本发明公开了一种阻燃剂及其制备方法,所述的阻燃剂主要由铝土矿尾矿、炭黑、蒙脱土、硼酸锌、环己醇六磷酸酯、石蜡、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇制成。制成的阻燃剂整体性能好,阻燃效果好,无融滴落物产生,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃剂及其制备方法,特别是一种性能好的阻燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代化科学技术和纺织业的发展,纺织品的种类越来越多,在人类日常生活中的应用也越来越广泛,但是纺织品一般都是易燃或可燃材料,很多火灾都是由纺织品快速引燃引起或者扩大的。举统计,纺织品引发的火灾数量和死亡率都比其他原因引起的火灾数量和死亡率要高,世界上约20%的火灾都是由纺织品燃烧引起的。因此纺织品的阻燃问题已成为当下世界广为关注的焦点。
为了降低纺织品的易燃性能,世界各国纷纷对纺织品的阻燃性能进行了大量的研究,阻燃剂的研究及使用有效地降低了火灾的隐患。目前,比较普遍的阻燃剂有卤系阻燃剂和磷系阻燃剂,但是卤系阻燃剂因为在燃烧过程中产生有毒物质从而使应用受到很大的限制,因此磷系阻燃剂是比较安全环保的阻燃材料。一般磷系阻燃剂为单一的磷系化合物,在阻燃效果、融滴问题上存在一定的不足。
因此,现有阻燃剂存在性能差,阻燃效果不好的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种阻燃剂及其制备方法。所述的阻燃剂整体性能好,阻燃效果好,无融滴落物产生,安全环保。
本发明的技术方案:一种阻燃剂,按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿20-30份、炭黑10-20份、蒙脱土5-15份、硼酸锌5-15份、环己醇六磷酸酯8-16份、石蜡5-15份、聚磷酸铵1-10份和季戊四醇1-10份制成。
前述的阻燃剂中,按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿22-28份、炭黑12-18份、蒙脱土7-13份、硼酸锌7-13份、环己醇六磷酸酯10-14份、石蜡7-13份、聚磷酸铵3-7份和季戊四醇3-7份制成。
前述的阻燃剂中,按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿25份、炭黑15份、蒙脱土10份、硼酸锌10份、环己醇六磷酸酯12份、石蜡10份、聚磷酸铵5份和季戊四醇5份制成。
一种前述的阻燃剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;
(2)将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理2-4h;
(3)超声处理后的混合物中加入剩余的原料,混合均匀,即得。
前述的阻燃剂的制备方法中,所述的步骤(2);是将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理3h。
前述的阻燃剂的制备方法中,超声处理时,超声频率为15-25kHz,超声波功率为350-450W。
前述的阻燃剂的制备方法中,超声处理时,超声频率为20kHz,超声波功率为400W。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用铝土矿尾矿、炭黑、蒙脱土、硼酸锌、环己醇六磷酸酯、石蜡、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇制成阻燃剂,制成的阻燃剂整体性能好,阻燃效果好,无融滴落物产生,安全环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1。
配方:铝土矿尾矿25kg、炭黑15kg、蒙脱土10kg、硼酸锌10kg、环己醇六磷酸酯12kg、石蜡10kg、聚磷酸铵5kg和季戊四醇5kg。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;
(2)将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理3h;超声处理时,超声频率为20kHz,超声波功率为400W;
(3)超声处理后的混合物中加入剩余的原料,混合均匀,即得。
实施例2.
配方:铝土矿尾矿28kg、炭黑18kg、蒙脱土13kg、硼酸锌13kg、环己醇六磷酸酯14kg、石蜡13kg、聚磷酸铵7kg和季戊四醇7kg。
制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;
(2)将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理4h;超声频率为25kHz,超声波功率为450W;
(3)超声处理后的混合物中加入剩余的原料,混合均匀,即得。
实施例3.
配方:铝土矿尾矿22kg、炭黑12kg、蒙脱土7kg、硼酸锌7kg、环己醇六磷酸酯10kg、石蜡7kg、聚磷酸铵3kg和季戊四醇3kg。
制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;

(3)超声处理后的混合物中加入剩余的原料,混合均匀,即得。

制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;
(2)将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理4h;超声频率为25kHz,超声波功率为450W;

1.一种阻燃剂,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿20-30份、炭黑10-20份、蒙脱土5-15份、硼酸锌5-15份、环己醇六磷酸酯8-16份、石蜡5-15份、聚磷酸铵1-10份和季戊四醇1-10份制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿22-28份、炭黑12-18份、蒙脱土7-13份、硼酸锌7-13份、环己醇六磷酸酯10-14份、石蜡7-13份、聚磷酸铵3-7份和季戊四醇3-7份制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的阻燃剂,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由铝土矿尾矿25份、炭黑15份、蒙脱土10份、硼酸锌10份、环己醇六磷酸酯12份、石蜡10份、聚磷酸铵5份和季戊四醇5份制成。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土用球磨法研磨至粒径为20-50nm,得纳米蒙脱土;
(2)将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理2-4h;
(3)超声处理后的混合物中加入剩余的原料,混合均匀,即得。
5.如权利要求4所述的阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2);是将炭黑、硼酸锌、纳米蒙脱土、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇加入环己醇六磷酸酯中,在30-40℃下超声处理3h。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:超声处理时,超声频率为15-25kHz,超声波功率为350-450W。
7.如权利要求6所述的阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:超声处理时,超声频率为20kHz,超声波功率为400W。
