The clamping rod assembly comprises a first rod 11a and a second rod 12a, the second rod 12a is rotatably arranged at the end part of the first rod 11a, a reciprocating mechanism 13a is connected between the first rod 11a and the second rod 12a, and the reciprocating mechanism 13a is used for controlling the angle relation between the first rod 11a and the second rod 12a, so that workpiece clamping and discharging are achieved.
The two ends of the first rod 11a are respectively provided with a first connecting protrusion 14a and a second connecting protrusion 15a, the first connecting protrusion 14a is rotationally connected with the second rod 12a, the second connecting protrusion 15a is rotationally connected with the reciprocating mechanism 13a, the middle part of the first rod 11a is provided with a first travel groove 16a, the distance between the second rod 12a and the clamping part 7a can be adjusted through the arrangement of the first travel groove 16a, so that workpieces with different sizes are clamped, and the application scene of the clamping device is improved.
A first connecting hole is formed in the middle of the second rod 12a, a second connecting hole is formed in the upper end of the second rod 12a, the first connecting hole is rotatably connected with the first connecting protrusion 14a, preferably, a bearing is arranged between the first connecting hole and the first connecting protrusion to prevent dry grinding between two workpieces, and the second connecting hole 15a is rotatably connected with the reciprocating mechanism 13 a.
The lower end of the second rod 12a is provided with a workpiece limiting groove 17a and a workpiece guiding inclined plane 18a, the workpiece limiting groove 17a is connected with the workpiece guiding inclined plane 18a, the workpiece guiding inclined plane 18a is arranged below the workpiece limiting groove 17a, the workpiece guiding inclined plane 18a is lower than the lower end face of the clamping part 7a, when the second rod 12a is clamped, a workpiece can slide to the workpiece limiting groove along the inclined plane due to the arrangement of the workpiece guiding inclined plane, and the workpiece limiting groove fixes the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from continuously moving.
The reciprocating mechanism is a 13a cylinder, the cylinder body of the cylinder is rotationally connected with the second connecting protrusion 15a, preferably, a bearing is arranged between the second connecting protrusion 15a and the cylinder body, the phenomenon of dry grinding between two workpieces is prevented, a fisheye joint 19a is arranged on a push rod of the cylinder, and the fisheye joint 19a is connected with the second connecting hole through a connecting shaft.
The moving mechanism 4a includes a moving mechanism mounting frame 20a, a guide rod 21a, a moving block 22a, and a power mechanism 23a, the moving mechanism mounting frame 20a is fixedly mounted on the feeding device 3, the guide rod 21a is fixedly mounted on the moving mechanism mounting frame 20a, the moving block 22a is mounted on the guide rod 21a, the power mechanism 23a is connected with the moving block 22a, and the mounting portion 6a is fixedly connected with the moving block 22 a.
The moving mechanism mounting frame 20a comprises a first plate 24a, a second plate 25a and a third plate 26a, wherein the first plate 24a and the second plate 25a are fixedly arranged at two ends of the third plate 26a, two ends of a guide rod 21a are respectively connected with the first plate 24a and the second plate 25a, a fourth plate 27a is fixedly arranged at the back of the third plate 26a, a second travel groove 28a is arranged on the fourth plate 27a, the fourth plate 27a is connected with the feeding device 3 through the second travel groove 28a, and the second travel groove 28a is used for adjusting the height of the moving mechanism so as to adjust the height of the whole moving device.
The pushing device 2a includes a fixed block 29a, a pushing cylinder 30a, and a pushing cylinder fixing plate 31a, the pushing cylinder fixing plate 31a is fixedly connected with the pushing cylinder 30a, a third travel groove 32a is provided on the pushing cylinder fixing plate 31a, the pushing cylinder fixing plate 31a is connected with the fixed block 29a through the third travel groove 32a, and the third travel groove 32a is provided to be capable of adjusting the relative height of the pushing cylinder, so that the effect on the pushing efficiency of the workpiece due to the too high or the too low height of the pushing cylinder is prevented.
In some preferred ways, a certain included angle is formed between the upper end face and the lower end face of the fixed block 29a, so that the pushing cylinder is inclined relative to the horizontal plane, preferably, the included angle is 10-15 degrees, and the pushing cylinder is obliquely arranged, so that the workpiece is prevented from being jacked up during working due to the fact that the pushing cylinder is arranged too low, and the workpiece is prevented from falling off the workpiece punching frame.

