The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a solution for a back massage wheelchair.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a back massage wheelchair comprises a base, a back, armrests, front wheels, rear wheels, a cushion and a front cushion, wherein first massage plates are fixed to two sides of the front cushion, massage bulges are arranged on the first massage plates, a supporting block is fixed to the position, close to the front cushion, of the base, a transmission assembly is fixed to the base, an eighth gear is fixed to the supporting block, a second sliding button and a third sliding button are arranged on the first massage plate, the second sliding button can slide in the parallel direction of the first massage plate, the third sliding button can slide in the vertical direction of the first massage plate, a connecting rod is hinged between the second sliding button and the eighth gear, a connecting rod is hinged between the third sliding button and the eighth gear, and the two connecting rods are not hinged to the center of the eighth gear; a first sliding rail is arranged on the seat cushion, a supporting rod is arranged on the first sliding rail, and a first sliding button for controlling the supporting rod to move is arranged on the supporting rod; a tenth coaxial gear is arranged on the rear wheel; the tenth gear is connected with a belt in the back direction, the belt is connected with an eleventh gear fixed on the back, the eleventh gear is provided with a coaxial helical gear c, the helical gear c is connected with a back massage assembly, the tenth gear is connected with a chain transmission mechanism in the base direction, the chain transmission mechanism is connected with a transmission assembly, the eighth gear is connected with the transmission assembly, and the support rod controls the transmission assembly.
The chain transmission mechanism is provided with a supporting column fixed on the base, a ninth gear and a helical gear b which are coaxial are fixed on the supporting column, a belt is arranged between the ninth gear and the tenth gear, and the helical gear b is connected with the transmission assembly.
The back massage assembly is provided with a third rotating shaft which is rotatably fixed on the back, a helical gear d and a rotary table are fixed on the third rotating shaft, a pin column is arranged on the rotary table, a second slide rail is fixedly connected onto the pin column, a fixed third massage plate is arranged on the second slide rail, a twelfth gear fixed on the back is meshed on the third massage plate, a second massage plate which is parallel to the third massage plate and meshed with the twelfth gear is arranged on the back, and the helical gear d is meshed with the helical gear c.
The transmission assembly is provided with two fixed frames fixed on the base, wherein a motor is fixed on one fixed frame, a first gear and a second gear are fixed on a motor shaft of the motor, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft are respectively and rotatably fixed on the two fixed frames, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are positioned on the same axis, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are hinged with each other, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft can rotate respectively without mutual influence, a third gear is rotatably fixed on the first rotating shaft, a fourth gear is rotatably fixed on the second rotating shaft, a fifth gear is slidably fixed on the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft and positioned between the third gear and the fourth gear, the first gear is meshed with the third gear, the second gear is meshed with the fourth gear, a worm is fixed at one end of the first rotating shaft far away from the second rotating shaft, and a meshed worm wheel is arranged above the worm, the worm wheel is meshed with the eighth gear, the helical gear a is fixed at one end, far away from the first rotating shaft, of the second rotating shaft, and the helical gear a is meshed with the helical gear b.
And a sleeve is rotatably fixed on the outer ring of the fifth gear, and the sleeve is fixedly connected with the support rod.
The eighth gear is divided into an eighth gear a, an eighth gear b and an eighth gear c which are coaxial, the eighth gear b is meshed with the worm wheel, and the eighth gear a and the eighth gear c are both hinged with a second sliding button and a third sliding button.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
this wheelchair utilizes motor drive wheelchair to remove, utilizes this motor to realize the massage function, and when the wheel was static, thereby can control the reciprocal start-up of massage of shank through first smooth button and relax shank blood circulation, and when the wheel motion, can drive the reciprocal massage start-up of back, to patient's back massage, reduce the cost of massage wheelchair, easy and simple to handle.

The following description is presented to disclose the invention in order to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.
The embodiment of the invention is a back massage wheelchair, which comprises a base 11, a back 12, armrests 13, front wheels 14, rear wheels 15, a seat cushion 16 and a front cushion 17 of a wheelchair 1, the two sides of the front cushion 17 are fixed with a first massage plate 18, the first massage plate 18 is provided with a massage bulge 181, a supporting block 4 is fixed on the base 11 near the front cushion 17, a transmission component is fixed on the base 11, an eighth gear 41 is fixed on the supporting block 4, a second slide button 182 and a third slide button are arranged on the first massage plate 18, the second slide button 182 can slide along the first massage plate 18 in the parallel direction, the third slide button can slide along the first massage plate 18 in the vertical direction, a connecting rod is hinged between the second sliding button 182 and the eighth gear 41, a connecting rod is hinged between the third sliding button and the eighth gear 41, and both the connecting rods are not hinged at the center of the eighth gear 41; a first slide rail 161 is arranged on the seat cushion 16, a support rod 163 is arranged on the first slide rail 161, and a first slide button 162 for controlling the movement of the support rod is arranged on the support rod 163; a tenth coaxial gear 37 is arranged on the rear wheel 15; the tenth gear 37 is connected with a belt 361 in the direction of the back 12, the belt 361 is connected with an eleventh gear 53 fixed on the back 12, the eleventh gear 53 is provided with a coaxial helical gear c55, the helical gear c55 is connected with a back massage component, the tenth gear 37 is connected with a chain transmission mechanism in the direction of the base 11, the chain transmission mechanism is connected with a transmission component, the eighth gear 41 is connected with the transmission component, and the support rod 163 controls the transmission component.
