6. The blanking module of a cooking apparatus of claim 2, wherein said pneumatic jaw assembly comprises:
the overturning platform is rotatably arranged on the overturning bracket;
the two pneumatic claws are arranged on the overturning platform and can move oppositely and oppositely, so that the pneumatic claw assembly is switched between the grabbing state and the releasing state.
