Background
While conventional crimping dies are generally directed to open terminals, in recent years, with the development of the automotive industry, particularly new energy, the variety of closed terminals is increasing, and wires mating with such terminals are typically provided with shielding rings. Typical crimp types of such terminals include one-point crimp, two-point crimp, four-point crimp, hexagonal crimp, and the like, and F-type crimp is also used. And the terminal manufacturer of the new energy source generally requires six-point crimping, and part of manufacturers adopt hexagonal crimping instead because the six-point crimping is difficult to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of difficult six-point crimping of a closed terminal and the like, thereby providing a six-point crimping die with convenient crimping and uniform crimping terminal stress.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the six-point crimping die comprises a hanging head assembly, a main body assembly and a crimping assembly, wherein the crimping assembly is arranged in the main body assembly, and a driving wheel of the crimping assembly is matched with a left guide rail of the main body assembly; the left guide rail and the right guide rail of the main body assembly are connected with the hanging head of the hanging head assembly through the connecting plate.
The hanging head assembly comprises a hanging head, an upper fine tuning disc, a middle fine tuning disc, a lower fine tuning disc and an adjusting gasket, wherein a bulge is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the middle fine tuning disc, and a tooth slot is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the bulge; the upper fine tuning disc is sleeved on the bulge of the middle fine tuning disc and is arranged on the middle fine tuning disc through a positioning component in the upper fine tuning disc; the upper end face of the upper fine tuning disc and the lower end face of the middle fine tuning disc are spiral faces matched with each other; the lower fine tuning disc is arranged on the lower end surface of the middle fine tuning disc, and the adjusting gasket is arranged on the lower end surface of the lower fine tuning disc; the hanging head penetrates through the upper fine tuning disc, the middle fine tuning disc, the lower fine tuning disc and the adjusting gasket in sequence downwards to be connected with a connecting plate of the main body assembly.
The positioning assembly comprises a positioning spring, a marble and a positioning pin, a positioning hole is formed in the side wall of the upper fine tuning disc, the positioning pin, the positioning spring and the marble are sequentially arranged in the positioning hole from outside to inside, and the marble is in contact with the tooth slot.
The main body assembly comprises a main body plate, a mounting seat, a positioning rod, a bottom plate, a connecting plate, a left guide rail and a right guide rail, wherein the main body plate is vertically arranged on the bottom plate, a crimping mounting groove is formed in the front end face of the main body plate, a left slide rail and a right slide rail are arranged on the front end face of the main body plate, the left slide rail and the right slide rail are symmetrically arranged relative to the crimping mounting groove, a positioning mounting hole is formed in the rear end face of the main body plate, and the positioning mounting hole is vertically communicated with the crimping mounting groove; the mounting seat is arranged in the positioning mounting hole and is internally provided with a positioning rod; the lower part of the left guide rail is provided with a groove which is matched with a bump II on the driving wheel in the crimping assembly; the left guide rail is slidably arranged in the left slide rail, and the right guide rail is slidably arranged in the right slide rail; the connecting plate is arranged at the upper end of the main body plate and connects the left guide rail and the right guide rail together, and the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the hanging head of the hanging head assembly.
The crimping assembly comprises a fixed wheel, a crimping core, a moving wheel, a crimping spring, an outer fixed plate and an inner fixed plate, wherein the fixed wheel is provided with terminal installation holes, six crimping holes are uniformly formed in the outer circumferential surface of the fixed wheel, the crimping holes are vertically communicated with the terminal installation holes, and a limiting table is arranged in the crimping holes; one end of the crimping core is inserted into the crimping hole; the compression spring is sleeved on the compression core and limited by the compression core and the limiting table; the other end of the compression joint core is contacted with the inner wall of the driving wheel; the driving wheel is sleeved outside the fixed wheel, and a bump II is arranged on the outer side wall of the driving wheel; the outer fixing plate is fixed at one end of the fixed wheel, the inner fixing plate is fixed at the other end of the fixed wheel, and the outer diameter of the outer fixing plate and the outer diameter of the inner fixing plate are both larger than the outer diameter of the fixed wheel; the outer fixing plate and the inner fixing plate form a rotating track of the driving wheel.

The invention is applicable to crimping of various circular closed terminals. Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1-9, a six-point crimping die comprises a hanging head assembly 1, a main body assembly 2 and a crimping assembly 3, wherein the crimping assembly 3 is arranged in the main body assembly 2, and a driving wheel 3-3 of the crimping assembly 3 is matched with a left guide rail 2-6 of the main body assembly 2; the left guide rail 2-6 and the right guide rail 2-7 of the main body assembly 2 are connected with the hanging head 1-1 of the hanging head assembly 1 through the connecting plate 2-5.
Specifically, the hanging head assembly 1 comprises a hanging head 1-1, an upper fine tuning disc 1-2, a middle fine tuning disc 1-3, a lower fine tuning disc 1-4 and an adjusting gasket 1-5, wherein a bulge 1-3-1 is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the middle fine tuning disc 1-3, and a tooth slot 1-3-2 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the bulge 1-3-1; the upper fine tuning disc 1-2 is sleeved on the bulge 1-3-1 of the middle fine tuning disc 1-3 and is arranged on the middle fine tuning disc 1-3 through a positioning component in the upper fine tuning disc 1-2; the positioning assembly comprises a positioning spring 1-6, a marble 1-7 and a positioning pin 1-8, a positioning hole is formed in the side wall of the upper fine adjustment disc 1-2, the positioning pin 1-8, the positioning spring 1-6 and the marble 1-7 are sequentially installed in the positioning hole from outside to inside, and the marble 1-7 is in contact with the tooth socket 1-3-2.
