the outer edge of the turntable is provided with a vertical rod, the top of the vertical rod is provided with a support plate, a screw rod penetrates through the support plate, one end of the screw rod, which is close to the turntable, is provided with a pressing plate, and the screw rod is rotated to enable the pressing plate to fix the spherical mold, so that the subsequent spraying work is facilitated;

Compared with the manual spraying mode in the prior art, the technical scheme can enable the spray head to continuously spray the concave surface of the spherical die, the spray head can cover all the concave surfaces of the spherical die due to the continuous rotation of the spherical die and the spray head, the principle of processing the spherical concave surfaces in the prior art is similar to the principle of processing the spherical concave surfaces, the motion track of the cutter of the motion track of the spray head, the rotation of the spherical die is equivalent to the rotation of a workpiece, and the rotating speeds of the rotating shaft II and the rotating shaft I can be adjusted.

the spherical mold 23 is placed on the placing groove 5, and the top of the placing groove 5 is arc-shaped, so that the size of the arc is matched with the outer wall of the spherical mold 23, the spherical mold 23 can be automatically centered after being placed on the placing groove 5, and the spherical mold is convenient to fix;

a pump (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the spraying box 13, and the pump is communicated with the spray head 17 through a pipeline (not shown in the figure).
In the above scheme, because the axis of the spray head 17 is parallel to the axis of the spray head mounting plate 16, when the second rotating shaft 14 rotates, the movement track of the spray head 17 is circular; because the axis of the second rotating shaft 14 is intersected with the axis of the first rotating shaft 2, when the second rotating shaft 14 and the first rotating shaft 2 rotate continuously at the same time, the movement locus of the spray head 17 on the concave surface of the inner wall of the spherical mold 23 is a continuous elliptical locus, and the concave surface of the inner wall of the spherical mold 23 can be uniformly sprayed.
Compared with the manual spraying mode in the prior art, the technical scheme can enable the spray head 17 to continuously spray the concave surface of the spherical mold 23, the spray head 17 can cover all the concave surfaces of the spherical mold 23 due to the continuous rotation of the spherical mold 23 and the spray head 17, the principle of processing the spherical concave surface in the prior art is similar to the principle of processing the spherical concave surface, the movement track of a movement track cutter of the spray head 17 is equivalent to the rotation of a workpiece, and the rotation speeds of the second rotating shaft 14 and the first rotating shaft 2 can be adjusted.
The hydraulic cylinder 10 and the piston rod 11 adopt hydraulic telescopic equipment commonly used in the field, and the piston rod 11 can move up and down, so that the position of the mounting seat 12 and the position of the spray head 17 can be conveniently adjusted, and the movement track of the spray head 17 can be adjusted to cover all the inner wall concave surfaces of the spherical mold 23.
The use method of the device comprises the following steps:
step A: placing the spherical mold 23 on the placing groove 5;
and B: rotating the screw rod to enable the pressing plate 8 to fix the spherical mold 23 on the placing groove 5;

step D: and turning on the first motor 3 to rotate the first rotating shaft 2, turning on the second motor 15 to rotate the second rotating shaft 14, and turning on the pump to enable the spray head 17 to spray the concave surface of the spherical mold 23.

As shown in FIG. 1, the engine casting mold spraying device of the invention is characterized in that a mounting seat 12 is provided with a mounting groove 18, a connecting rod 19 is arranged in the mounting groove 18, the spraying box 13 is connected to the mounting seat 12 through the connecting rod 19, and the connecting rod 19 can be connected with the mounting groove 18 and the spraying box 13 in a welding mode or in a threaded connection mode.
