if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k does not get off the vehicle midway, determining the driving information of each suspicious vehicle in the at least one suspicious vehicle based on the first target video;
if the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m is determined to be matched with the driving information of the target vehicle, determining the suspicious vehicle m as the target vehicle, and determining the person n in the target vehicle as a target person, wherein the suspicious vehicle m is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the second feature information includes a target time when the target vehicle stops at the target location, the driving information includes a passing location of the suspicious vehicle and a passing time when the suspicious vehicle passes the passing location, and in terms of determining that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m matches the driving information of the target vehicle, the program includes instructions specifically for executing the following steps:
analyzing the vehicle route and the place based on the driving information of each suspicious vehicle;
and if the passing point of the suspicious vehicle m comprises the target point, and the interval between the passing time of the suspicious vehicle m passing through the target point and the target time is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m is matched with the driving information of the target vehicle.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the monitoring system further includes a sensing device disposed at an exit of the parking lot, and after determining that the suspicious vehicle h is the target vehicle, the program includes instructions further for executing the following steps:
sending a second acquisition instruction to the perception device, wherein the second acquisition instruction carries the second characteristic information of the target vehicle, and the second acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the departure time of the target vehicle recorded by the perception device;
receiving the departure time of the target vehicle sent by the perception device;
sending the departure time to the public security server.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the monitoring system further includes at least one second handwriting device disposed outside the parking lot, and after sending the departure time to the public security server, the program includes instructions further for executing the following steps:
sending a monitoring instruction to the at least one second handwriting device, wherein the monitoring instruction carries the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, and the monitoring instruction is used for indicating the at least one second handwriting device to monitor the target person and the target vehicle;
and receiving a third geographic position sent by the at least one second handwriting device, wherein the third geographic position is a position where one of the target vehicle and the target person is monitored.
Sending the third geographic location to the public security server.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the second obtaining instruction is further configured to obtain parking information of the target vehicle recorded by the sensing device, and the program includes instructions further configured to:
receiving the parking information sent by the sensing device, wherein the parking information is determined when the sensing device monitors that the target vehicle leaves the parking lot;
and determining the identity information of the target person based on the parking information.
And sending the identity information of the target person to the public security server.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of the present embodiment, reference may be made to the specific implementation process described in the above method embodiment, and a description thereof is omitted here.
The above embodiments mainly introduce the scheme of the embodiments of the present application from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It will be appreciated that the hand-held device, in order to carry out the above-described functions, may comprise corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions. Those of skill in the art would readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the functional units of the handwriting device may be divided according to the method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
The following is an embodiment of the apparatus of the present application, which is used to execute the method implemented by the embodiment of the method of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a target search apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a monitoring system, where the monitoring system includes a first palm print device disposed in a parking lot, a public security server, and at least one monitoring device of the parking lot, and the apparatus includes:
the communication unit 501 is configured to receive a search instruction sent by the public security server, where the search instruction carries first characteristic information of a target person and second characteristic information of a target vehicle;
a determining unit 502 for determining at least one suspicious vehicle in the parking lot based on the second characteristic information;
the communication unit 501 is further configured to send a monitoring instruction to at least one monitoring device of the parking lot, where the monitoring instruction is used to instruct to monitor the at least one suspicious vehicle;
a determining unit 502, further configured to determine that a person i is the target person and determine that a suspicious vehicle h is the target vehicle when third feature information is matched with the first feature information, where the third feature information is determined when the monitoring device detects that the person i gets off the suspicious vehicle h, and the suspicious vehicle h is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle;
the communication unit 501 is further configured to send a search response instruction to the public security server, where the search response instruction carries a first geographic location of the target person in the parking lot, where the first geographic location is a location where one of the monitoring devices of the person i is monitored.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the monitoring system further includes at least one second handwriting device disposed outside the parking lot, and the communication unit 501 is further configured to send a first obtaining instruction to the at least one second handwriting device when the third feature information is not matched with the first feature information, where the first obtaining instruction is used to request to obtain a first target video associated with each suspicious vehicle; the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine whether the person in each suspicious vehicle gets off halfway based on the first target video; if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k gets off the vehicle in the midway, determining a second geographic position where the person j gets off the vehicle in the midway, wherein the second geographic position is the position where one second palm mark device of the person j is monitored, and the suspicious vehicle k is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle; the communication unit 501 is further configured to send the second geographic location to the public security server.