The sealing ring 4 can be matched with the shapes of the opening and the door, so that the sealing ring 4 can seal the gap between the opening and the door and prevent the content in the inner cylinder from flowing out of the gap between the opening and the door.
Because the dock seal 3 is made of elastic materials and has large dead weight, under the condition of fewer supporting points, the dock seal 3 is easy to bend and deform under the action of self gravity, and tension is generated at two ends of the dock seal 3, and the tension can influence the connection effect between the second end 22 of the dock seal 3 and the front plate 2. In order to enable the door seal 3 to be more stably installed in the laundry treating apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing ring 4 may be provided with a fixing portion 40, and the fixing portion 40 may fixedly connect the sealing ring 4 to the front plate 2. The sealing ring 4 is fixedly connected to the front plate 2 through the fixing portion 40, so that the connection effect between the second end 22 of the door seal 3 and the front plate 2 is firmer and more stable, the influence of the dead weight of the door seal 3 on the connection effect of the door seal 3 is weakened, and the door seal 3 can be more stably arranged in the clothes treatment device.
In some embodiments, since the dead weight of the dock seal 3 is large and the seal ring 4 is exposed to the front plate, the size of the fixing portion 40 that can be provided is limited for the size design of the whole laundry treating apparatus, and thus the fixing strength of the fixing portion 40 is limited. The door seal 3 can obtain a sufficient fixing effect, and the number of the fixing portions 40 can be plural, and as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the fixing portions 40 can be 4.
However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the fixing portions 40 may be provided in other numbers, and the specific number may be determined according to the fixing strength of the fixing portions 40 and the fixing requirement of the dock seal 3.
In some embodiments, the securing portion 40 may be a clasp. When the second portion 20 needs to be detached, the fastening structure can be used for simply detaching the sealing ring 4, and when the second portion 20 needs to be installed, the fastening structure can be used for simply installing and connecting the sealing ring 4. And the snap-on construction can be well adapted to the dock seal 3 as an elastic material.
In some embodiments, the fixing portion 40 may be an interference connection, and the front plate 2 is provided with an interference connection hole corresponding to the fixing portion 40. When the second portion 20 needs to be disassembled, the sealing ring 4 can be disassembled and separated by pulling out the interference connecting piece from the interference connecting hole, and when the second portion 20 needs to be installed, the sealing ring 4 can be installed and connected by inserting the interference connecting piece into the interference connecting hole.
In some embodiments, the fixing portions 40 may be uniformly disposed around the sealing ring 4, and as illustrated in fig. 3, for example, the fixing portions 40 may be 4, the sealing ring 4 may be circular, and the 4 fixing portions 40 may be disposed on the sealing ring 4 at quarter-circle intervals. Can make fixed portion 40 even to the fixed effect of sealing ring 4 even through locating sealing ring 4 with fixed portion 40, sealing ring 4 atress is uneven, takes place permanent deformation under the effect of self gravity, and then leads to taking place irreversible deformation, leads to sealing ring 4 damage.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the door seal 3 of the clothes treatment device is configured into the first part 10 and the second part 20 which are detachably connected, and only the second part 20 can be replaced when the clothes treatment device is replaced and maintained, so that after the second part 20 is mildewed or severely worn, the door seal 3 can be repaired through simple replacement of the second part 20, and the service life of the washing machine is prolonged.
