1. A cooking utensil is characterized by comprising a panel (10) and a shell (20), wherein the panel (10) is arranged on the shell (20) in a covering mode and forms a cavity (201) with the shell (20), an indicating piece (12) is arranged in the cavity (201) or on the panel (10), a controller (21), a power supply piece (22) and a temperature detection piece (23) are arranged in the cavity (201), the power supply piece (22), the temperature detection piece (23) and the indicating piece (12) are all electrically connected with the controller (21), and the power supply piece (22) is configured to supply power to the indicating piece (12), the temperature detection piece (23) and the controller (21) after the cooking utensil is powered off;
the controller (21) is configured to control the indicator (12) to be in a light-on state when the temperature on the panel (10) is greater than or equal to a preset temperature, and to control the indicator (12) to be in a light-off state when the temperature on the panel (10) is less than the preset temperature.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a control board, the controller (21) being located on the control board, the control board being further provided with a control circuit, through which the controller (21) is electrically connected with the indicator (12);
the controller (21) is configured to control the control circuit to be on when the temperature on the panel (10) is greater than or equal to a preset temperature, and the controller (21) controls the control circuit to be off when the temperature on the panel (10) is less than the preset temperature.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, further comprising a heating element (30), the heating element (30) being located within the cavity (201);
the temperature detecting member (23) is disposed on the periphery of the heating member (30), with a gap between the temperature detecting member (23) and the heating member (30).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, further comprising a heat-conducting member (40), wherein the heat-conducting member (40) is arranged between the panel (10) and the heating element (30), and the heat-conducting member (40) is attached to a side of the panel (10) facing the cavity (201);
the center of the heating element (30) is provided with a projection point on the panel (10), the end part of the heat conducting element (40) is positioned at the projection point, the root part of the heat conducting element (40) is positioned at the periphery of the heating element (30), extends to the temperature detecting element (23), and is abutted or connected with the temperature measuring end of the temperature detecting element (23);
the connection end of the temperature detection member (23) is electrically connected to the controller (21).
5. Cooking appliance according to claim 4, characterized in that the power supply (22) is a battery or the power supply (22) is a capacitor.

The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the indicator (12) is provided in the cavity (201), the panel (10) comprises a heating portion (11), a projection of the heating element (30) on the panel (10) is located within the heating portion (11), and the indicator (12) is provided on an outer edge of the heating element (30).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the indicator (12) is plural, and the plural indicator (12) are provided at intervals circumferentially along an outer periphery of the heating member (30);
or, the indicating piece (12) is annular, and the indicating piece (12) is arranged on the outer edge of the heating piece (30) in a surrounding mode.
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the indicator (12) is disposed on the panel (10), a light guide hole (101) is formed on the panel (10), the indicator (12) is located in the light guide hole (101), and the light guide hole (101) is a through hole;
or, the light guide hole (101) is a filling hole, and the indicator (12) is filled in the filling hole.
9. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the indicator (12) is provided on the panel (10), a groove (102) is provided on the panel (10), the indicator (12) is embedded in the groove (102), or the indicator (12) is bonded in the groove (102).
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein the notch of the groove (102) faces the cavity (201), the panel (10) is a light-transmitting member, and the light-transmitting direction of the indicator (12) faces one side of the panel (10);
or the notch of the groove (102) faces away from the cavity (201), and the light transmission direction of the indicator (12) faces away from one side of the panel (10).
11. Cooking appliance according to claim 4, characterized in that the heat conducting member (40) is a metal member, a heat conducting silicone member or a heat conducting silicone member.
