Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An error reporting system of a split cooking appliance, and an error reporting method of a split cooking appliance according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the split cooking appliance may include a base 10 and an appliance body 20, the appliance body 20 being adapted to rest on the base 10 and be separable from the base 10. Further, the base 10 is a heating platform, and the utensil body 20 can be a rice cooker body, a pressure cooker body, a pot body, an electric steamer body, etc.
In particular, fig. 1 is a block schematic diagram of a split cooking appliance according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the split cooking appliance may include a base 10, an appliance body 20, a heating device 30, and a control device 40. As shown in fig. 2, the appliance body 20 is adapted to rest on the base 10 and be detachable with respect to the base 10. The heating device 30 includes an energy output portion 31 and an energy receiving portion 32, the energy output portion 31 is disposed on the base 10, the energy receiving portion 32 is disposed on the appliance body 20, and the heating device 30 heats the appliance body 20 by energy transmission between the energy output portion 31 and the energy receiving portion 32. The control device 40 is disposed on the base 10, the control device 40 is connected to the energy output portion 31, and the control device 40 controls the energy transmission manner between the energy output portion 31 and the energy receiving portion 32, so that the heating device 30 heats the appliance body 20 in a planar heating manner or a three-dimensional heating manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the base 10 of the two-piece cooking appliance can be adapted to respectively rest a plurality of different types of appliance bodies 20, and different cooking appliances can be assembled by the same base 10 working together with different types of appliance bodies 20. For example, the pressure cooker body and the base 10 can form a split type electric pressure cooker; the rice cooker body and the base 10 can form a split type electric cooker and the like. Thus, a plurality of different cooking functions can be realized by using one base, thereby reducing the occupation of the kitchen space.
It should be understood that the planar heating manner and the three-dimensional heating manner can be respectively applied to different types of appliance bodies 20, for example, for a pressure cooker body, a juicer body, etc., the planar heating manner can satisfy the heating requirement thereof, and thus can be applied to the planar heating manner; the rice cooker body has high requirement on heating uniformity, so the rice cooker body is suitable for a three-dimensional heating mode. In addition, the planar heating manner and the three-dimensional heating manner can be respectively suitable for different cooking functions of the same type of the appliance body 20, for example, for the porridge cooking function of the electric cooker body, the planar heating manner can meet the heating requirement, so the porridge cooking function can be suitable for the planar heating manner; the rice cooking function of the rice cooker body has higher requirement on the uniformity of heating, so the rice cooking function is suitable for a three-dimensional heating mode.
For example, when the utensil body 20 is a pot body or a pressure cooker body, etc., the split cooking utensil formed by the utensil body 20 and the base 10 can realize a planar heating mode through electromagnetic coupling heating. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the energy output portion 31 may include a transmitting coil 311, the transmitting coil 311 may be disposed in the coil disk 11 on the base 10, and the energy receiving portion 32 may include a receiving coil 321, when the fixture body 20 is placed on the coil disk 11 of the base 10, the transmitting coil 311 and the receiving coil 321 are electromagnetically coupled to enable energy transmission between the energy output portion 31 and the energy receiving portion 32, so as to achieve planar heating of the fixture body 20. Wherein, the control device 40 can adjust the current of the transmitting coil 311 according to a preset heating control strategy to realize the start heating, stop heating and adjustment of the heating power of the appliance body.
For another example, when the appliance body 20 is an electric cooker body, etc., the split cooking appliance formed by the appliance body 20 and the base 10 may be heated by a heating wire to realize three-dimensional heating, or heated by a combination of heating wire heating and electromagnetic coupling heating to realize three-dimensional heating. The method for supplying power to the heating wire may include, but is not limited to, electromagnetic coupling power supply and other wireless power supply methods.
Specifically, when the heating wire is powered by an electromagnetic coupling power supply method, as shown in fig. 5, the energy receiving unit 32 may further include a rectifying and filtering unit 322 connected between the receiving coil 321 and the heating wire 323, and the electric energy coupled to the receiving coil 321 is rectified and filtered by the rectifying and filtering unit 322 and then supplied to the heating wire 323, so that the heating wire 323 heats the appliance body 20. As shown in fig. 6, the heating wire 323 can be disposed at the bottom, top or side of the appliance body 20 to realize three-dimensional heating of the appliance body 20 in a combined heating manner, so as to improve the rationality and uniformity of heating of the appliance body.
When the power supply mode of the heating wire is a wireless power supply mode, as shown in fig. 7, the energy output unit 31 may further include a wireless power supply transmitting unit 312, and the energy receiving unit 32 may further include a wireless power supply receiving unit 324 connected to the heating wire 323, in this case, as shown in fig. 8, the heating wire 323 may be disposed at the top and/or the side of the appliance body 20, and the heating device 30 heats the bottom of the appliance body 20 through electromagnetic coupling between the receiving coil 321 and the transmitting coil 311, and heats the top and/or the side of the appliance body 20 through the heating wire 323, so as to realize three-dimensional heating of the appliance body 20.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are only some specific examples of the present invention, and heating the appliance body may also be achieved in other ways in the embodiments of the present invention, which are not described herein in detail.
Fig. 9 is a block schematic diagram of an error reporting system of a split cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the error reporting system of the split cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: the device comprises an identification unit 50, a first communication unit 60, a second communication unit 70, an error reporting unit 80 and a control unit 90.