Claims (9)

1. the material moving device (4) comprises a pushing device (2 a) and a clamping device, the pushing device (2 a) and the clamping device are arranged on the feeding device (3), the pushing device (2 a) is arranged below the clamping device, the clamping device comprises a clamping mechanism (3 a) and a moving mechanism (4 a), and the clamping mechanism (3 a) is connected with the moving mechanism (4 a);
the pushing device (2 a) comprises a fixed block (29 a), a pushing cylinder (30 a) and a pushing cylinder fixed plate (31 a), the pushing cylinder fixed plate (31 a) is fixedly connected with the pushing cylinder (30 a), a third stroke groove (32 a) is formed in the pushing cylinder fixed plate (31 a), and the pushing cylinder fixed plate (31 a) is connected with the fixed block (29 a) through the third stroke groove (32 a);
an included angle is arranged between the upper end face and the lower end face of the fixed block (29 a) so that the pushing cylinder is inclined relative to the horizontal plane, and the included angle is 10-15 degrees.

A red punch feeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding mechanism (3 a) comprises a holding plate (5 a) and a holding rod assembly, the holding rod assembly is mounted on the holding plate (5 a), the holding plate (5 a) comprises a mounting portion (6 a) and a holding portion (7 a), the holding portion (7 a) is arranged below the mounting portion (6 a), and the mounting portion (6 a) is connected with the moving mechanism (4 a).

A red punch feeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping lever assembly comprises a first lever (11 a) and a second lever (12 a), the second lever (12 a) being rotatably mounted at the end of the first lever (11 a), a reciprocating mechanism (13 a) being connected between the first lever (11 a) and the second lever (12 a).

A red punching feeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (1) comprises a base (1-1), a loading device mounting seat (1-2) and a storage seat (1-3), the loading device mounting seat (1-2) and the storage seat (1-3) are fixedly mounted on the base (1-1), and the loading device (2) is fixedly mounted in the loading device mounting seat (1-2).

The red punch feeding equipment according to claim 4, wherein the storage seat (1-3) comprises a first storage seat (1-4) and a second storage seat (1-5), the loading device mounting seat (1-2) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the base (1-1), the first storage seat (1-4) and the second storage seat (1-5) are respectively fixedly arranged at two ends of the loading device mounting seat (1-2), and the feeding hopper (1-6) is arranged on the outer side wall of the loading device mounting seat (1-2).

The red punch feeding equipment according to claim 6, wherein the climbing mechanism (2-2) comprises a fixed plate and a climbing plate matched with the fixed plate, the upper end surfaces of the fixed plate and the climbing plate are inclined outwards and inwards, the fixed plate comprises a first fixed plate (2-4) and a second fixed plate (2-5), the first fixed plate (2-4) and the second fixed plate (2-5) are fixedly arranged between the inner side walls of the mounting seat (1-2) of the feeding device, the first fixed plate (2-4) is arranged on one side close to the material guiding plate (2-3), the second fixed plate (2-5) is arranged on one side close to the feeding device (3), the position of the first fixed plate (2-4) is lower than that of the second fixed plate (2-5), the climbing plate comprises a first climbing plate (2-6) and a second climbing plate (2-7), the lower ends of the first climbing plate (2-6) and the second climbing plate (2-7) are fixedly connected with the first climbing plate (2-6) through a fixed shaft (2-8), the first climbing plate (2-4) is arranged between the first fixed plate (2-4) and the second climbing plate (2-7) correspondingly arranged on the first fixed plate (2-4), the upper end face of the first climbing plate (2-6) is in the same plane with the upper end face of the first fixed plate (2-4), the upper end face of the second climbing plate (2-7) is in the same plane with the upper end face of the second fixed plate (2-5), and the second climbing plate (2-7) is connected with the feeding driving mechanism (2-1).

The red punch feeding equipment according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device (3) comprises a base (3-1), a conveyor belt (3-2) and a feeding motor (3-3), the conveyor belt (3-2) is arranged on the base (3-1), the feeding motor (3-3) is connected with the conveyor belt (3-2), and a positioning strip (3-4), square steel (3-5) and a connecting strip (3-6) are fixedly arranged on the base (3-1); a feeding groove (3-7) for conveying red punching raw materials is formed between the positioning strip (3-4) and the square steel (3-5) as well as between the positioning strip and the connecting strip (3-6), and a screening mechanism is fixedly installed on the base (3-1).