The upper end face of the upper fine tuning disc 1-2 and the lower end face of the middle fine tuning disc 1-3 are spiral faces matched with each other; the lower fine tuning disc 1-4 is arranged on the lower end surface of the middle fine tuning disc 1-3, and the adjusting gasket 1-5 is arranged on the lower end surface of the lower fine tuning disc 1-4; the hanging head 1-1 sequentially passes through the upper fine tuning disc 1-2, the middle fine tuning disc 1-3, the lower fine tuning disc 1-4 and the adjusting gasket 1-5 downwards to be connected with the connecting plate 2-5 of the main body assembly 2.
The upper fine tuning disc 1-2 is rotated, so that the total closing height of the die can be adjusted, and the heights of six crimping cores acting on the terminals can be adjusted; the thickness of the adjustment shim 1-5 can be appropriately increased or decreased for the press-fit height which cannot be adjusted by the upper trimming disk 1-2.
The main body assembly 2 comprises a main body plate 2-1, a mounting seat 2-2, a positioning rod 2-3, a bottom plate 2-4, a connecting plate 2-5, a left guide rail 2-6 and a right guide rail 2-7, wherein the main body plate 2-1 is vertically arranged on the bottom plate 2-4, a crimping mounting groove 2-8 is formed in the front end face of the main body plate 2-1, a left sliding rail 2-9 and a right sliding rail 2-10 are arranged on the front end face of the main body plate 2-1, the left sliding rail 2-9 and the right sliding rail 2-10 are symmetrically arranged about the crimping mounting groove 2-8, a positioning mounting hole 2-11 is formed in the rear end face of the main body plate 2-1, and the positioning mounting hole 2-11 is vertically communicated with the crimping mounting groove 2-8; the mounting seat 2-2 is arranged in the positioning mounting hole 2-11, and the positioning rod 2-3 is arranged in the mounting seat 2-2; the front-back distance of the positioning rod 2-3 in the mounting seat 2-2 can be adjusted to adapt to the requirements of different positioning lengths. The lower part of the left guide rail 2-6 is provided with a groove 2-6-1, and the groove 2-6-1 is matched with a bump II 3-3-1 on a driving wheel 3-3 in the crimping assembly 3; the left guide rail 2-6 is slidably arranged in the left guide rail 2-9, and the right guide rail 2-7 is slidably arranged in the right guide rail 2-10; the connecting plate 2-5 is arranged at the upper end of the main body plate 2-1 and connects the left guide rail 2-6 and the right guide rail 2-7 together, and the connecting plate 2-5 is fixedly connected with the hanging head 1-1 of the hanging head assembly 1.
The crimping assembly 3 comprises a fixed wheel 3-1, a crimping core 3-2, a driving wheel 3-3, a crimping spring 3-6, an outer fixed plate 3-4 and an inner fixed plate 3-5, wherein the fixed wheel 3-1 is provided with terminal mounting holes, six crimping holes 3-1-1 are uniformly formed in the outer circumferential surface of the fixed wheel 3-1, the crimping holes 3-1-1 are vertically communicated with the terminal mounting holes, and a limiting table is arranged in the crimping holes 3-1-1; one end of the crimping core 3-2 is inserted into the crimping hole 3-1-1; the compression spring 3-6 is sleeved on the compression core 3-2 and limited by the compression core 3-2 and the limiting table; the other end of the compression joint core 3-2 is contacted with the inner wall of the driving wheel 3-3; the driving wheel 3-3 is sleeved outside the fixed wheel 3-1, and a bump II 3-3-1 is arranged on the outer side wall of the driving wheel 3-3; the outer fixing plate 3-4 is fixed at one end of the fixed wheel 3-1, the inner fixing plate 3-5 is fixed at the other end of the fixed wheel 3-1, and the outer diameter of the outer fixing plate 3-4 and the outer diameter of the inner fixing plate 3-5 are both larger than the outer diameter of the fixed wheel 3-1; the outer fixing plate 3-4 and the inner fixing plate 3-5 constitute a rotation track of the driving wheel 3-3.
Preferably, the protective cover assembly 4 is further included, the protective cover assembly comprises a protective plate 4-1, a hole 4-2 for a terminal to pass through is formed in the protective plate 4-1, and the protective plate 4-1 is fixed on the front end face of the front baffle of the main body assembly 2 through screws. The protective cover is arranged to prevent accidents caused by the fact that hands of operators enter the crimping area in the crimping operation process, and plays a role in safety protection.
When in crimping, a terminal passes through the locating mounting hole 2-11, the terminal mounting hole and the hole on the protection plate through the locating rod 2-3, the press is started, the press drives the hanging head 1-1 to move downwards, the hanging head 1-1 drives the left guide rail and the right guide rail to move downwards in the respective sliding rails through the connecting plate 2-5, in the downward moving process, the grooves of the left guide rail generate acting force on the protrusions of the driving wheels, the driving wheels rotate to enable the crimping cores to extend out, six sides of the terminal in the terminal mounting hole are crimped when the terminal is extended, crimping is completed, the press drives the hanging head to rise, and accordingly the left guide rail rises, and the crimping cores reset under the action of restoring force of the crimping springs, so that a crimping process is completed. When the press is moved upwards, a crimping process can also be completed, which is similar to the above-described process.