The back massage assembly is provided with a third rotating shaft 58 which is rotatably fixed on the back 12, a helical gear d56 and a rotating disc 52 are fixed on the third rotating shaft 58, a pin 54 is arranged on the rotating disc 52, a second sliding rail 51 is fixedly connected to the pin 54, a fixed third massage plate 50 is arranged on the second sliding rail 51, a twelfth gear 57 fixed on the back 12 is engaged on the third massage plate 50, a second massage plate 5 which is parallel to the third massage plate 50 and is engaged with the twelfth gear 57 is arranged on the back 12, and the helical gear d56 is engaged with the helical gear c 55.
The chain transmission mechanism is provided with a support 362 fixed on the base 11, a ninth gear 36 and a helical gear b38 which are coaxial are fixed on the support 362, a belt 361 is arranged between the ninth gear 36 and the tenth gear 37, and the helical gear b38 is connected with the transmission component.
The transmission assembly is provided with two fixed frames 3 fixed on a base 11, wherein a motor 2 is fixed on one of the fixed frames 3, a first gear 21 and a second gear 22 are fixed on a motor shaft of the motor 2, a first rotating shaft 30 and a second rotating shaft 300 are respectively and rotatably fixed on the two fixed frames, the first rotating shaft 30 and the second rotating shaft 300 are positioned on the same axis, the first rotating shaft 30 and the second rotating shaft 300 are hinged to each other and can not mutually influence each other in rotation, a third gear 31 is rotatably fixed on the first rotating shaft 30, a fourth gear 32 is rotatably fixed on the second rotating shaft 300, a fifth gear 33 is slidably fixed on the first rotating shaft 30 and the second rotating shaft 300, the fifth gear is positioned between the third gear and the fourth gear, the first gear 21 is meshed with the third gear 31, the second gear 22 is meshed with the fourth gear 32, a worm 34 is fixed on one end of the first rotating shaft 30 far away from the second rotating shaft 300, a meshed worm wheel 35 is arranged above the worm 34, the worm wheel 35 is meshed with the eighth gear 41, a bevel gear a38 is fixed at one end of the second rotating shaft 300 far away from the first rotating shaft 30, and the bevel gear a38 is meshed with the bevel gear b 39.
A sleeve 164 is rotatably fixed on the outer ring of the fifth gear 33, and the sleeve 164 is fixedly connected with the support rod 163.
The eighth gear 41 is divided into an eighth gear a411, an eighth gear b412 and an eighth gear c413 which are coaxial, the eighth gear b412 is meshed with the worm wheel 35, and the second slide button 182 and the third slide button are hinged to the eighth gear a411 and the eighth gear c413 respectively.
The specific operation process comprises the following steps: in an initial state, a motor is started, a first gear rotates with a second gear, meanwhile, a third gear and a fourth gear are respectively meshed with the first gear and the second gear, so that the third gear and the fourth gear also rotate, the third gear is relatively connected with a first rotating shaft, namely the first rotating shaft does not rotate along with the third gear when the third gear rotates, the fourth gear is relatively connected with a second rotating shaft, namely the second rotating shaft does not rotate along with the fourth gear when the fourth gear rotates, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are spline shafts, a fifth gear is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft in a sliding mode and can horizontally slide on the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, and when the fifth gear rotates, the rotating shaft fixedly connected with the fifth gear rotates along with the fifth rotating shaft; the fifth gear is connected with a sleeve, the sleeve is rotatably fixed on the outer ring of the fifth gear, the sleeve can drive the fifth gear to move horizontally, the sleeve is connected with a support rod, the support rod is controlled by a first sliding button, when a patient slides the first sliding button to the bottom rightwards, the fifth gear is clamped with a fourth gear, the surfaces of the third gear, the fourth gear and the fifth gear are respectively provided with a bulge which can be clamped, the fifth gear rotates along with the fourth gear due to the rotation of the fourth gear, the fifth gear rotates to drive a second rotating shaft to rotate, and the helical gear a is coaxial with the fifth gear, so the helical gear a drives the helical gear b to rotate, and the helical gear b is coaxial with the ninth gear which is connected with a belt pulley, and the tenth gear is coaxial with the rear wheel, so the rear wheel can drive the massage chair to move; the tenth gear is connected with an eleventh gear belt pulley, the eleventh gear is coaxial with the helical gear c, the helical gear c is meshed with the helical gear d, so the helical gear d rotates, as shown in fig. 5, the helical gear d is coaxial with the turntable, so the helical gear d rotates to drive the turntable to rotate, the turntable is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding way through a pin, the turntable drives the second sliding rail to slide up and down, as the second sliding rail is connected with the third massage plate, and the third massage plate and the second massage plate are respectively meshed with the twelfth gear, so the third massage plate and the second massage plate can slide up and down, and the surfaces of the second massage plate and the third massage plate are provided with massage bulges, so the second massage plate and the third massage plate can massage the back of a patient in the new process of the massage wheelchair, and blood circulation is promoted; when the wheelchair is static, if a patient needs to massage legs, the first sliding button slides to the leftmost side, so that the fifth gear is clamped with the third gear, the third gear drives the fifth gear to rotate, the fifth gear is coaxial with the worm, and the worm is meshed with the worm wheel, so that the worm wheel rotates, as shown in fig. 4, the worm wheel is meshed with the eighth gear b, and the eighth gear a, the eighth gear b and the eighth gear c are coaxial, and the second sliding button and the third sliding button are arranged on the outer sides of the eighth gear a and the eighth gear c and connected with the first massage plate, and slide on the respective sliding rails, so that the first massage plate reciprocates up and down and left and right, and blood circulation of the legs is promoted.