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine driving information of each suspicious vehicle based on the first target video if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k does not get off the vehicle midway; if the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m is determined to be matched with the driving information of the target vehicle, determining the suspicious vehicle m as the target vehicle, and determining the person n in the target vehicle as a target person, wherein the suspicious vehicle m is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the second feature information includes a target time when the target vehicle stays at a target location, the driving information includes a passing location of a suspicious vehicle and a passing time when the suspicious vehicle passes through the passing location, and in terms of determining that driving information of the suspicious vehicle m matches driving information of the target vehicle, the second feature information further includes an analysis unit 503, configured to perform vehicle path location analysis based on driving information of each suspicious vehicle; the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m matches with the driving information of the target vehicle if the passing point of the suspicious vehicle m includes the target point, and an interval between the passing time of the suspicious vehicle m passing through the target point and the target time is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the monitoring system further includes a sensing device disposed at an exit of the parking lot, and the communication unit 501 is further configured to send a second obtaining instruction to the sensing device, where the second obtaining instruction carries the second feature information of the target vehicle, and the second obtaining instruction is used to obtain the time when the sensing device records the leaving time of the target vehicle; receiving the departure time of the target vehicle sent by the perception device; sending the departure time to the public security server.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the monitoring system further includes at least one second handwriting device disposed outside the parking lot, and after the leaving time is sent to the public security server, the communication unit 501 is further configured to send a monitoring instruction to the at least one second handwriting device, where the monitoring instruction carries the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, and the monitoring instruction is used to instruct the at least one second handwriting device to monitor the target person and the target vehicle; receiving a third geographic position sent by the at least one second handwriting device, wherein the third geographic position is a position where one of the target vehicle and the target person is monitored; sending the third geographic location to the public security server.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the second obtaining instruction is further configured to obtain parking information of the target person recorded by the sensing device, and the communication unit 501 is further configured to receive the parking information sent by the sensing device, where the parking information is determined when the sensing device monitors that the target vehicle leaves the parking lot; the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine identity information of the target person based on the parking information; the communication unit 501 is further configured to send the identity information of the target person to the public security server.
It should be noted that the communication unit 501 may be implemented by a communication interface, and the determination unit 502 and the processing unit 503 may be implemented by a processor.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program, where the computer program is executed by a processor to perform part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a palm-trace device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a palm print device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the above-described division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit may be stored in a computer readable memory if it is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or a part of or all or part of the technical solution contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a memory, and including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the above-mentioned method of the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned memory comprises: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (9)
1. A target searching method is applied to a monitoring system, wherein the monitoring system comprises a first palm print device arranged in a parking lot, a public security server and at least one monitoring device arranged in the parking lot, and the method comprises the following steps:
the first handwriting equipment receives a searching instruction sent by the public security server, wherein the searching instruction carries first characteristic information of a target person and second characteristic information of a target vehicle;
the first palm print device determines at least one suspicious vehicle in the parking lot based on the second characteristic information;
the first palm print device sends a monitoring instruction to at least one monitoring device of the parking lot, wherein the monitoring instruction is used for indicating that the at least one suspicious vehicle is monitored;
when third feature information is matched with the first feature information, the first handwriting device determines that a person i is the target person and determines that a suspicious vehicle h is the target vehicle, the third feature information is determined when the monitoring device detects that the person i gets off the suspicious vehicle h, and the suspicious vehicle h is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle;
the first handwriting equipment sends a search response instruction to the public security server, wherein the search response instruction carries a first geographical position of the target person in the parking lot, and the first geographical position is the position where one monitoring equipment of the person i is monitored;
wherein the monitoring system further comprises at least one second palm print device arranged outside the parking lot, and the method further comprises:
when the third feature information is not matched with the first feature information, the first handwriting equipment sends a first obtaining instruction to the at least one second handwriting equipment, wherein the first obtaining instruction is used for requesting to obtain a first target video associated with each suspicious vehicle;
the first handwriting equipment determines whether people in each suspicious vehicle get off the vehicle in the midway or not based on the first target video;
