagging air bag 602, a superimposed anti-collision bagging air bag 603, a canvas greenhouse wall 605, a greenhouse wall supporting bagging air bag 607, a lower end closed bagging air bag 606, a hard plastic plate 121 and a bottom plate canvas 180, the upper end closed bagging air bag 601 and the lower end closed bagging air bag 606 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the escape slide, the guardrail bagging air bag 602 and the superimposed anti-collision bagging air bag 603 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the escape slide, the superimposed anti-collision bagging air bag 603 in each group is parallel to the guardrail bagging air bag 602 in the axial direction, and is sewn on the guardrail bagging air bag 602 in the thickness direction; 2-4 guide sleeve bag airbags 604 are arranged and positioned in the middle of the escape slide; the canvas shed wall 605 is made of arc canvas and is arranged close to the upper end closed bagging air bags 601, and the left side and the right side of the canvas shed wall are symmetrically sewn on the outer surfaces of the two overlapped anti-collision bagging air bags 603; a plurality of arc-shaped greenhouse wall supporting bagging air bags 607 are transversely arranged on the inner side of the canvas greenhouse wall 605, and the left end and the right end of the greenhouse wall supporting bagging air bags 607 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the guardrail bagging air bags 602 and the superposition anti-collision bagging air bags 603 on the left side and the right side; the upper end closed bagging air bag 601, the guide sliding sleeve bagging air bag 604, the guardrail bagging air bag 602, the superposition anti-collision bagging air bag 603 and the lower end closed bagging air bag 606 are fixed on the bottom plate canvas 180 at the back of the upper end closed bagging air bag or on the bottom plate canvas 180 and the hard plastic plate 121 at the back of the lower end closed bagging air bag;
On the escape slide III, the upper end closed bagging air bag 601 is inflated finally after the escape slide enters water; the escape slide can be divided into a hard plastic plate sliding region R and a soft bottom landing region S, and the back surface of the bottom plate canvas 180 is provided with a plurality of hard plastic plates 121 with mutually matched sizes in the hard plastic plate sliding region R; the surface of the hard plastic plate 121 is provided with a groove, and the groove is matched with any one or more ribs of an upper end closed bagging air bag 601, a guide sliding sleeve bagging air bag 604, a guardrail bagging air bag 602 and a lower end closed bagging air bag 606 in shape and size; the bottom plate canvas 180 is sewn and fixed with the ribs at the bottoms of the upper end closed bagging air bag 601, the guide sliding sleeve bagging air bag 604, the guardrail bagging air bag 602 and the lower end closed bagging air bag 606, and then the ribs of the upper end closed bagging air bag 601, the guide sliding sleeve bagging air bag 604, the guardrail bagging air bag 602 and the lower end closed bagging air bag 606 and the bottom plate canvas 180 are embedded and fixed on the grooves of the hard plastic plate 121 through a plurality of bolts 140 and embedded plates 160; the folding space 190 is arranged between the plurality of hard plastic plates 121, folds are reserved on the bottom plate canvas 180 at corresponding positions, and before the butyl rubber air bag 1 is not inflated, the plurality of hard plastic plates 121 and the various bagging air bags connected with the hard plastic plates can be mutually folded along the folding space 190 so as to be convenient to store; after the butyl rubber airbag 1 is inflated, the hard plastic plate 121 and the bottom plate canvas 180 are stretched by the bagging airbag to form a plane; in the soft bottom landing area S, the bottom plate canvas 180 is sewn and fixed with ribs at the bottoms of the guide sleeve bag air bag 604, the guardrail sleeve bag air bag 602 and the lower end closed sleeve bag air bag 606; except for the rib at the bottom of the lower end closed bagging air bag 606 and the bottom plate canvas 180 which are fixed with the hard plastic plate 121 through the bolt 140 and the embedded pressing plate 160 after being sewn, the hard plastic plate 121 is not arranged on the back of the bottom plate canvas 180; the upper, lower, left and right edges of the escape slide are respectively provided with a reverse wrapping surface 181 which is formed by upward reverse wrapping of a bottom plate canvas 180 and is in sealed connection with ribs of an upper end closed bagging air bag 601, a guardrail bagging air bag 602 and a lower end closed bagging air bag 606.