Wherein, the recognition unit 50, the first communication unit 60 and the control unit 90 are disposed on the base 10, further, the control unit 90 can be integrally disposed in the above-mentioned control device 40, the second communication unit 70 and the error reporting unit 80 are disposed on the appliance body 20, and the error reporting unit 80 is connected to the second communication unit 70. The identification unit 50 is used for identifying whether the appliance body 20 is connected with the base 10, the second communication unit 70 is used for communicating with the first communication unit 60 to establish communication connection between the base 10 and the appliance body 20, the control unit 90 is respectively connected with the identification unit 50 and the first communication unit 60, and the control unit 90 is used for sending error information of the base 10 to the error reporting unit 80 through the communication connection between the base 10 and the appliance body 20 when the identification unit 50 identifies that the appliance body 20 is connected with the base 10 to prompt error reporting through the error reporting unit 80.
In particular, in designing a cooking appliance, in addition to considering normal use functions of the cooking appliance, attention is increasingly paid to fault diagnosis and protection of the cooking appliance, and a corresponding detection unit and a protection unit are added for a possible fault. For example, when heating is performed through a resonant circuit formed by a heating coil disc, a resonant capacitor and a resonant switch tube, overvoltage protection is performed on the resonant switch tube, and when the resonant switch tube is damaged due to overhigh voltage, a corresponding fault code is generated; as another example, for a cooking appliance, a temperature detection unit (e.g., a temperature sensor) is important, and when the temperature detection unit has a short circuit or open circuit fault, a corresponding fault code is generated. That is, when a problem occurs in the cooking appliance, the cooking appliance is distinguishable in most cases, and the problem is displayed by a different trouble code, so that the user confirms the problem and the maintenance is facilitated for a maintenance person.
When the problem is displayed according to the fault code, for the traditional single-system cooking appliance (such as a common electromagnetic oven, an electric cooker and the like), the fault is reported directly by a mode of adding a buzzer on an operation panel, and no other choice exists, and for the split cooking appliance, because at least one operation panel exists on the appliance body 20 and the base 10, and the appliance body 20 and the base 10 are possible to have errors, the problem that which one is used for reporting the fault at all exists after the fault occurs, and if the fault is not reasonable, the problem of disordered fault reporting is easy to occur, such as the problems of more fault reporting and less fault reporting. Therefore, in the present invention, whether the device body 20 is wrong or the base 10 is wrong, the device body 20 reports the mistake.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, a first communication unit 60 may be provided in the base 10 and a second communication unit 70 may be provided in the appliance body 20, so that when the recognition unit 50 recognizes that the appliance body 20 is placed on the base 10 during use of the split cooking appliance, the first communication unit 60 and the second communication unit 70 start to establish a communication connection therebetween. Wherein, the identification unit 50 may be a weighing device, which is used to weigh to determine whether the appliance body 20 is placed on the base 10, or the identification unit 50 is composed of two mutually matched components, one of which is disposed on the appliance body 20 and the other is disposed on the base 10, and when the two components are combined, the appliance body 20 is determined to be placed on the base 10, for example, the identification unit 50 may be two mutually matched buckles or the like. When the identification unit 50 identifies that the utensil body 20 is placed on the base 10, the first communication unit 60 and the second communication unit 70 can establish a communication connection in an existing manner, and details thereof are not described here.
After the first communication unit 60 establishes communication connection with the second communication unit 70, if the base 10 has an error, the control unit 90 in the base 10 transmits error information (such as an error code) to the first communication unit 60 to send the error information to the second communication unit 70 through the first communication unit 60 in a wireless manner, the second communication unit 70 receives the error information and then transmits the error information to the error reporting unit 80, and the error reporting unit 80 performs error reporting, for example, the error reporting unit 80 performs error reporting through sound and light. Since the device body 20 is placed above the base 10, the error is reported through the device body 20, which is more convenient for the user to use.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the error information occurs in the appliance body 20, the error reporting unit 80 directly performs error reporting according to the error information occurring in the appliance body 20. That is, when an error occurs in the tool body 20, the tool body 20 directly gives an error report.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the error information may include an over-temperature error (e.g., the appliance body 20 is dried, the transmitting coil temperature is too high, the receiving coil temperature is too high, etc.), a communication abnormality error (e.g., the communication connection between the first communication unit 60 and the second communication unit 70 is disconnected or not successfully established), a temperature measurement thermistor open circuit error, a temperature measurement thermistor short circuit error, and the like.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 90 also turns off the error reporting function of the cradle 10 when the recognition unit 50 recognizes that the utensil body 20 is connected to the cradle 10. That is, the original error reporting system in the base 10 may not be removed, but the appliance body 20 is shielded when being connected to the base 10 to prevent the problem of repeated error reporting, and when the appliance body 20 is not connected to the base 10 (for example, the base 10 is powered on for a long time, and the appliance body 20 is not used), the original error reporting system in the base 10 may continue to report errors, thereby improving the flexibility of error reporting.
In summary, the error reporting system of the split cooking appliance in the embodiment of the invention can report errors through the appliance body regardless of errors occurring in the appliance body or the base, namely, report errors through a unified error reporting path, thereby realizing reasonable error reporting of the system, effectively preventing error reporting confusion such as repeated error reporting and error under reporting, and further providing convenience for users to use the appliance body for error reporting.
According to the error reporting system of the split cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the utensil body is connected with the base or not is identified through the identification unit arranged on the base, if so, the communication connection between the base and the utensil body is established through the first communication unit on the base and the second communication unit on the utensil body, and the error information generated by the base is sent to the error reporting unit on the utensil body through the communication connection, so that the error reporting unit on the utensil body is used for carrying out error reporting prompt, the reasonable error reporting of the split cooking utensil is realized, and the use by a user is facilitated.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a split cooking appliance, which comprises the error reporting system of the split cooking appliance.
According to the split cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the error reporting system, reasonable error reporting of the split cooking appliance can be realized, and the split cooking appliance is convenient for a user to use.
