Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
At present, the popularization rate of automobiles is very high, the life rhythm of people is very fast, and a technology is hoped to enable drivers to conveniently purchase articles in the automobiles.
The vending apparatus of the present disclosure may be, for example, an open shelf, or a closed container. Wherein the closed container is provided with a door or a window, which can be opened or closed. The user may access the items in the vending apparatus while the door or window is open. Vending equipment typically has multiple layers of trays on which items to be vended are placed.
The vending apparatus of the present disclosure may be mounted in place on the vending apparatus as desired, or may be electrically connectable with the vending apparatus.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of some embodiments of vending apparatus of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the vending apparatus 10 of this embodiment includes: the processor 11 may further include: at least one of a first information sensor 12, a robot arm 13, an adjusting device 14, an area exit detection sensor 15, an intercepting device 16 entering an area where the vending apparatus is located, an article gravity detection sensor 17, an article image detection sensor 18, and the like.
A processor 11 configured to perform vending related processing and control. The processor may be integrated in the vending apparatus, for example. For example, account information associated with the first information is acquired based on the first information detected by the first information sensor 12, and the driver recognizes an item to be purchased from the vending apparatus based on at least one of the item gravity detection sensor 17 and the item image detection sensor 18, and settles the item using the account information. Therefore, the driver can conveniently purchase articles in vehicles such as automobiles and the like, and the driver does not need to get off the vehicle.
The first information sensor 12 is configured to detect first information including biological information of a driver of the vehicle or information related to the vehicle, for example, face information or fingerprint information of the driver, license plate information of the vehicle, and the like. The first information sensor is, for example, a face recognition sensor, a fingerprint recognition sensor, or a license plate image detection sensor. The license plate image detection sensor may be, for example, a camera for taking an image about the license plate at a set position. The set location may be, for example, an entrance to a vending area. The camera may be installed at an outside of the vending apparatus with the photographing region aligned at a set position.
A robot arm 13 configured to take items from the vending apparatus or put items back into the vending apparatus based on the control of the processor 11. The robot arm may be mounted on a vending apparatus, for example. Thus, the driver in the vehicle is helped to conveniently take the articles by the mechanical arm.
The driver makes a request by voice or the like, for example, and the controller 11 gives a control instruction to the robot arm 13 based on the driver's request. The control instructions typically include a control type, a control object, and a target location. The control types include, for example, take and put back. "pick" refers to the taking of an item from a vending apparatus. "replace" refers to replacing an item in a vending apparatus. The control object indicates the kind of the article. The target location includes, for example, the location of the article to be taken or put back at the vending apparatus, and the location of the cab of the vehicle. The location of the item at the vending apparatus is determined, and thus the location of the item at the vending apparatus that needs to be taken or replaced can be determined.
The position of the cab of the vehicle can be directly obtained by, for example, computer vision techniques such as image detection and analysis, or estimated from the model information and the parking position of the vehicle. According to the model information of the vehicle and the prior knowledge of the model and the cab, the height information of the cab can be determined. The parking position can be determined by, for example, a designated parking area frame drawn on the ground. The distance between the cab of the vehicle and the vending apparatus may be determined by means of a distance sensor. The distance sensor may be, for example, a photoelectric sensor or an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor of the reflection operation type.
An adjustment device 14 configured to adjust the position of the vending apparatus based on the control of the processor 11. The processor 11 may send an instruction for adjusting the position of the vending apparatus according to the determined position of the cab of the vehicle, so that the position of the vending apparatus is matched with the position of the cab, and the driver can take or replace the article in the vending apparatus by extending his hand out of the cab, thereby facilitating the taking or replacement of the article by the driver. The adjustment means 14 comprise, for example, a displacement adjustment member or a height adjustment member. The displacement adjustment member may be a guide rail or a chute, such that the vending apparatus is movable along the guide rail or the chute. The height adjusting part may be installed at a lower portion of the vending apparatus, and realize the height adjustment of the vending apparatus by changing the height thereof. The adjustment device 14 may also be a mechanical arm that moves the position of the vending apparatus.
In some embodiments, a designated parking area frame is drawn on the ground, and the driver can park the vehicle in the parking area frame and then fine-tune the position of the vending apparatus via the adjustment device 14 to facilitate the driver's pick-up of the goods.