As shown in fig. 9, the auxiliary floating cantilever IV is a square or triangular blocking net formed by connecting a plurality of bagging air bags and is connected to the periphery of the main life-saving floating island I, the life-saving slide III and the auxiliary life-saving floating island II, and a closed climbing and floating safety area is formed on the water surface.
In terms of material selection and use, the butyl rubber used for the butyl rubber air bag inner tube in the bagging air bag is the best in dynamic static air tightness and water tightness among all natural and synthetic rubbers, has excellent ageing resistance, heat resistance and durability, has extremely strong corrosion resistance, has higher tearing strength in use, long storage period and easy storage, has the tensile strength of 13.85mp, 12.48mp after six years of natural ageing, the elongation at break of 679 percent and 582 percent after six years of natural ageing, and can still relieve and reduce the pressure and the pulling deformation by the elongation at break of about 600 percent. The waterproof canvas used in the bagging air bag is stronger in tensile strength than the waterproof canvas used in the drying process after soaking in water, is often used for lifting goods by a crane, and is strong in pulling bearing capacity. The hard plastic plate used in the bagging air bag has light weight and floatability, and has no cutting and friction damage to the waterproof canvas and the butyl rubber air bag inner tube.

As shown in fig. 12, the diameters of the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 and the transverse long bagging air bag 102 are 0.5 meter, the longitudinal main bagging air bag 101 and the transverse long bagging air bag 102 are respectively 4 and 2, and the lengths thereof are respectively 9 meters and 4 meters; the lengths of the lower left plate B, the lower right plate F, the middle left plate A and the middle right plate E in the bottom plate 120 are 1 meter except the bayonet size, the width is 0.85 meter, and the thickness is 0.03 meter; the lengths of the lower middle plate D and the middle plate C are 2 meters except the bayonet size, the width is 0.85 meter, and the thickness is 0.03 meter; the dimension length of the bayonet 130 between all base plate transverse directions is 0.15 meters and the width of the crease spacing 190 between all base plate longitudinal directions is 0.15 meters. After all the bottom plates are combined with the bagging air bags, the length is 9 meters+2 x 0.5=10 meters, the width is 4 meters, the area of the main floating island for life saving is 40 square meters, the height is 0.5 meter, and the volume is 20 cubic meters. The life-saving equipment box 203 is arranged on a transverse long bagging air bag 102 at the farthest end of the life-saving main floating island from the slide landing area 202, and the life-saving equipment box 203 is a box body made of 0.5 x 2 cubic meters of circular-edge fillet plastic materials.
In fig. 4, in the auxiliary life-saving floating island ii, the diameter of the longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 is 0.5 meter, the number of the longitudinal main bagging air bags 101 is 4, and the lengths thereof are 10 meters respectively; the widths of the left tank compartment 501, the central tank compartment 502 and the right tank compartment 503 are about 0.5 meter, 1 meter and 0.5 meter respectively, after all bagging airbags are combined with the canvas table, the length is 10 meters, the width is 0.5x3+1+0.5x3=4 meters, the area of the lifesaving auxiliary floating island is about 40 square meters, the height is 0.5 meter, and the volume is about 20 cubic meters.
As shown in fig. 19-20, the surface of the hard plastic board of the escape slide iii is provided with grooves 301, and bolt holes 303 are formed in the middle of all grooves 301. The left and right 4 channels of grooves 301 are matched with the positions and the shapes of the ribs 4 at the bottoms of the guardrail bagging air bags 602 at the left and right sides, and the middle 4 channels of grooves 301 are matched with the positions and the shapes of the ribs 4 at the bottom plates of the middle two sliding guide bagging air bags 604. Each hard plastic plate has a length of 200cm, a width of 85cm and a thickness of 3cm. The depth of the groove 301 is 0.5cm, which is consistent with the depth of the convex part of the embedded pressing plate 160; the width of the groove 301 is 2cm; the bolt holes 303 formed in the embedded plate 160 are matched with the bolt holes 303 in the grooves 301 in position, and the hole pitch is 10cm.
When the ship is going safely at ordinary times, the main floating island I is folded into a double-layer 2 m wide by the middle plates of the left plate and the right plate at two sides from 1 m to the middle in the transverse direction, then is folded longitudinally in an N shape, and the life-saving equipment box 203 is positioned at the uppermost layer of the whole folded main floating island I. The lifesaving main floating island I is connected with the escape slide III, and the inflatable pipes are communicated, so that the lifesaving main floating island I is arranged in front, and the escape slide III is folded back and forth according to the specification of 2 meters wide by 1 meter high in order; the transverse long bagging air bag 102 at the farthest end of the main floating island I from the escape slide III is provided with a 0.5 x 2 cubic meter circular edge fillet plastic material life-saving equipment box 203.
