本发明公开了一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂及其制备方法。本发明的一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:磷酸15%~25%、双氰胺12%~20%、磷酸二氢铵25%~40%、硼酸锌5%~15%、氧化锑5%~15%、钼酸铵3%~6%、烷基磺酸钠0.5%~3%、季戊四醇0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明含有大量的氮、磷、硼的阻燃成分,阻燃效果好,而且具有无卤、环保、无刺激性、无腐蚀性等优点,本发明原位反应制得的脒基脲磷酸盐具有良好的阻燃、抑烟性能,加入硼酸锌有利于进一步阻燃、抑烟;本发明提供的制备方法简单,使用方便,对木材进行阻燃处理的效果好,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材阻燃剂技术领域,具体地说是一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
木材在建筑、交通运输、家具及室内装修等领域有广泛应用,但其可燃性易带来火灾隐患,造成人员伤亡及财产损失,采用合适的阻燃剂处理对进一步拓宽木材使用范围、维护人民财产安全、保证国民经济稳定增长具有重要的意义。现有的阻燃剂,一般仅单一提高渗有阻燃剂表层的燃点,但不能阻止木材在持续高温作用下的燃烧,而且在燃烧后将会产生大量高温烟气。实际证明,火灾中的伤亡人员,大部分是由烟气灼伤系统或使人窒息造成的。因此,研究一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂,是非常必要的,这也是木材阻燃剂的一个新的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本、无卤、无毒、低烟的高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:磷酸15%~25%、双氰胺12%~20%、磷酸二氢铵25%~40%、硼酸锌5%~15%、氧化锑5%~15%、钼酸铵3%~6%、烷基磺酸钠0.5%~3%、季戊四醇0.1%~1%。
所述磷酸的质量浓度为80%~90%。
本发明的一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将双氰胺加水配制成质量浓度为20%~40%水溶液,在70℃~90℃和搅拌条件下缓慢加入磷酸,经恒温反应0.5~2小时得到脒基脲磷酸盐GUP后,冷却至室温后再依次加入磷酸二氢铵、硼酸锌、氧化锑、钼酸铵、烷基磺酸钠、季戊四醇,经混合均匀,即得本发明。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明含有大量的氮、磷、硼的阻燃成分,阻燃效果好,而且具有无卤、环保、无刺激性、无腐蚀性等优点,本发明原位反应制得的脒基脲磷酸盐GUP具有良好的阻燃、抑烟性能,加入硼酸锌有利于进一步阻燃、抑烟;本发明提供的制备方法简单,使用方便,对木材进行阻燃处理的效果好,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂,其组分按质量百分数配比为:磷酸20%、双氰胺12%、磷酸二氢铵40%、硼酸锌10%、氧化锑10%、钼酸铵5%、烷基磺酸钠2%、季戊四醇1%。其中,所述磷酸的质量浓度为80%~90%。
其制备方法为:(1)、按质量百分数配比称取各组分;(2)、将双氰胺加水配制成质量浓度为20%~40%水溶液,在70℃~90℃和搅拌条件下缓慢加入磷酸,经恒温反应0.5~2小时得到脒基脲磷酸盐GUP后,冷却至室温后再依次加入磷酸二氢铵、硼酸锌、氧化锑、钼酸铵、烷基磺酸钠、季戊四醇,经混合均匀,即得本发明。

1.一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:磷酸15%~25%、双氰胺12%~20%、磷酸二氢铵25%~40%、硼酸锌5%~15%、氧化锑5%~15%、钼酸铵3%~6%、烷基磺酸钠0.5%~3%、季戊四醇0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保抑烟的木材阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将双氰胺加水配制成质量浓度为20%~40%水溶液,在70℃~90℃和搅拌条件下缓慢加入磷酸,经恒温反应0.5~2小时得到脒基脲磷酸盐GUP后,冷却至室温后再依次加入磷酸二氢铵、硼酸锌、氧化锑、钼酸铵、烷基磺酸钠、季戊四醇,经混合均匀,即得本发明。