An area exit detection sensor 15 configured to detect whether the vehicle exits an area where the vending apparatus is located, and transmit detection information to the processor. There are various implementations of the area departure detection sensor, such as an image sensor, a photoelectric sensor in reflection mode, an ultrasonic ranging sensor, or an inductive switch. The area departure detection sensor may be mounted on the vending apparatus, for example. These sensors are described separately below.
The image sensor may be an image pickup device such as a camera, for example. The position, angle, etc. of the image sensor installation are adjusted so that the detection area (i.e., the photographing area) of the image sensor is aligned with the area where the vending apparatus is located, to photograph an image of the area where the vending apparatus is located. Whether the area where the vending apparatus is located is invaded may be determined based on a real-time image of the area where the vending apparatus is located, which is photographed by the image sensor. For example, a real-time image of an area where the vending apparatus is located, which is captured by the image sensor, is compared with a reference image in which the area where the vending apparatus is located is not invaded, if a vehicle appears in the image of the area where the vending apparatus is located, it is considered that the area where the vending apparatus is located is invaded by the vehicle, and if it is found through subsequent image comparison that the vehicle disappears from the area where the vending apparatus is located, it is considered that the vehicle leaves the area where the vending apparatus is located.
The photoelectric sensor of the reflection working mode comprises a light emitter and a light receiver. The light emitter emits a light signal, and the light signal irradiated to the vehicle is reflected and received by the light receiver. The distance between the vehicle and the vending apparatus is determined based on the time interval between the light signal reflected by the light receiver and the light signal emitted by the light emitter, and it is determined whether the vehicle leaves the area where the vending apparatus is located based on the distance.
The ultrasonic ranging sensor includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter transmits ultrasonic waves, and the ultrasonic waves hitting the vehicle are reflected and received by the receiver. The distance between the vehicle and the vending apparatus is determined based on the time interval between the reception of the ultrasonic waves by the receiver and the transmission of the ultrasonic waves by the transmitter, and it is determined whether the vehicle leaves the area where the vending apparatus is located based on the distance.
The inductive switch may be implemented, for example, based on infrared technology. When the vehicle enters the sensing range, the sensing switch can detect the change of the infrared spectrum. Therefore, when the sensing switch detects a change in the infrared spectrum, it is determined that the region in which the vending apparatus is located is invaded, and then if the change in the infrared spectrum disappears, it can be determined that the vehicle leaves the region in which the vending apparatus is located.
The intercepting apparatus 16, which enters the area where the vending apparatus is located, may be installed at an entrance of the area where the vending apparatus is located, and configured to change the operation state to a passing state or an intercepting state based on the control of the processor. The processor is configured to send a corresponding control instruction to the intercepting device according to whether the account information is successfully acquired. If the account information is successfully acquired, the intercepting device is controlled to be in a passing state, the driver is allowed to enter the area where the vending equipment is located to shop, and if the account information is unsuccessfully acquired, the intercepting device is controlled to be in an intercepting state, and the driver is prevented from entering the area where the vending equipment is located. In addition, the processor can be configured to send a corresponding control instruction to the intercepting device according to whether the first information meets a preset condition. The predetermined condition may be, for example, whether the first information can be successfully matched with the account information, whether the user identity is legal, whether the vehicle information is legal, or the like. If the user identity is legitimate or the vehicle information is legitimate, access to the area where the vending apparatus is located is permitted, otherwise access to the area where the vending apparatus is located is prevented.
In addition, the processor 11 is configured to issue a corresponding control instruction to the door or window of the vending apparatus according to whether the account information is successfully acquired or whether the first information satisfies the predetermined condition. A door or window of the vending apparatus configured to open or close based on control of the processor. And if the account information is successfully acquired or the preset condition is met, controlling the door of the vending equipment to be opened to allow the driver to take the articles in the vending equipment, and if the account information is unsuccessfully acquired, controlling the door or the window of the vending equipment to be closed to prevent the driver from taking the articles in the vending equipment. The door of the vending apparatus may be a sliding door or an up-down door, for example.
At least one detection information of the article gravity detection sensor 17 and the article image detection sensor 18 is used for identification of the article for purchase.