When an emergency situation needs to be rescued, an air compressor on a ship communicated with the escape slide III and the main floating island I is inflated rapidly, and the escape slide III and the main floating island I can be inflated within a few minutes; one end of a sealed bagging air bag 601 at the upper end of the escape slide I is connected to a ship board guardrail of an accident ship or fixed on a fixed steel pipe in a mounting box for specially storing the escape main floating island and the escape slide in a hanging buckle or rope binding mode, the other end of the escape slide III and the escape main floating island I are thrown into the water surface through a pulley mechanism or other conveying mechanisms, and an evacuee can quickly slide down from the escape slide III and then enter the escape main floating island I; then, rescue workers hang and buckle around the main floating island I, and connect the auxiliary floating island II and the auxiliary floating cantilever IV; the rescue workers on the rescue boat are sent to a large number of expanded rescue auxiliary floating islands II, and then returned to the lower part of the accident boat to receive and search and rescue other escape workers; finally, one end of the escape slide III is separated from the ship board guardrail or the mounting box of the accident ship, and becomes a part of the whole life-saving floating island platform system. No matter how many life-saving appliances can be utilized on the inclined water inlet side of the accident ship, as long as facilities such as a main life-saving floating island, a secondary life-saving floating island and the like are specially loaded, how many people can be accommodated, and the large-scale floating island platform system which is integrated with the sea surface can safely wait for external rescue by all people.
The product of the invention has great advantages in use cost, use difficulty and occupied space resources on a ship compared with the traditional life-saving equipment. The life-saving reaction speed and the working efficiency are much higher than those of the traditional life-saving mode when accidents happen, especially the timely rescue to people falling into water is realized, the condensation force generated by efficient rescue is concentrated, and the mutual helping ability of people when the people are in standby is greatly different from that of the traditional respective life-saving mode and the superiority is obvious. With the application of the product of the invention, the traditional life-saving mode is changed, and when a marine accident happens, the marine accident can escape from an accident ship and can have a place with relative safety and temporary storage, so that a great opportunity can survive.

the main floating island (I) comprises a plurality of bagging air bags which are connected with each other, and a panel (110) and a bottom plate (120) which are connected to the bagging air bags, wherein the bagging air bags are divided into a longitudinal main bagging air bag (101), a transverse long bagging air bag (102) and a transverse short bagging air bag (103) according to different sizes and installation positions; the transverse long bagging air bags (102) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the lifesaving main floating island and are vertically and fixedly connected with a plurality of longitudinal main bagging air bags (101) which are arranged in parallel; a plurality of transverse short bagging air bags (103) are vertically and fixedly connected between two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags (101) in the middle; a main floating island cabin (201) and a slide landing area (202) are arranged among the bagging air bags, the panel (110) and the bottom plate (120); a life-saving equipment box (203) is also arranged on the bagging air bag;
The auxiliary floating island (II) comprises a plurality of bagging air bags which are connected with each other and a canvas table surface connected with the bagging air bags, wherein the bagging air bags are divided into a longitudinal main bagging air bag (101) and a transverse short bagging air bag (103) according to different sizes and installation positions; a plurality of transverse short bagging air bags (103) are vertically and fixedly connected between two adjacent longitudinal main bagging air bags (101) in the middle; a groove cabin is arranged between the bagging air bags and the canvas table top;

A method of using the multi-functional expandable surface life-saving floating island platform system according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: when in rescue, the main life-saving floating island (I) and the escape slide (III) are inflated for the first time, the main life-saving floating island (I) is thrown into the water, one end of the escape slide (III) is connected to a ship board or a mounting box, the other end of the escape slide is connected with the main life-saving floating island (I), and the main life-saving floating island (I) receives and rescue personnel sliding down from the escape slide (III); after the main floating island (I) is thrown into the water, the auxiliary floating island (II) and the auxiliary floating cantilever (IV) are inflated and thrown into the water subsequently; and connecting the inflated lifesaving auxiliary floating island (II) and/or auxiliary floating cantilever (IV) with the lifesaving main floating island (I) for expansion, accommodating more people and rescuing and carrying people falling into water.
