the image acquisition module 41 is configured to acquire image information;
the identification module 42 is configured to identify whether the image information includes the specific information; the specific information at least comprises information which can be used for indicating a specific event or a specific person;
the obtaining module 43 is configured to obtain, if the image information includes the specific information, position information of a position where the vehicle is located at the time of acquiring the image information;
the first sending module 44 is configured to report the image information and the location information that include the specific information to the server.
Optionally, the obtaining module 43 is further configured to obtain time information of the image information at the acquisition time if the image information includes the specific information;
the first sending module 44 is further configured to report the time information to the server.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a first receiving module, configured to receive a task request issued by a server;
the identifying module 42 is further configured to identify whether the image information includes the specific information based on the specific information carried in the task request.
Optionally, when the specific information is information of a specific person, the information of the specific person includes first face image information of at least one specific person;
the identification module is further used for detecting whether second face image information exists in the image information; if second face image information exists, extracting the second face image information from the image information; comparing the first face image information with the second face image information; determining the similarity value of the first face image information and the second face image information according to the comparison result; if the similarity value is larger than or equal to a threshold value, determining that the image information contains the specific information; and/or determining that the specific information is not contained in the image information if the similarity value is smaller than a threshold value.
Optionally, when the specific information is information of a specific event, the information of the specific event includes feature information that can indicate the scene; the identification module 42 is further configured to determine whether the image information includes the feature information of the scene according to analysis processing of the image information, and if so, determine that the image information includes the specific information; and/or if not, determining that the specific information is not contained in the image information.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a detection module for detecting whether the vehicle is within a specified first area; the first area range refers to a monitoring area range which is planned in advance and is performing monitoring; if so, not identifying whether the image information contains the specific information or not, or not reporting the image information containing the characteristic information and the position information to the server.
Further, in order to implement the method according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an image information processing apparatus, which is used for implementing the specific details of the application of the image information processing method to the server, so as to achieve the same effect.
The image information processing apparatus includes: the second receiving module is used for receiving the position information of the position of the vehicle at the acquisition moment of the image information and the image information containing the specific information, which are acquired by the vehicle through identifying that the acquired image information contains the specific information; the specific information includes at least information that can be used to indicate a specific event or a specific character.
Optionally, the second receiving module is further configured to receive time information of the returned image information at the acquisition time based on that the image information includes the specific information.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a second sending module, configured to issue a task request to the vehicle, where the task request carries the specific information.
Optionally, the second sending module is further configured to issue a task request to the vehicles within the specified second area range; the second area range refers to an area range which is set in a suspected area where the specific event occurs or a specific person appears.
The image information processing apparatus provided in the above embodiment is exemplified by the division of each program module when performing image information processing, and in practical applications, the above processing may be distributed to different program modules according to needs, that is, the content structure of the apparatus may be divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the above-described processing. the vehicle collects image information; identifying whether the specific information is included in the image information; the specific information at least comprises information which can be used for indicating a specific event or a specific person; if the image information contains the specific information, acquiring the position information of the position of the vehicle when the image information is acquired; and reporting the image information containing the specific information and the position information to the server.
Further, the vehicle judges that if the image information contains the specific information, the time information of the image information at the acquisition time is acquired, and the time information is reported to a server.
The server receives the image information, the position information of the position of the vehicle when the image information is at the acquisition time, and the time information of the image information at the acquisition time.
Further, the server may issue a task request to the vehicle;
the vehicle may receive a task request sent by a server.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, which includes a memory 52, a processor 51, and computer instructions stored on the memory 52 and executable on the processor 51; the processor 51, when executing the instructions, implements the steps of an image information processing method applied in the vehicle or server.
In some embodiments, memory 52 in embodiments of the present invention may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static random access memory (Static RAM, SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (Synchronous DRAM, SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (ddr Data Rate SDRAM, ddr SDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchlink DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The memory 52 of the systems and methods described herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
And the processor 51 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 51. The Processor 51 may be a general-purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 52, and the processor 51 reads the information in the memory 52 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
In some embodiments, the embodiments described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, or a combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, the Processing units may be implemented within one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, other electronic units configured to perform the functions described herein, or a combination thereof.
For a software implementation, the techniques described herein may be implemented with modules (e.g., procedures, functions, and so on) that perform the functions described herein. The software codes may be stored in a memory and executed by a processor. The memory may be implemented within the processor or external to the processor.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium, which stores an executable program, and when the executable program is executed by the processor 51, the steps of the information processing method applied to the cloud server or the terminal can be realized. For example, as one or more of the methods shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 or fig. 3.
In some embodiments, the computer storage medium may include: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should be noted that: the technical schemes described in the embodiments of the present invention can be combined arbitrarily without conflict.

Claims (11)

1. An image information processing method, applied to a vehicle, comprising:
collecting image information;
receiving a task request issued by a server to the vehicles in the specified second area range; the second area range refers to the area range where a set suspected specific event occurs or a specific person appears;
identifying whether specific information is contained in the image information; the specific information includes at least information usable to indicate the specific event or the specific character;
if the image information contains the specific information, acquiring the position information of the position of the vehicle when the image information is acquired;
reporting the image information containing the specific information and the position information to the server;
the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the vehicle is within a specified first area range; the first area range refers to a monitoring area range which is planned in advance and is performing monitoring;
and if so, not identifying whether the image information contains the specific information, and/or not reporting the image information containing the specific information and the position information to the server.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the image information contains the specific information, acquiring time information of the image information at the acquisition moment;
and reporting the time information to the server.
3. The method of claim 1,
the identifying whether the image information contains specific information includes:
and identifying whether the image information contains the specific information or not based on the specific information carried by the task request.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the specific information is information of a specific person, the information of the specific person includes first face image information of at least one specific person;
the identifying whether the image information contains the specific information based on the specific information carried by the task request includes:
detecting whether second face image information exists in the image information or not;
if second face image information exists, extracting the second face image information from the image information;
comparing the first face image information with the second face image information;
determining the similarity value of the first face image information and the second face image information according to the comparison result;
if the similarity value is larger than or equal to a threshold value, determining that the image information contains the specific information; and/or determining that the image information does not contain the specific information if the similarity value is smaller than a threshold value.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the specific information is event-specific information, the event-specific information includes feature information indicating a scene;
the identifying whether the image information contains specific information includes:
according to the analysis processing of the image information, determining whether the image information contains the characteristic information of the scene, if so, determining that the image information contains the specific information; and/or if not, determining that the specific information is not contained in the image information.
6. An image information processing method, applied to a server, includes:
issuing a task request to vehicles within the designated second area range; the second area range refers to the area range where a set suspected specific event occurs or a specific person appears;
receiving position information of the position of a vehicle at the acquisition moment of the image information and image information containing the specific information, which are acquired when the vehicle outside the first area range identifies that the acquired image information contains the specific information; the specific information includes at least information usable to indicate the specific event or the specific character;
when the vehicle is in the first area range, not identifying whether the image information contains the specific information, and/or not reporting the image information containing the specific information and the position information to the server;
wherein the first area range refers to a monitoring area range which is planned in advance and is performing monitoring.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and receiving the time information of the returned image information at the acquisition moment of the vehicle based on the specific information contained in the image information.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising: and issuing a task request to the vehicle, wherein the task request carries the specific information.
9. A vehicle, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor is configured to implement the image information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when running the computer program.
10. A server, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor is configured to implement the image information processing method of any one of claims 6 to 8 when running the computer program.
11. A computer storage medium characterized by storing an executable program that, when executed by a processor, implements the image information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 5; or, the image information processing method according to any one of claims 6 to 8 is implemented.
