As shown in fig. 10, furthermore, a positioning slot 167 is further disposed on the drying duct 160, and the second sealing strip is located in the positioning slot 167, so that the second sealing strip is better sleeved on the drying duct, and when the drying duct is firmly connected to the cover body, the second sealing strip elastically abuts against the positioning slot and the inner wall of the cover body, thereby further improving the sealing performance of the connection between the drying duct and the cover body.
As shown in fig. 4, a mounting boss 135 is formed on the peripheral wall of the cover 130, and a screw hole 136 is formed on the mounting boss, so that the drying duct can be better fixed to the cover by a fixing screw. In this embodiment, the number of the mounting bosses is two, and the mounting hole is located between the two mounting bosses. Specifically, in this embodiment, the screw hole is formed on the planar structure of the mounting boss 135, so that the fixing screw can be better inserted and positioned on the mounting boss. Furthermore, a positioning groove (not shown) is formed on the inner wall of the cover body on which the mounting boss is formed, so that the drying pipeline is tightly connected to the mounting boss, and the second sealing strip is tightly abutted to the cover body and the mounting boss, thereby further improving the sealing performance of the joint of the drying pipeline and the mounting boss.
It can be understood that, in other embodiments, the drying duct and the cover body can be detachably connected by a snap connection. Of course, the connection between the drying duct and the cover body may not be detachable, and the second sealing strip may be omitted. In order to firmly connect the drying pipeline with the cover body, in one embodiment, the drying pipeline is welded with the cover body, so that the drying pipeline is firmly connected with the cover body, and meanwhile, the tightness of the connection of the drying pipeline and the cover body is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in order to improve the convenience of the drum washing machine, in one embodiment, the cover 130 is detachably connected to the outer tub 110, so as to perform a cleaning or replacing operation on the cover, thereby improving the convenience of the drum washing machine. As shown in fig. 7, the drum washing machine 100 further includes a locking screw 190, the cover 130 is provided with a first threaded hole 135, the outer drum 110 is provided with a second threaded hole 113, and the locking screw is respectively inserted into the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole to fasten the cover and the outer drum.
In other embodiments, the cover and the outer cylinder are not limited to be connected by locking screw fixation. In one embodiment, the cover body and the outer barrel can be connected through a buckle. Specifically, the cover body is provided with a plug buckle, the outer barrel is provided with a plug groove, and the plug buckle is clamped in the plug groove, so that the cover body is reliably connected with the outer barrel.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to make the sealing rings abut against the cover and the outer tub better, in one embodiment, the drum washing machine 100 further includes a sealing ring 210, which is located between the cover 130 and the outer tub 110 and abuts against the cover and the outer tub respectively, so as to increase the sealing performance at the joint of the outer tub and the cover. In this embodiment, the sealing ring is annular, and the cross section of the sealing ring is circular, so that the sealing ring can be respectively and well abutted against the cover body and the outer cylinder.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to better position and mount the sealing ring on the outer cylinder, in one embodiment, an annular groove 114 is formed on the periphery of the outer cylinder 110 adjacent to the cover 130, and the sealing ring 210 is located in the annular groove and abuts against the outer cylinder, so that the sealing ring is better positioned and mounted on the outer cylinder without displacement of the sealing ring. Furthermore, the cover 130 is provided with a protrusion 131, which abuts against the sealing ring 210 to make the sealing ring extruded and deformed by the protrusion, so that the sealing ring elastically abuts against the protrusion and the outer cylinder, and the sealing ring better abuts against the protrusion and the outer cylinder.
The drum washing machine has the following innovation points:
1) a door seal is cancelled, a cover body is added, and the cover body is connected with the outer barrel through a locking screw; adding a first sealing strip to ensure the sealing effect of the connection between the cover body and the machine door; a drying air outlet is added on the cover body to realize the function of guiding hot air to enter the cylinder to dry clothes.
2) When the outer cylinder and the cover body are rigidly connected by using a screw, the sealing ring is added to ensure the sealing performance of the connection between the outer cylinder and the cover body. A first sealing strip is added on the machine door, and after the machine door is closed, the machine door is compressed and sealed with the cover body under the action of the door lock; a drying air outlet is added on the cover body to realize the function of guiding hot air to enter the cylinder for drying clothes, and simultaneously realize the drying function under the condition without a door seal; and a second sealing strip is newly added and is locked by using a screw to compress the sealing strip and the cover body, so that good drying air tightness is ensured.
3) The mode that the machine door is installed on the front door plate is cancelled, and the machine door and the cover body are assembled together, namely the machine door is assembled on the barrel assembly. When the machine has larger vibration in the running process, the machine door and the barrel assembly vibrate together, and meanwhile, a sufficient space is reserved between the machine door and the front door plate, so that the phenomenon that the vibration is transmitted to the front door plate through the machine door or the machine door collides with the front door plate to interfere is avoided. The sealing ring and the first sealing strip are newly added, so that the drum washing machine is ensured to have good sealing performance in the operation process, and the phenomena of water leakage and the like are prevented. The drying pipeline is connected on the cover body in a penetrating mode to achieve the drying function under the door-free sealing strip piece, meanwhile, the second sealing strip is used for guaranteeing the air tightness in the drying process, and the phenomena of hot air escape and the like are prevented.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A drum washing machine characterized by comprising:
the outer cylinder is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening which are communicated;
the inner cylinder is positioned in the accommodating cavity and is coaxial with the outer cylinder;
the cover body is connected with the outer barrel so as to plug the opening on the outer barrel, a mounting hole and a through hole communicated with the opening are formed in the cover body, and the mounting hole is communicated with the through hole;
the machine door is rotationally connected to the cover body and is arranged on the cover body in a covering manner so as to seal the through hole; and
the drying pipeline is arranged in the outer barrel, penetrates through the mounting hole and is connected with the cover body, and the end part of the drying pipeline, which is positioned in the cover body, faces the accommodating cavity;
the stoving pipeline includes first pipeline and second pipeline, just first pipeline with the second pipeline all is the form of buckling, first pipeline is located the urceolus outside, just first pipeline one end is connected with stoving mechanism, the other end of first pipeline with the connection can be dismantled to the second pipeline, the second pipeline wears to locate in the mounting hole and with the lid is connected.
2. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a first sealing strip, wherein the first sealing strip is arranged on the door and abuts against the cover.
3. A drum washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first sealing strip abuts against a side of the cover facing away from the tub.
4. A drum washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the cover is provided with a stop flange on the side facing away from the tub, the first sealing strip abutting against the stop flange.
5. A drum washing machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the first sealing strip comprises a sealing strip body and a fixing part formed by extending the sealing strip body to the machine door; the machine door is provided with a clamping groove, the fixing part is located in the clamping groove and connected with the machine door, and the sealing strip main body is abutted to the stop flange.
6. A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by further comprising a second sealing strip, wherein the second sealing strip is sleeved on the drying duct and abuts against the cover body; the cover body is detachably connected with the drying pipeline.
7. A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the cover is detachably connected with the outer drum.
8. A drum washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the drum washing machine further comprises a locking screw, a first threaded hole is formed on the cover body, a second threaded hole is formed on the outer drum, and the locking screw is respectively inserted into the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole.
9. A drum washing machine according to claim 8, characterized by further comprising sealing rings located between the cover and the outer tub and abutting against the cover and the outer tub, respectively.
10. A drum washing machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the outer drum has an annular groove cut in its periphery adjacent to the cover, and the sealing ring is located in the annular groove and abuts against the outer drum.
