The invention discloses a low-value cargo data auditing system and method, wherein the system comprises a declaration module, a data auditing module and a data auditing module, wherein the declaration module is used for analyzing and judging whether declared cargos are low-value cargos or not; the statistical analysis module queries and analyzes data of the low-value cargo directory by adopting an OLAP multi-dimensional analysis method and generates an analysis report; the automatic auditing module automatically audits the application of the low-value cargo directory according to the application of the low-value cargo directory, and sends an auditing result to the directory publishing module after the auditing is passed; and the directory publishing module publishes the data of the low-value cargo directory according to the auditing result. The invention judges whether the declared goods are low-value goods, and adopts an OLAP multidimensional analysis method to inquire and analyze the data of the low-value goods directory and automatically check the application of the low-value goods directory, so that the data checking system can accurately judge whether the declared goods are low-value goods, thereby improving the working efficiency of collecting the goods construction cost.

Low-value cargo data auditing system
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a low-value cargo data auditing system according to the present invention; in this embodiment, the data auditing system includes: the system comprises a declaration module, a statistical analysis module, an automatic auditing module and a directory publishing module;
the declaration module is used for analyzing and judging whether the declared goods are low-value goods or not; preferably, the declaration module includes an automatic grouping module, a data logic module and a judgment module:
the automatic grouping module groups, analyzes and compares the data of the low-value cargo directory to obtain a grouping comparison result; specifically, the low-value goods can be grouped according to categories, such as five categories of goods, including sand, stone, non-metallic ore, soil, slag and the like; according to the grouping comparison result and the reference data of the low-value cargo directory, carrying out data integrity analysis and/or data format correctness analysis on the low-value cargo directory; if the data is incomplete and/or the data format is incorrect, the data is reported; in this embodiment, the data of the low-value cargo directory may include one or more data of a declaration type of the cargo, a cargo name, a cargo use, a physical property, a chemical property, a declaration reason, and the like;
the data logic module compares the logic relationship among all the attributes of the low-value goods with relevance through a correlation analysis method and/or a backtracking analysis method to screen declaration data which accord with logic, and if the declaration data which accord with the logic are not screened, the declaration is carried out again;
the attribute information of the low-value goods comprises basic information, physical properties, chemical properties, goods value and the like, and the attributes have certain relevance and certain corresponding relation with the low-value goods; therefore, whether the goods are low-value goods can be judged according to the data such as the main components, the goods value and the goods application of the goods.
For example: the phosphate rock and limestone are similar in physical properties and are easy to be confused when declared, but the phosphate rock is a low-value cargo, and the limestone is not a low-value cargo, because the main component of the limestone is CaO3, the cargo value is 600 plus 700 yuan per ton, and the cargo is used for buildings; the main component of the phosphate ore is 3Ca3(PO4)2 & CaR2, the cargo value is 474 and 487 yuan per ton, and the cargo application is an important chemical mineral raw material.
When the ore-limestone is possibly disguised as the phosphate ore to be declared, the data logic module can analyze and compare the data of the main components, the goods value, the goods application and the like of the ore with the data in the preset phosphate ore related database through a related analysis method and/or backtracking analysis so as to judge whether the ore is the limestone or the phosphate ore, and if the limestone is really disguised as the phosphate ore, the ore needs to be declared again.
The judging module compares and analyzes the declared cargo data with reference data in a low-value cargo database, judges whether the cargo belongs to low-value cargo, and completes declaration if the cargo belongs to the low-value cargo; if the goods do not belong to the low-value goods, the goods are declared again or cancelled;
the statistical analysis module queries and analyzes data of the low-value cargo directory by adopting an OLAP multi-dimensional analysis method and generates an analysis report; in this embodiment, the analysis may be performed according to different requirements for reporting low-value goods and low-value goods lists, and specifically, for example, the analysis may be performed on data such as statistics of goods currently conforming to the low-value goods collection list, statistics of the amount of low-value goods in one region within a period of time, and/or statistics of the processing speed for reporting low-value goods in maritime;
the automatic auditing module is used for adding and/or modifying the application of the low-value cargo directory, automatically auditing the application of the low-value cargo directory judged by the declaring module, and sending an auditing result to the directory publishing module after the auditing is passed;
the name list issuing module is used for issuing data of the low-value cargo name list according to the auditing result; preferably, the directory publishing module comprises a publishing frequency module, a publishing mode module, a publishing flow module, a publishing content editing module and a content publishing module;
the release frequency module is used for automatically selecting the release frequency of the low-value cargo directory according to the data of the low-value cargo directory, the release frequency of the low-value cargo directory can be 1 month/time, 3 months/time, 6 months/time and the like, and the release frequency can be set according to the running condition of each port or the type of the low-value cargo;
the release mode module is used for automatically selecting a release mode according to the data of the low-value cargo directory; in this embodiment, the publishing means may include publishing the low-value cargo directory to a marine department information special magazine, a marine department information website, a marine organization handling hall, a service center, a public reference room, and public place information public columns such as ports, docks, and ship locks;
the release flow module is used for sorting, releasing and verifying the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the editing module is used for automatically editing the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the content publishing module is used for automatically publishing the data of the low-value cargo directory.
In another embodiment, the data auditing system further comprises a maintenance module for adding, modifying and/or deleting data of the low-value cargo directory.
In another embodiment, the data auditing system further comprises an early warning module, wherein the early warning module is used for giving an alarm when the goods declared data, the declaration module, the automatic auditing module and/or the directory publishing module are abnormal, so that a user can conveniently master abnormal data in time and search the reason of the abnormal data;
preferably, the early warning module comprises an early warning value setting module and an early warning information display module; the early warning value setting module is used for setting a threshold value of data declared by goods, if the data declared by the goods is larger than the threshold value, the early warning information display module gives an alarm, and the threshold value can be set according to an empirical value (for example, refer to transportation goods classification and code JT/T19-2001).