The article gravity detecting sensor 17 may be disposed, for example, below each layer of the tray of the vending apparatus, so as to detect gravity information of the articles in the tray. The object can be identified according to the change of the gravity of the object. For example, if the gravity of the article to be sold detected by the article gravity detecting sensor 17 is reduced and the reduced gravity amount matches the gravity of the article a in the respective articles of the tray (or the respective articles of the vending apparatus), the driver may add the article a to the virtual shopping cart of the driver for settlement, considering that the article a is taken away and the driver wants to purchase the article a. If the gravity of the article to be sold detected by the article gravity detecting sensor 17 increases and the amount of the gravity increases in accordance with the gravity of an article b among the articles of the vending apparatus, the article b is considered to be replaced, and the driver does not want to purchase the article b, and the article b can be deleted from the virtual shopping cart of the driver.
The article image detection sensor 18 may be provided, for example, at a position in the vending apparatus where the article pick-and-place situation can be photographed. The images taken by the item image detection sensor 18 are identified to determine the items in the images. For example, the image features of each article to be sold are acquired, the image features of the articles in the image to be recognized and the image features of the articles to be sold are compared in similarity, and the higher the similarity is, the higher the possibility that the articles in the image to be recognized are the corresponding articles to be sold is. For example, the item in the image to be recognized is determined as the item to be sold with the highest similarity. In some embodiments, a dual convolutional neural network may be employed for item identification, for example. And inputting the image to be recognized into a first double-convolution neural network to detect whether an article exists in the image, cutting off an article area image if the article is detected, and inputting the image into a second convolution neural network to detect the type of the article. Furthermore, the trajectory of the item can be further tracked by means of a multi-frame image of the item, from which it can be determined whether the item is a removed item that the driver wants to purchase or a replaced item that the driver does not want to purchase. As previously described, the driver wants to purchase item a, which can be added to the driver's virtual shopping cart. The driver does not want to purchase item b and can delete item b from the driver's virtual shopping cart.
In addition, the above-mentioned object gravity recognition and object image recognition may also be combined. For example, the gravity-identified item is compared with the image-identified item for consistency, and if consistent, the confidence of the item identification result is higher. If the image recognition result includes a plurality of items with smaller confidence difference, but the gravity of the items may be different, the items in the image recognition result matching the gravity variation may be used as the final recognition result in combination with the variation of the gravity. If a certain gravity variation amount corresponds to a plurality of articles, but the images of the articles may not be the same, the articles matched with the image recognition result in the gravity recognition result may be taken as the final recognition result in combination with the image recognition result.
In some applications, the driver drives the vehicle to the entrance of the area where the vending apparatus is located, the first information sensor 12 detects the first information, the processor 11 determines whether the first information satisfies the predetermined condition, and if the predetermined condition is satisfied, the intercepting device 16 may be instructed to change to the release state, and the vehicle drives into the area where the vending apparatus is located. If the vending apparatus is a shelf, the driver may begin shopping. If the vending apparatus is a container, the processor 11 may also control the door or window of the container to open and the driver may begin shopping. If the goods in the vending apparatus are located relatively far from the driver during the shopping process, the driver can conveniently take the goods with the aid of the robot arm 13 or the adjusting device 14. In addition, the driver may also return the picked-up items to the vending apparatus. The replaced article does not appear in the virtual shopping cart and is not settled by the detection of the article gravity detecting sensor 17 or/and the article image detecting sensor 18. When the area departure detection sensor 15 detects that the vehicle has departed from the area where the vending apparatus is located, the items in the virtual shopping cart of the driver are deducted from the account information of the driver. Therefore, the driver can conveniently purchase articles in vehicles such as automobiles, the driver in the vehicles can take or put back the articles in the vending equipment by stretching hands out of the cab, and the driver even does not need to get off the vehicle.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of some embodiments of the vending method of the present disclosure. The vending method may be performed by a vending apparatus or processor, for example.
As shown in fig. 2, the vending method 20 of this embodiment includes:
in step 21, the driver drives the vehicle to an entrance of the area where the vending apparatus is located, and acquires the first information, the meaning of which is referred to above.
For example, image information of a vehicle driven by a driver is received and captured by a camera, and the image information is analyzed to identify license plate information of the vehicle. Or receiving the identification result of the face identification sensor or the fingerprint identification sensor, wherein the identification result indicates the identity information of the user.
