When the electrophoresis tank works, firstly, electrophoresis wastewater is input into the tank body 1 from the electrophoresis tank, and at the moment, the water tank 411 sprays water into the tank body 1 by controlling the control valve at the water tank 411 through the controller so as to wash the tank body; after washing for six minutes, driving a servo motor 414, and driving a first shaft 415, a second shaft 418, a first disc 420 and a first bevel gear 416 to rotate through the servo motor 414 to stir the electrophoretic wastewater; when the speed sensor senses that the rotating speed of the servo motor 414 is 20-30 and keeps the speed for six minutes, the controller controls the control valve of the acid liquor tank 412 to spray acid liquor into the box body 1, so that alkaline substances in the electrophoresis wastewater are precipitated; after six minutes, namely after the alkaline substances in the electrophoresis wastewater are completely precipitated, the rotating speed of the servo motor 414 is continuously increased; when the speed sensor senses that the rotating speed of the servo motor 414 is 40-50 and keeps the speed for six minutes, the controller controls the control valve of the alkaline tank to spray alkaline liquid into the box body 1, so that acidic substances in the electrophoresis wastewater are precipitated; when the reaction of acidic and alkaline substances in the electrophoresis wastewater is carried out, the first bevel gear 416 and the second bevel gear 417 are in meshing transmission, so that the second shaft 418 rotates relative to the first shaft 415, and the first cam 419 rotates; when the first cam 419 presses the first disc 420, the first discs 420 move to the side close to each other, the two first discs 420 press the disc spring 421, and the disc spring 421 is pressed to generate gas; when the first cam 419 does not press the first disks 420, the two first disks 420 are reset under the action of the disc springs 421; the stirring of the electrophoresis wastewater is further increased through the action of the first disc 420 and the disc spring 421, so that not only is the sediment generated by the reaction prevented from being settled on the first plate 2, but also the electrophoresis wastewater is fully reacted; when the reaction of the acidic and alkaline substances in the electrophoretic wastewater is finished and the electrophoretic wastewater is neutral, stopping rotating the servo motor 414, opening the through hole on the first plate 2, and allowing the treated electrophoretic wastewater to reach the position of the filter 3, and filtering the electrophoretic wastewater through the fine sand filter 31 and the activated carbon filter 32 in sequence; meanwhile, the gas generated by the extrusion of the disc spring 421 acts on the impeller 51, and the impeller 51 drives the rotating cam 54 to rotate, so that the filter 3 moves in the vertical direction, and the filtration of the electrophoresis wastewater is increased; after the electrophoresis wastewater is filtered by the filter 3, the electrophoresis wastewater reaches the position of the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 6, the electrophoresis paint in the electrophoresis wastewater is recovered by the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 6, and the electrophoresis wastewater filtered by the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 6 is discharged from a water outlet; simultaneously, through the mutually supporting between elevating unit 5 and cleaning unit 7, carry out automatic and real-time clearance to ultrafiltration membrane filter core 6, improve ultrafiltration membrane filter core 6's life.