s103, comparing and analyzing the declared low-value cargo data and the low-value cargo reference data by using a comparison analysis method, and judging whether the low-value cargo belongs to the low-value cargo.
S200, inquiring and analyzing the data of the low-value cargo directory by adopting an OLAP (on-line analytical processing) multi-dimensional analysis method, and generating an analysis report;
s300, auditing the data of the low-value cargo directory;
and S400, issuing the data of the low-value cargo directory after the audit is passed.

the data logic module compares the logic relationship among all attributes of the low-value goods with relevance through a correlation analysis method and/or a backtracking analysis method to screen out declaration data conforming to the logic;
the judging module compares and analyzes the declared cargo data with reference data in a low-value cargo database, and judges whether the declared cargo belongs to low-value cargo or not, wherein the cargo data comprise the main components, the cargo value and the cargo application of the cargo;
the statistical analysis module queries and analyzes data of the low-value cargo directory by adopting an OLAP multi-dimensional analysis method and generates an analysis report;
the automatic auditing module automatically audits the application of the low-value cargo directory according to the application of the low-value cargo directory, and sends an auditing result to the directory publishing module after the auditing is passed;
the early warning module is used for alarming when the data of goods declaration, the declaration module, the automatic auditing module and/or the name list issuing module are abnormal;
the directory publishing module publishes data of the low-value cargo directory according to the auditing result, and comprises a publishing frequency module, a publishing mode module, a publishing flow module, a publishing content editing module and a content publishing module;
the release frequency module is used for automatically selecting the release frequency of the low-value cargo directory according to the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the release mode module is used for automatically selecting a release mode according to the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the release flow module is used for sorting, releasing and verifying the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the editing module is used for automatically editing the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the content publishing module is used for automatically publishing the data of the low-value cargo directory;
the rechecking module is used for rechecking the analysis report and/or the auditing result, generating a rechecking result and sending the rechecking result to the directory publishing module.

wherein the data of the low-value cargo directory comprises one or more of declared types of cargo, cargo names, cargo purposes, physical properties, chemical properties and declared reasons;
alarming when the goods declared data is abnormal;
inquiring and analyzing the data of the low-value cargo directory by adopting an OLAP (on-line analytical processing) multi-dimensional analysis method, and generating an analysis report;
auditing the data of the low-value cargo directory;
issuing the data of the low-value cargo directory after the audit is passed, wherein the data comprises the following steps: automatically selecting the frequency of issuing the low-value cargo directory according to the data of the low-value cargo directory; automatically selecting a publishing mode according to the data of the low-value cargo directory; the data of the low-value cargo directory is sorted, released and verified; automatically editing the data of the low-value cargo directory; automatically releasing data of the low-value cargo directory;
and rechecking the analysis report and/or the audit result and generating a rechecking result.
4. An auditing method according to claim 3 further comprising adding, modifying and/or deleting data for low value cargo directories.
