Abstract
本申请实施例提供了一种寻呼方法及相关设备,包括:接入和移动性管理网元获取网络数据分析网元确定的终端的寻呼区域,所述寻呼区域小于所述终端的注册区域;所述接入和移动性管理网元接收会话管理网元发送的下行数据通知,所述下行数据通知用于通知有下行数据待发往所述终端;所述接入和移动性管理网元在所述寻呼区域中向处于空闲态的所述终端发送寻呼消息。采用本申请实施例,减小了寻呼范围,进而减少信令开销以及空口资源的占用。
