The first preset temperature may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the first preset temperature may be obtained through a lot of experiments by a manufacturer of the cooking appliance, and stored in the storage space of the cooking appliance before the cooking appliance leaves the factory.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the temperature inside the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the cooking appliance may be controlled to return to step S2 after stopping heating for one period. The time of one period may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the value range of the time of one period may be 10 to 20 s. In addition, the time of the one period may be an optimal time obtained by a manufacturer of the cooking appliance through a lot of experiments, for example, 16s, and may be stored in the storage space of the cooking appliance before the cooking appliance is shipped.
And S3, if the temperature in the cooking utensil is less than the first preset temperature, acquiring a temperature change difference value in the cooking utensil within preset time, and judging whether the temperature change difference value is greater than a preset temperature threshold value. The preset time and the preset temperature threshold can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the preset time and the preset temperature threshold can be obtained by a manufacturer of the cooking appliance through a large number of experiments, and the preset time and the preset temperature threshold are stored in a storage space of the cooking appliance before the cooking appliance leaves a factory.
And S4, if the temperature change difference is larger than the preset temperature threshold, judging whether the current power gear of the cooking appliance is the preset lowest power gear. The preset lowest power gear can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the preset lowest power gear can be a default lowest power gear of the cooking appliance, and can also be a lowest power gear preset by a user through a human-computer interaction interface of the cooking appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the current power gear of the cooking appliance may be a gear actively set by a user through a human-computer interface of the cooking appliance, or may be a power gear defaulted in a frying mode when the user selects the frying mode to work through the human-computer interface of the cooking appliance.