In step 22, optionally, it is determined whether the first information satisfies a predetermined condition, for example, whether the user identity or the vehicle information is legal, and if the predetermined condition is satisfied, step 23 is executed, and if the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the intercepting means is controlled to be in an intercepting state (step 22a), so that the vehicle is prevented from entering the area where the vending apparatus is located, and the user is not allowed to shop with the vending apparatus.
At step 23, account information associated with the first information is obtained.
The driver may previously associate the first information with the account information. The association information of the first information and the account information may be stored in a user information database. Account information associated with the first information may be obtained from a user information database.
In the case of successful acquisition of account information, at least one first control operation is performed (step 23a), and then steps 24 and 25 are performed. The first control operation includes: and controlling the intercepting device to be in a passing state and controlling the door or the window of the vending equipment to be opened. The driver may then begin shopping using the vending apparatus.
In case of failure to acquire account information, at least one second control operation is performed (step 23b), and the flow ends. The second control operation includes: and controlling the intercepting device to be in an intercepting state, controlling a door or a window of the vending equipment to be closed, and prompting a driver to associate account information. If the driver associates the account information based on the prompt, the operation related to the case of successful account information may be performed, which is not described herein again.
In step 24, items to be purchased by the driver from the vending apparatus are identified.
Item identification is achieved based on at least one of item gravity and item image as previously described.
In step 25, the items are settled using the account information, i.e., the driver's purchase of the items is deducted from the driver's account information.
In some embodiments, if the detection information of the sensor indicates that the vehicle leaves the area where the vending apparatus is located, the settlement operation is triggered.
Therefore, the driver can conveniently purchase articles in vehicles such as automobiles and the like, and the driver does not need to get off the vehicle.
FIG. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of a vending method according to the present disclosure. The vending method may be performed by a vending apparatus or processor, for example.
As shown in fig. 3, the vending method 30 of this embodiment includes:
steps 31 to 33(33a to 33b) are the same as steps 21 to 23(23a to 23 b).
In the event of successful acquisition of account information, the driver may begin shopping using the vending apparatus. During shopping, optionally, step 34a or 34b may be performed.
In step 34a, a control command is issued to the robot arm based on the driver's request, controlling the robot arm to take items from the vending apparatus or to put items back into the vending apparatus. Thus, the driver in the vehicle is helped to conveniently take the articles by the mechanical arm.
For example, the driver requests "take article a", the control instruction for controlling the robot arm includes a control type, a control object, and a target position, the control type is "take", the control object is "article a", the target position includes a first target position and a second target position, the first target position is "position of article a at the vending apparatus", and the second target position is "position of the cab of the vehicle".
For another example, the driver requests "put-back article b", the control instruction for controlling the robot arm includes a control type, a control object, and a target position, the control type is "put-back", the control object is "article b", the target position includes a first target position and a second target position, the first target position is "a position where a cab of the vehicle is located", and the second target position is "a position where article b is located at the vending apparatus".
At step 34b, the position of the vending apparatus is adjusted by the adjustment device, depending on the position of the cab of the vehicle, so that the driver in the vehicle can reach out of the cab to access or replace the contents of the vending apparatus.
For example, if the vehicle is a truck, in which the driver is relatively high above the ground, the height of the vending apparatus may be increased by the adjustment means, so that the driver in the vehicle can reach out of the cab to pick up or replace the goods in the vending apparatus.
For another example, if the vehicle is a sports car, in which the driver is relatively low from the ground level, the height of the vending apparatus may be reduced by the adjustment means, so that the driver in the vehicle can reach out of the cab to pick up or replace the goods in the vending apparatus.
For another example, if the parking position of the vehicle is relatively far from the vending apparatus, the adjustment device may be used to move to the parking position of the vehicle, so that the driver in the vehicle can reach out of the cab to access or replace the goods in the vending apparatus.
In step 35, items to be purchased by the driver from the vending apparatus are identified.
At step 36, the items are settled using the account information, i.e., the driver's purchase of the items is deducted from the driver's account information.
Thus, the driver can conveniently purchase the articles in the vehicle such as the automobile. With the aid of the mechanical arm or the adjusting device, the driver in the vehicle can take or put back the goods in the vending equipment by stretching his hand out of the cab, and the driver does not even need to get off the vehicle.
