本发明涉及一种脱模剂的技术领域,尤其涉及一种混凝土脱模剂。
背景技术
针对市场上混凝土制品及施工行业模板存放易生锈、混凝土表面有气泡、混凝土表面易污染、脱模清模困难等问题,人们研制出脱模剂,传统混凝土脱模剂废机油和废柴油类、乳化机油类、改性树脂类和皂化油脚类、废机油和废柴油含杂质、水分较多,并且脱模后的混凝土表面受废油污染,不环保且不美观。同时在模板上难以去除,而且对模板养护不力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上现有述现有技术的缺点,提供一种混凝土脱模剂,该混凝土脱模剂具有无毒无味,脱模效果好,同时具有很好的防水、防锈效果,成本低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种混凝土脱模剂,由以下份数的原料组分组成:10-12份乙基纤维素、8-10份羧甲基纤维素、10-12份二乙醇胺、35-40份聚丙烯酰胺、25-30份聚酰胺树脂、30-35份石油树脂、40-45份乙烯基树脂、12-15份沥青、6-8份石脑油、3-6份铝酸钠、3-6份二氧化钛、3-6份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、5-7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-8份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8-10份氯化钾、6-8份氯化钡。
