Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to the specific circumstances.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine of the present invention mainly includes a main body 1 and a lifting device 2 for lifting the main body 1. Wherein a driving motor (not shown) and control keys are provided on the body 1. The driving motor is used to assist the washing machine in performing a washing operation, and in particular, the washing machine can perform washing operations such as washing, dehydrating, and the like, when the driving motor is operated. The control key is used to control the lifting or lowering of the lifting device 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the control keys include a up key 11 and a down key 12. When the up button 11 is pressed, the lifting device 2 lifts the body 1. When the down button 12 is pressed, the lifting device 2 lowers the body 1. Further, the up key 11 and the down key 12 may be provided as other types of operation keys as required by those skilled in the art. For example, a knob switch in which the up button 11 and the down button 12 are integrally provided, the lifting device 2 lifts the body 1 when the knob switch is pulled clockwise, and the lifting device 2 lowers the body 1 when the knob switch is pulled counterclockwise.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the lifting device 2 mainly includes a lifting motor 21 and a travelling wheel 22. When the lifting button 11 is pressed, the lifting motor 21 rotates forward to drive the lifting device 2 to lift the body 1. When the lowering button 12 is pressed, the lifting motor 21 drives the lifting device 2 to lower the body 1 in a reverse direction. With the body 1 lifted, the traveling wheels 22 are extended, and the washing machine is brought into contact with the ground through the traveling wheels 22, at which time the operator can easily push the washing machine. In addition, the person skilled in the art can omit the arrangement of the travelling wheels 22 according to the need, and the washing machine can be moved by other conveying devices (such as a forklift) after the machine body 1 is lifted.
Since the device for lifting and lowering the washing machine is a device which can be conceived by those skilled in the art and is often used, the specific structure of the lifting and lowering device 2 will not be described in detail here.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that during normal use of the washing machine, the road wheels 22 are in a retracted state and the washing machine is in contact with the ground through the feet 13 at the bottom of the machine body 1. Preventing the washing machine from shifting and shaking when executing the washing operation.
Fig. 2 shows the principle of the electrical connection between the lifting device 2 and the lifting key 11, the lowering key 12 and the power supply 3 of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the up button 11 and the down button 12 are respectively connected to the power supply 3, and the power supply 3 is connected to one end of the lifting motor 21. The other end of the lifting motor 21 is respectively communicated with the lifting key 11 and the descending key 12 through the first switch 4.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first switch 4 is normally closed, and is controlled to be turned on or off by the main control board of the washing machine. Or the person skilled in the art may set the first switch 4 as a manually controlled on-off switch as desired. Further, the up button 11 and the down button 12 are both normally open switches, and the up button 11 and the down button 12 can be controlled to be on-off by the main control board, so that the up button 11 is automatically disconnected when the lifting device 2 lifts the machine body 1 to the highest position, and the down button 12 is automatically disconnected when the lifting device 2 withdraws the travelling wheel 22. Since the technical means of detecting the elevation of the body 1 to the highest position and the retraction of the road wheels 22 into the body 1 are easily conceivable and can be implemented by those skilled in the art, the technical means will not be described here too much. Furthermore, the person skilled in the art may also set the up button 11 and the down button 12 as desired as any other possible control type of switch, such as a manually controlled switch, when the operator presses the switch, the body 1 is lifted or lowered, and when the operator releases the switch, the body 1 stops lifting.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the washing machine convenient to move of the present invention mainly comprises the steps of: step S10, pressing a control key; step S20, judging whether the driving motor runs or not; step S30, when the driving motor runs, the lifting device 2 is forbidden to work; step S40, when the driving motor is not operated, allows the elevating device 2 to operate.
The control method of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4.
In step S10, specifically, step S11 is performed, and the up button 11 on the body 1 is pressed.
In step S20, after the up button 11 is pressed, specifically, step S21 is performed, and the main control board of the washing machine 1 detects whether the driving motor is operated. When the driving motor operation is detected, step S30 is performed; when it is detected that the drive motor is not operated, step S40 is performed.
In step S30, specifically, step S31 is executed, and the first switch 4 is turned off and a prompt message is sent to the operator. The prompt message may be sent to the operator once, twice, three times, etc. and then ended, or may be continuously sent to the operator. And the operator executes corresponding operation according to the prompt information.
When the operator wants to lift the body 1, the step S32 is performed, and the pause button on the body 1 is pressed to stop the rotation of the driving motor. At this time, the main control board of the washing machine again performs step S21. When the operator simply touches the up button 11 by accident, not wants to lift the body 1, no arbitrary operation is performed.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the prompt may be a prompt to the operator directly by a prompt device on the washing machine. The prompting device can be a display screen, a loudspeaker, a buzzer, an alarm and the like on the washing machine. In addition, the prompt information can also be sent to the mobile terminal of the operator by the washing machine, and then the mobile terminal prompts the operator. The mobile terminal comprises a mobile phone and a tablet computer and any other mobile equipment capable of receiving prompt information sent by the washing machine.
It can be further understood by those skilled in the art that the prompt information includes at least one of text, sound and image, and the content of the prompt information may be "the washing machine is in an operating state and cannot be lifted" or "please pause the progress of the washing machine before performing the lifting operation".
In step S40, step S41 is specifically performed, and the driving motor is suspended from performing the next step of the operation, that is, the driving motor is prohibited from rotating. Step S42 is performed simultaneously with or after step S41, and the lifting device 2 lifts the washing machine.
In summary, by the control method of the present invention, the lifting device 2 can avoid lifting the machine body 1 when the driving motor rotates, so that the travelling wheel 22 contacts with the ground. And further, the problem that the washing machine is lifted to displace, shake and collide by the travelling wheel 22 when the driving motor rotates is avoided.
In addition, the person skilled in the art can also make the first switch 4 in a normally open state according to the requirement, and only when the main control board of the washing machine detects that the up button 11 and/or the down button 12 are pressed, the person can judge whether the driving motor is operated or not. When it is detected that the drive motor is not running, the first switch 4 is closed again. Or the person skilled in the art can set an interlock program as required, and the first switch 4 is turned off when the rotation of the driving motor is detected or when the laundry operation of the washing machine is detected, regardless of whether the up button 11 and the down button 12 are operated.
Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention is described with respect to the lifting of the body 1 by the lifting key 11 and the lifting device 2, the control method of the present invention is also applicable to the lowering of the body 1 by the lowering key 12 and the lifting device 2.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