if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k gets off the vehicle midway, the first palmprint device determines a second geographic position of the person j getting off the vehicle midway, the second geographic position is the position where one second palmprint device of the person j is monitored, and the suspicious vehicle k is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle;
and the first handwriting equipment sends the second geographic position to the public security server.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k does not get off the vehicle midway, the first handwriting equipment determines the driving information of each suspicious vehicle based on the first target video;
if it is determined that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m is matched with the driving information of the target vehicle, the first tracing device determines the suspicious vehicle m as the target vehicle and determines the person n in the target vehicle as a target person, wherein the suspicious vehicle m is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the second feature information includes a target time at which the target vehicle stops at a target point, the driving information includes a passing point of the suspicious vehicle and a passing time through the passing point, and the determining that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m matches the driving information of the target vehicle includes:
the first palm mark device analyzes the vehicle path and the place based on the driving information of each suspicious vehicle;
and if the passing point of the suspicious vehicle m comprises the target point, and the interval between the passing time of the suspicious vehicle m passing through the target point and the target time is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, the first trace directing equipment determines that the driving information of the suspicious vehicle m is matched with the driving information of the target vehicle.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the monitoring system further comprises a sensing device provided at the exit of the parking lot, and wherein after determining that the suspicious vehicle h is the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
the first palm print device sends a second acquisition instruction to the sensing device, wherein the second acquisition instruction carries the second characteristic information of the target vehicle, and the second acquisition instruction is used for acquiring the departure time of the sensing device recorded by the target vehicle;
the first palm print device receives the departure time of the target vehicle sent by the sensing device;
and the first handwriting equipment sends the leaving time to the public security server.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the monitoring system further comprises at least one second palm print device located outside of the parking lot, the method further comprising, after sending the departure time to the police server:
the first handwriting equipment sends a monitoring instruction to the at least one second handwriting equipment, the monitoring instruction carries the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, and the monitoring instruction is used for indicating the at least one second handwriting equipment to monitor the target person and the target vehicle;
the first handwriting device receives a third geographic position sent by the at least one second handwriting device, wherein the third geographic position is the position of one of the second handwriting devices which monitors the target vehicle and the target person;
and the first handwriting equipment sends the third geographic position to the public security server.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the second acquisition instruction is further used for acquiring parking information of the target vehicle recorded by the perception device, and the method further comprises:
the first palm print device receives the parking information sent by the sensing device, wherein the parking information is determined when the sensing device monitors that the target vehicle leaves the parking lot;
the first handwriting equipment determines the identity information of the target person based on the parking information and sends the identity information of the target person to the public security server.
7. A target searching device is applied to a monitoring system, the monitoring system comprises a first palm mark device arranged in a parking lot, a public security server and at least one monitoring device arranged in the parking lot, and the device comprises:
the communication unit is used for receiving a search instruction sent by the public security server, wherein the search instruction carries first characteristic information of a target person and second characteristic information of a target vehicle;
a determination unit configured to determine at least one suspicious vehicle in the parking lot based on the second feature information;
the communication unit is further configured to send a monitoring instruction to at least one monitoring device of the parking lot, where the monitoring instruction is used to instruct to monitor the at least one suspicious vehicle;
the determining unit is further configured to determine that a person i is the target person and determine that a suspicious vehicle h is the target vehicle when third feature information is matched with the first feature information, where the third feature information is determined when the monitoring device detects that the person i gets off the suspicious vehicle h, and the suspicious vehicle h is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle;
the communication unit is further configured to send a search response instruction to the public security server, where the search response instruction carries a first geographic location of the target person in the parking lot, and the first geographic location is a location where one of the monitoring devices of the person i is monitored;
the monitoring system further comprises at least one second palm mark device arranged outside the parking lot;
the communication unit is further configured to send a first obtaining instruction to the at least one second handwriting device when the third feature information does not match the first feature information, where the first obtaining instruction is used to request to obtain a first target video associated with each suspicious vehicle;
the determining unit is further used for determining whether the person in each suspicious vehicle gets off halfway or not based on the first target video; if the person j in the suspicious vehicle k gets off the vehicle in the midway, determining a second geographic position where the person j gets off the vehicle in the midway, wherein the second geographic position is the position where one second palm mark device of the person j is monitored, and the suspicious vehicle k is one of the at least one suspicious vehicle;
the communication unit is further configured to send the second geographic location to the public security server.
8. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium is used to store a computer program, which is executed by a processor to implement the method according to any of claims 1-6.
