8. The method of purifying air of claim 1, wherein the partition wall system further comprises a formaldehyde content monitoring device configured to test a formaldehyde content in the partition wall system in real time and issue an alarm when the measured formaldehyde content exceeds a set value.

The method of purifying air of claim 2, wherein the formaldehyde degrading material of the surface of the outer gypsum panel is an ultraviolet light formaldehyde degrading material, the partition wall system is integrally connected to furniture of a house, the furniture having no back and/or top wall, and is in fluid communication with the outer gypsum panel of the partition wall system through a one-way breathing membrane.
