The T-shaped clamping groove is I-shaped, the opening width of two sides of the T-shaped clamping groove in the circumferential axis direction is larger than that of the middle section, and the pressure head movable block and the spacing block are convenient to place. The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, a combined crimping block of a crimping machine includes at least two crimping blocks 100, and at least two crimping blocks 100 are spliced to form a circumference, where the number of the crimping blocks is not limited, and may be three, four, six, eight, and the like, and may be selected according to actual needs. After the whole circumference is folded, a circular ring is formed to abut against the core rod and the hardware fitting and is subjected to compression joint, wherein the diameter of the circular ring is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the hardware fitting, so that the compression joint work is convenient to fold. The crimping block 100 includes a modular crimping head 120 and a housing 110, the modular crimping head 120 including at least one ram movable 121, the ram movable 121 being adjustable in position in the housing 110 along a circumferential axis. The pressure head movable blocks 121 arranged in at least two pressure joint blocks 100 are respectively propped against the hardware fitting along the circumferential radial direction to carry out pressure joint.

The combination crimp head 120 further includes a spacer block 122, wherein the spacer block 122 is closely juxtaposed with the two crimp dies 121, and the spacer block 122 is located between the two crimp dies 121. In other embodiments, the number of the spacing blocks 122 may be set according to the requirement, and is not limited to one; a spacer block 122 may also be provided between the locking device 111 and the ram block 121. Through the combined arrangement of the pressure head movable blocks 121 and the spacing blocks 122 with different numbers, various compression joint forms can be obtained through combination, the compression joint length and the compression joint position of the combined type compression joint 120 can be conveniently adjusted within a certain range, the specification of the compression joint is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
The shapes of the pressure head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122 are both T-shaped structures, and the structures are favorable for the installation, fixation and replacement of the pressure head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122. For convenience of description, the length of the T-shaped structure along the circumferential axial direction is referred to as the thickness of the T-shaped structure, the length extending toward the circumferential center along the circumferential radial direction is referred to as the length of the T-shaped structure, and the direction perpendicular to both the length and thickness directions is referred to as the width of the T-shaped structure. The T-shaped structure has a wider head and a narrower tail.
The inner side of the base 110 is provided with a T-shaped clamping groove 113, and the T-shaped clamping groove 113 is I-shaped and is matched with the T-shaped structures of the pressure head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122 in size. The T-shaped slot has an opening toward the center of the circumference and a top opposite the opening. Specifically, the openings of the two sides of the T-shaped clamping groove 113 in the circumferential axial direction are wider, and the width of the T-shaped clamping groove is greater than or equal to the width of the T-shaped structure head of the pressing head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122, so that the pressing head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122 can be conveniently placed into the T-shaped clamping groove 113. The thickness of the spacing block 122 is the same as that of the pressure head movable block 121, and the thickness is unit thickness, so that subsequent adjustment and arrangement are facilitated. Of course, other thicknesses of the spacer blocks 122 may be provided according to actual production requirements. The length of the T-shaped clamping groove 113 is greater than the integral multiple of the thickness of the pressure head loose piece 121, so that there is sufficient space inside the T-shaped clamping groove 113 to install and replace the pressure head loose piece 121. Specifically, the length of the T-shaped card slot 113 is slightly greater than the total thickness of the ram loose piece 121 that can be set at most, for example, if five ram loose pieces 121 are planned to be set at most, the length of the T-shaped card slot 113 is slightly greater than five unit thicknesses.
The magnets 114 are disposed inside the T-shaped slot 113, and in this embodiment, the three circular magnets 114 are disposed inside the base 110, i.e., at the top of the T-shaped slot 113, although the shape of the magnets 114 is not limited thereto, and may be separated square magnets or a whole block of bar magnets, and other possible shapes are not described again; in addition, the magnet 114 may also be disposed on the side surface of the T-shaped slot 113 or on a step of the T-shaped slot 113, and the position of the magnet 114 is not limited herein, so as to facilitate the placement and the attraction of the fixed ram movable block 121 and the spacer block 122. The T-shaped clamping groove 113 and the magnet 114 are arranged, so that the installation and replacement of the pressure head movable block 121 and the spacing block 122 can be facilitated, the pressure head replacement efficiency is improved, the replacement of the pressure head on a machine is realized, and the workload of replacing the pressure head is reduced.
The tail end of the pressure head loose piece 121 is arc-shaped, the diameter of the arc is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a crimping fitting, and when the crimping is carried out, the arc at the tail end of the pressure head loose piece 121 is tightly attached to the outer diameter of the fitting. In the circumferential radial direction, the length of the spacing block 122 is smaller than that of the pressure head movable block 121, so that the spacing block does not contact with a hardware tool during pressure welding and plays a role in adjusting the pressure welding position.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that in the crimping block 200 of this embodiment, the combined crimping head 220 is composed of three crimping head loose pieces 221 closely arranged side by side, and is disposed at the middle position of the base 210, and two locking devices 211 fix the crimping head loose pieces 221 from both sides. Through the combination of the pressure head movable blocks 221 with different numbers, the compression joint length of the combined type compression joint 220 can be adjusted within a certain range, the compression joint with corresponding size does not need to be manufactured for each compression joint length, the specification of the compression joint is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
In addition, the position of locking device 211 against crimp head loose piece 221 can be adjusted to adjust the crimp position. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the locking devices 211 are bolts, and the length of screwing the two locking devices 211 into the base 210 can be adjusted to enable the pressure head loose piece 221 to be fixed at different positions in the circumferential axial direction in the base 210, so as to adjust the crimping position.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, except that in the crimping block 300 of this embodiment, a locking device 311 is provided only on one side of the base 310, and the locking device 311 clamps and positions the combined crimping head 320 from the side of the base 310. The other side of the base 310 may not be provided with the locking device 311, and may also be provided with a spring or other devices to position the combined crimping head 320, which is not limited herein.

Claims (8)
1. A combined type crimping block of a crimping machine comprises at least two crimping blocks, wherein the at least two crimping blocks are spliced to form a circumference; the method is characterized in that: the compression joint block comprises a combined compression joint and a machine base, the combined compression joint is fixed in the machine base and comprises at least two pressure head movable blocks, the at least two pressure head movable blocks are arranged in parallel, and the positions of the at least two pressure head movable blocks in the machine base along the circumferential axis direction can be adjusted; the combined type crimping connector further comprises a spacing block, and the spacing block is located between the adjacent pressure head movable blocks.
2. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is in the shape of a Chinese character 'men', and wherein a locking means is provided on one side of the base, the locking means being adapted to engage against the movable ram block.
3. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the spacer block in the circumferential radial direction is less than the length of the crimp tap.
4. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the crimp tap is of T-shaped configuration.
5. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a T-shaped slot is provided in the base for the movable block of the crimp head to be fixed, and the T-shaped slot is adapted to the T-shaped structure.
6. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein a magnet is provided in the T-shaped slot.
7. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the T-shaped slot is I-shaped, and the width of the opening at both sides is greater than the width of the opening at the middle in the circumferential direction.
8. The modular crimp block of a crimping machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the length of the T-shaped slot in the circumferential axis direction is greater than an integer multiple of the thickness of the crimp tap.
