Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,由8~10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、8~10质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、1~3质量份数的柠檬酸、1~2质量份数的酒石酸、6~8质量份数的三乙醇胺、4~8质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8~10质量份数的三氯乙烯和25~27质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成,本发明的清洗液能显著降低水的表面张力,使皮纹纸图书书皮的表面容易润湿,能有效的改变油污和书皮之间的界面状况,使油污乳化、分散、卷离、增溶,使用安全可靠,除此之外,本发明的清洗液无异味,健康环保,清洗后不影响图书馆日常运营。

技术领域
本发明属于图书保养维护技术领域,具体来说涉及一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液。
背景技术
图书馆,是搜集、整理、收藏图书资料以供人阅览、参考的机构,随着图书使用的次数增多,表面污染比较严重,书表面清洗成为图书馆的重要工作之一。专利公开号为CN105733830A的发明专利公开了一种清洗液,但是该种清洗液在清洗后有异味,清洗后不利于图书馆日常运营。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,由8~10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、8~10质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、1~3质量份数的柠檬酸、1~2质量份数的酒石酸、6~8质量份数的三乙醇胺、4~8质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8~10质量份数的三氯乙烯和25~27质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
在上述技术方案中,所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇醚硫酸钠。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述清洗液由9质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、9质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、2质量份数的柠檬酸、1.5质量份数的酒石酸、7质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述清洗液由10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、8质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、3质量份数的柠檬酸、1质量份数的酒石酸、8质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
上述清洗液的使用方法,按照下述步骤进行:
1)用去离子水对所述清洗液进行稀释,得到稀释清洗液,其中,所述去离子水与所述清洗液质量份数的比为(2~2.5):1;
2)用步骤1)所得稀释清洗液将棉布润湿,用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮;
3)用吹风机对皮纹纸图书书皮的表面干燥2~5分钟,其中,吹风机吹出风的温度为20~25℃。
在上述技术方案,在所述步骤2)中,当所述皮纹纸图书书皮的表面有污渍时,用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮并使该棉布停留20~30s。
相比于现有技术,本发明的清洗液能显著降低水的表面张力,使皮纹纸图书书皮的表面容易润湿,能有效的改变油污和书皮之间的界面状况,使油污乳化、分散、卷离、增溶,使用安全可靠,除此之外,本发明的清洗液无异味,健康环保,清洗后不影响图书馆日常运营。
具体实施方式
在本发明的技术实施方式中,药品购买源如下:
月桂醇醚硫酸钠购买自杭州硕博化工有限公司;
磷酸二氢钾购买自中华试剂网,纯度:99.95%;
柠檬酸购买自中华试剂网,纯度:AR;
酒石酸购买自中华试剂网,在本发明的具体实施方式中采用L-酒石酸,CAS号:87-69-4。
三乙醇胺购买自中华试剂网,纯度:AR;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠购买自中华试剂网,纯度:AR,90%;
三氯乙烯购买自中华试剂网,纯度:AR,99%;
乙醇为无水乙醇(95%)购买自中华试剂网。
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,由8质量份数的月桂醇醚硫酸钠、10质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、2质量份数的柠檬酸、2质量份数的酒石酸、8质量份数的三乙醇胺、8质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、10质量份数的三氯乙烯和25质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
实施例2
一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,清洗液由9质量份数的月桂醇醚硫酸钠、9质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、2质量份数的柠檬酸、1.5质量份数的酒石酸、7质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
实施例3
一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,清洗液由10质量份数的月桂醇醚硫酸钠、8质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、3质量份数的柠檬酸、1质量份数的酒石酸、8质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
上述实施例1~3清洗液的使用方法,按照下述步骤进行:
1)用去离子水对清洗液进行稀释,得到稀释清洗液,其中,去离子水与清洗液质量份数的比为2:1;
2)用步骤1)所得稀释清洗液将棉布进行润湿(具体操作为:将棉布浸在稀释清洗液中并手工拧干),用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮;其中,当皮纹纸图书书皮的表面有污渍时,用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮并使该棉布停留20~30s。
3)用吹风机对皮纹纸图书书皮的表面干燥2~5分钟,其中,吹风机吹出风的温度为20~25℃。
上述实施例1~3通过上述使用方法均能够清除皮纹纸图书书皮上的污渍,且清洗液无异味,健康环保,清洗后不影响图书馆日常运营。

1.一种用于皮纹纸图书书皮的清洗液,其特征在于,由8~10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、8~10质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、1~3质量份数的柠檬酸、1~2质量份数的酒石酸、6~8质量份数的三乙醇胺、4~8质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8~10质量份数的三氯乙烯和25~27质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇醚硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洗液,其特征在于,所述清洗液由9质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、9质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、2质量份数的柠檬酸、1.5质量份数的酒石酸、7质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的清洗液,其特征在于,所述清洗液由10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂、8质量份数的磷酸二氢钾、3质量份数的柠檬酸、1质量份数的酒石酸、8质量份数的三乙醇胺、6质量份数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、9质量份数的三氯乙烯和26质量份数的乙醇均匀混合而成。
5.如权利要求1~4中任意一项所述清洗液的使用方法,其特征在于,按照下述步骤进行:
1)用去离子水对所述清洗液进行稀释,得到稀释清洗液,其中,所述去离子水与所述清洗液质量份数的比为(2~2.5):1;
2)用步骤1)所得稀释清洗液将棉布润湿,用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮;
3)用吹风机对皮纹纸图书书皮的表面干燥2~5分钟,其中,吹风机吹出风的温度为20~25℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的使用方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤2)中,当所述皮纹纸图书书皮的表面有污渍时,用棉布从垂直于皮纹纸图书书皮的方向按压该皮纹纸图书书皮并使该棉布停留20~30s。
