Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment relates to a combined yarn for weaving soft and wear-resistant multicolor denim, which is made of natural colored cotton, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber and spandex fiber through a spinning process, and the following embodiments are given according to the fineness of the fiber and the reasonability and economy of the yarn for weaving, the potential of the denim market demand, in particular to the components of the combined yarn, the linear density of the fiber and the length of the fiber for manufacturing spring and autumn clothing and the like.
Example 1
The components of the combination yarn are preferably: 67% of natural colored cotton, 16% of polyester fiber, 10% of nylon fiber and 7% of spandex fiber; the linear density of the fibers is preferably: the polyester fiber is 2.0dtex, the polyamide fiber is 1.8dtex, and the spandex fiber is 1.4dtex, which is mainly selected because the corresponding fiber is too thick, which affects the flexibility and the thickness and hand feeling of the woven fabric, and if too thin, the process level is required to be high, so that the manufacturing cost is too high; the lengths of the polyester fiber and the polyamide fiber are preferably 45mm, and the length of the spandex fiber is preferably 40mm, and the selection is mainly because the corresponding thicker fibers can influence the softness, thickness, hand feeling and the like of the woven fabric, and the thinner fibers require higher process level, so that the manufacturing cost is higher. The selection of the above components, linear density and length are preferred solutions given a combination of factors such as the performance of the combination yarn, cost, market, etc.
Example 2
The components of the combination yarn are preferably: 70% of the natural colored cotton, 14% of the polyester fiber, 10% of the polyamide fiber and 6% of the spandex fiber; the linear density of the polyester fibers is 2.25dtex, the linear density of the polyamide fibers is 2.0dtex, the linear density of the spandex fibers is 1.56dtex, the lengths of the polyester fibers and the polyamide fibers are both 45mm, and the length of the spandex fibers is 42mm, so that the selection is mainly because the influence of the slightly thicker corresponding fibers on the flexibility, thickness, hand feeling and the like of the woven fabric is small, and the manufacturing cost is reduced to a certain extent. The selection of the components, linear density and length is a better scheme considering the factors of properly reducing the cost to adapt to different requirements of the market and the like under the condition of ensuring the basic performance of the combined yarn.
Example 3
The components of the combination yarn are preferably: 65% of the natural colored cotton, 14% of the polyester fiber, 13% of the polyamide fiber and 8% of the spandex fiber; the linear density of the fibers is preferably: the linear density of the polyester fiber is 2.0dtex, the linear density of the polyamide fiber is 1.8dtex, the linear density of the spandex fiber is 1.33dtex, the lengths of the polyester fiber and the polyamide fiber are both 42mm, and the length of the spandex fiber is 38mm, so that the selection is mainly because the corresponding fiber is slightly thin, and the flexibility, the thickness, the elasticity, the wear resistance, the hand feeling and the like of the woven fabric are improved to a certain extent. The selection of the above components, linear density and length is a consideration to further improve the performance of the combination yarn, which is a higher end product and the market demand is considerable, although the manufacturing cost is somewhat increased.
In the scheme, the polyester fiber, the polyamide fiber and the spandex fiber are respectively prepared from raw materials through the processes of melt spinning, bundling, drafting, curling, shaping and cutting, the spinning is a process of extruding by a screw of a spinning machine and spinning by a spinneret plate, the spinneret plate is a stainless steel plate provided with 500 plus 1000 spinneret holes 1, and each spinneret hole 1 comprises at least one crescent I-shaped hole 2 structure.
In the scheme, according to the fineness of the fiber and the reasonability and economy of the yarn for weaving, the polyester fiber is selected to be made into the polyester hollow fiber with the 3 crescent I-shaped hole 2 structures, the polyamide fiber is made into the polyamide hollow fiber with the 2 crescent I-shaped hole 2 structures, and the spandex fiber is made into the spandex hollow fiber with the 1 crescent I-shaped hole 2 structures; the selection of the number of the holes is a reasonable selection which is adaptive to the linear density of the polyester fiber, the polyamide fiber and the spandex fiber, and the selection has better economy because the prices of the polyester fiber, the polyamide fiber and the spandex fiber are sequentially increased and greatly differed.
In the above scheme, crescent I-shaped hole 2 includes: the connecting structure comprises a first bent part 201, a second bent part 202, a connecting part 203 and four end parts 204, wherein the first bent part 201 is connected with the second bent part 202 through the connecting part 203, and the first bent part 201 and the second bent part 202 are both arc-shaped and have opposite arc directions. The opposite arc directions mean that the ray direction from the connection point of the first bent part 201 and the connection part 203 to the center of the first bent part 201 is opposite to the ray direction from the connection point of the second bent part 202 and the connection part 203 to the center of the second bent part 202. Both ends of the first bent portion 201 and the second bent portion 202 are respectively provided with an end portion 204; the first bent portion 201, the second bent portion 202, the connecting portion 203 and the four end portions 204 are all hollow structures, and the interiors of the hollow structures are communicated with each other. The crescent I-shaped hole structure can improve the air permeability and the water permeability of the prepared fiber, particularly prevent the adhesion in the spinning process and improve the preparation rate of the hollow fiber. The crescent I-shaped hole 2 structure can effectively improve the softness of the fiber, the porosity of the hollow fiber and the like; the end 204 of the port can also support the hole, increase stability, and improve water absorption and air permeability of the fiber.
In the scheme, according to the design requirement of the spinning process, the number of the spinneret orifices 1 of the spinneret plate is selected by combining the linear density and other parameter indexes of the hollow fiber, and is determined by the number of the spinneret orifices 1 of the hollow fiber, wherein the size of the spinneret plate of the universal spinning machine corresponds to the number of the crescent I-shaped holes; that is, it is preferable to use a spinneret having 580 spinneret holes 1 for the spinning of the hollow polyester fiber, 780 spinneret holes 1 for the spinning of the hollow nylon fiber, and 970 spinneret holes 1 for the spinning of the hollow spandex fiber.
In the scheme, the natural colored cotton is natural brown cotton or natural green cotton. The natural colored cotton enables the clothes made of the denim to be more environment-friendly, beautiful and comfortable.
In the above scheme, the structure of the crescent i-shaped hole 2, the linear density value and the length value are obtained by specific process parameters of the melt spinning, bundling, drafting, curling, shaping and cutting processes. Specifically, on the basis of ensuring the production rate of the hollow fiber, in order to further improve the production efficiency of the hollow fiber, the specific process parameters and the production steps are as follows: 1) melting the fiber raw material at 293 ℃, extruding the fiber raw material by a screw of a spinning machine, and spinning by a spinneret plate at the speed of about 328 m/min; 2) bundling the fibers after spinning through a gathering device, wherein the bundling amount is about 41 ten thousand dtex; 3) drafting the collected fibers by a drafting device at the speed of about 970 m/min, and simultaneously making the fibers into 3 fibers with crimped flowers/cm by a crimping device, and 4) passing the fibers through a 5-section temperature area for shaping treatment so as to ensure the performance and the yield of the fibers; the length of 5 sections of temperature areas is 4 meters, and the temperature of 5 sections of temperature areas is respectively: the setting speed of the 1-section temperature zone 93 ℃, the 2-section temperature zone 100 ℃, the 3-section temperature zone 136 ℃, the 4-section temperature zone 124 ℃ and the 5-section temperature zone 88 ℃ is 1.2 m/min; 5) the fiber thus produced was cut into a desired length by a rotary cutter of a spinning machine cutting device.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and general changes and substitutions by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
