The fault detection tool for the air conditioner compressor integrates the functions of compressor motor winding resistance value measurement, current/voltage detection and current/voltage waveform detection, can detect electrical parameters when the compressor runs, and realizes live detection.

Background
The detection of current air condition compressor has the difficulty, when the air conditioner that has installed in the user room breaks down, because the compressor trouble is difficult to detect, and the maintainer often does not pass through little fine detection analysis, just directly changes the compressor, leads to good compressor directly to be changed sometimes, causes the waste. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
In one exemplary embodiment of the invention, a fault detection tool for an air conditioner compressor is provided. Fig. 2 is a schematic interface diagram of a fault detection tool for an air conditioner compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the compressor detection tool of the present invention has two connection lines, one of which is connected to an air conditioner controller and the other of which is connected to the air conditioner compressor, so as to obtain an electrical parameter of the air conditioner compressor during operation. The main control module has data processing and calculating functions, can read design data of the air conditioner and the compressor from the data storage module and the data input/output module, diagnoses basic faults by combining detection data, and outputs the data and diagnosis results to the data storage module, the data input/output module and the display function module.
The data storage module is used for storing the detected data and the diagnosis result; the data input/output module is used for outputting data and diagnosis results, and is also used for receiving external data and transmitting the external data to the main control module. The data input/output module can be connected with external equipment through a cable, one end of the connecting wire is connected with a data interface of the fault detection tool data input/output module, and the other end of the connecting wire is connected with the external equipment. The fault detection tool can also be connected with external equipment through a wireless network and Bluetooth.
The display function module is used for displaying data and a diagnosis result in real time, and maintenance personnel can directly read the parameters of the compressor from the tool, so that the fault type can be judged more accurately.
When the air conditioner compressor fails, the following situations are generally available:
1. the motor of the compressor is burnt out, the winding is broken, and the resistance value is many times larger than the normal value or infinite;
2. the motor winding of the compressor is short-circuited, and the resistance value is smaller than a normal value or zero;
3. impurities exist in the compressor, so that the torque is increased, and the motor current is increased;
4. the leakage of the compressor cylinder can not normally compress the refrigerant, and the current of the motor is reduced;
5. the abnormality of the control circuit of the air conditioner causes the abnormality of the current waveform of the compressor.
Therefore, the detection tool integrates the function of measuring the resistance value of the motor winding of the compressor, the function of detecting current/voltage and the function of detecting current/voltage waveform, and realizes the function of basic fault diagnosis.
Specifically, the resistance value detection module in the detection module is configured to implement a resistance value measurement function, and is configured to determine the condition 1: if the resistance value is many times larger than the normal value or infinite, the main control module judges that the compressor motor is burnt out and the winding is broken; and case 2: if the resistance value is smaller than the normal value or is zero, the main control module judges that the motor winding of the compressor is in short circuit.
The current/voltage value detection module in the detection module is used for realizing a current/voltage value detection function and judging the situations 3 and 4: if the current of the motor is increased, the main control module judges that impurities exist in the compressor, so that the torque is increased; if the current of the motor is reduced, the main control module judges that the air cylinder of the compressor leaks and the refrigerant cannot be normally compressed.
The current/voltage waveform detection module in the detection module is configured to implement a current/voltage value detection function, and is configured to determine the case of the above-mentioned type 5: if the current waveform of the compressor is abnormal, the main control module judges that the air conditioner control circuit is abnormal.
In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a fault detection tool for an air conditioner compressor is provided. As shown in fig. 3, the fault detection tool for the air conditioner compressor of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a detection module, a main control module and a data input/output module.
The detection module is connected to the main control module and the air conditioner compressor, and the main control module is connected with the data input/output module.
Wherein the detection module includes: the current/voltage value detection module, the current/voltage waveform detection module and the resistance value detection module are respectively used for detecting the current/voltage value of the compressor, the current/voltage waveform and the resistance value of the motor winding and inputting data into the main control module.
The main control module has data processing and calculating functions, can read design data of the air conditioner and the compressor from the data storage module and the data input/output module, diagnoses basic faults by combining detection data, and outputs the data and diagnosis results to the data storage module, the data input/output module and the display function module.
The data input/output module may include a serial communication module, a wireless network communication module, or a bluetooth communication module, such as a USB transmission module, or a Zigbee module. In one embodiment, when the compressor is detected, the external data storage unit performs data transmission with the main control module through the data input/output module. In other embodiments, the main control module may further perform data transmission and display with the intelligent terminal through the data input/output module, and further, the intelligent terminal may further provide a data storage function for storing the detected data and the diagnosis result. The intelligent terminal comprises an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like.
Further optionally, the fault detection tool may further include a display communication interface for connecting an external display to display a result.
Further optionally, the fault detection tool is provided with a power supply interface, and power is supplied through an external power supply. In an embodiment, the external power source is a commercial power, and the power supply interface includes a voltage conversion device for converting the commercial power into the dc working voltage for the fault detection. In other embodiments, the external power source is a power supply module of an air conditioner controller, and the power supply interface is configured to be connected to the power supply module of the air conditioner controller.

s1, detecting the resistance value of the motor winding when the compressor runs, if the resistance value is many times larger than the normal value or infinite, judging that the compressor motor is burnt out, and the winding is broken; if the resistance value is smaller than the normal value or is zero, judging that the motor winding of the compressor is in short circuit;
s2, detecting the current value of the motor winding when the internal compressor is running, or detecting the voltage value and obtaining the current value, if the current value of the motor winding is larger than the design reference value of the compressor, judging that impurities exist in the compressor, and causing the torque to be larger; if the current value of the motor winding is smaller than the design reference value of the compressor, judging that the compressor cylinder has leakage and can not normally compress the refrigerant;
and S3, detecting the current waveform and/or the voltage waveform of the motor winding when the internal compressor is operated, and judging that the air conditioner control circuit is abnormal if the current waveform and/or the voltage waveform are abnormal.

The fault detection tool and the fault detection method for the air-conditioning compressor integrate the basic fault detection functions of the resistance value measurement function, the current/voltage detection function and the current/voltage waveform detection function of the motor winding of the compressor, so that maintenance personnel can directly obtain the parameters of the compressor on line and judge the fault type more accurately.
