The main lifting device 2 of the embodiment drives the driving gear 205 to rotate through the motor 201 and the speed reducer 202, and the toothed belt 204 is moved through the rotation of the driving gear 205 and the driven gear 206, so that the lifting slider 203 is moved up and down, and finally the horizontal telescopic device 3 is moved up and down.
