The first position sequence is determined by the position information corresponding to the acquired character unit selection request, and when the N character unit selection requests are acquired, the first position sequence comprises N pieces of position information. Correspondingly, the corresponding subsequence of the second position sequence also contains the position information with the same quantity as the first position sequence, and the corresponding subsequence formed by the first N position information in the second position sequence is obtained, so that whether the subsequence in the first position sequence is matched with the subsequence in the second position sequence is judged.

In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also proposes a confirmation apparatus for electronic clauses.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for confirming electronic clauses according to an embodiment of the present application.

The target splitting mode corresponding to the electronic clause is determined according to the number of the characters contained in the electronic clause, then each character unit in the electronic clause is determined according to the target splitting mode, and then each character unit in the electronic clause is displayed in a random sequencing mode, so that the rationality of character unit division is favorably improved, the condition that the divided character units are fewer and cannot cause attention of a user is avoided, the condition that the time for selecting the character units is prolonged due to too many divided character units is also favorably avoided, and the user experience is further improved.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the determining module 530 is specifically configured to determine that the electronic clause has been successfully confirmed if the first position sequence matches the second position sequence when the number of the obtained character unit selection requests is the same as the number of the character units included in the electronic clause.
In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the determining module 530 includes:
the determining unit 531 is configured to determine whether each subsequence in the first position sequence and the second position sequence matches, where the second position sequence includes M position information, and the subsequence is a sequence formed by the first N position information in the second position sequence, where M is a positive integer and N is a positive integer less than or equal to M.
The processing unit 532 is configured to obtain the position information corresponding to the new character unit selection request when the first position sequence matches with the corresponding subsequence in the second position sequence and N is less than M.
Further, the processing unit 532 is further configured to confirm that the electronic clause confirmation fails when any sub-sequence of the first sequence of positions and the second sequence of positions does not match.

When the electronic clause is failed to be confirmed, the first position sequence is cleared, all character units in the electronic clause are displayed in a reordering mode, the second position sequence is updated according to the position information of all the character units after the ordering display is updated and the sequence of all the character units in the electronic clause, the subsequent character unit selection can be timely stopped when the character sequence selection is wrong, the next character unit selection process can be timely started, the time is saved, and the electronic clause confirming efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the method for confirming electronic clauses also applies to the device for confirming electronic clauses of this embodiment, and the implementation principle thereof is similar and will not be described herein again.
The apparatus for confirming electronic clauses according to the embodiment of the present application determines, by acquiring the position information corresponding to the current character unit selection request, whether the first position sequence determined by the position information corresponding to each acquired character unit selection request matches with the second position sequence, and further confirms whether the electronic clause is successfully confirmed according to the matching result of the first position sequence and the second position sequence, where the second position sequence is determined according to the position information currently displayed by each character unit in the electronic clause and the order of each character unit in the electronic clause. Therefore, the position sequence formed by the position information of the character unit selected by the user is matched with the legal position sequence of the electronic clause, whether the electronic clause is successfully confirmed or not is determined according to the matching result, the cognition and understanding of the user on the electronic clause are enhanced, the reliable synchronization of the electronic clause is ensured, the attention degree of the user on the electronic clause is improved, disputes are favorably reduced, the integrity image of an enterprise is maintained, and the user experience is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 60 includes: a memory 610, a processor 620 and a computer program 630 stored on the memory 610 and executable on the processor 620, which when executed by the processor 620, implement the method of confirmation for electronic clauses as described in the previous embodiments.
In the electronic device of the embodiment, the processor implements the method for confirming the electronic clauses by executing the computer program stored in the memory, so that the position sequence formed by the position information of the character unit selected by the user is matched with the position sequence of the legal electronic clauses, whether the electronic clauses are successfully confirmed is determined according to the matching result, the cognition and understanding of the user on the electronic clauses are enhanced, the reliable synchronization of the electronic clauses is ensured, the attention degree of the user on the electronic clauses is improved, disputes are favorably reduced, the honest image of enterprises is maintained, and the user experience is improved.
An embodiment of the present application also proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the confirmation method for electronic clauses as in the previous embodiment.

1. A method for confirming an electronic clause, comprising:
acquiring position information corresponding to a current character unit selection request;
judging whether a first position sequence determined by position information corresponding to the acquired character unit selection request is matched with a second position sequence, wherein the second position sequence is determined according to the position information currently displayed by each character unit in the electronic clause and the sequence of each character unit in the electronic clause, and the position information currently displayed by each character unit is the position information of each character unit randomly disordered in the electronic clause so as to improve the attach degree of a user to the electronic clause when the user confirms the electronic clause;
confirming whether the electronic article is successfully confirmed according to the matching result of the first position sequence and the second position sequence;
wherein the confirming whether the electronic article is successfully confirmed according to the matching result of the first position sequence and the second position sequence comprises:
judging whether subsequences in the first position sequence and the second position sequence are matched or not, wherein the second position sequence comprises M pieces of position information, the subsequences are sequences formed by the first N pieces of position information in the second position sequence, M is a positive integer, and N is a positive integer smaller than or equal to M;
if the first position sequence is matched with the corresponding subsequence in the second position sequence and N is smaller than M, acquiring position information corresponding to a new character unit selection request;
if any subsequence in the first and second sequences of locations does not match, confirming that the electronic article has failed to confirm;
before randomly ordering and displaying each character unit in the electronic clause, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a target split mode corresponding to the electronic clause according to the number of characters contained in the electronic clause, wherein the target split mode is used for indicating the number of characters contained in a character unit;
determining each character unit in the electronic clauses according to the target splitting mode;
and carrying out random sequencing display on all character units in the electronic clause according to a preset sequencing display mode, wherein the preset sequencing display mode comprises large and small pixels of each character and interval pixels between adjacent character units.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said confirming whether the electronic article was successfully confirmed based on the matching of the first sequence of locations to the second sequence of locations comprises:
and if the first position sequence is matched with the second position sequence when the acquired character unit selection request quantity is the same as the character unit quantity contained in the electronic clause, determining that the electronic clause is successfully confirmed.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
determining that the electronic article has been successfully validated if the first sequence of locations matches a subsequence in the second sequence of locations and N equals M.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the electronic clause is confirmed to fail to be confirmed, clearing the first position sequence, reordering and displaying all character units in the electronic clause, and updating the second position sequence according to the position information of all the character units after the ordering and displaying are updated and the order of all the character units in the electronic clause.
5. A confirmation apparatus for electronic clauses, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information corresponding to the current character unit selection request;

the determining module is used for determining whether the electronic clauses are successfully determined according to the matching result of the first position sequence and the second position sequence;
wherein the determining module is further configured to: judging whether subsequences in the first position sequence and the second position sequence are matched or not, wherein the second position sequence comprises M pieces of position information, the subsequences are sequences formed by the first N pieces of position information in the second position sequence, M is a positive integer, and N is a positive integer smaller than or equal to M; if the first position sequence is matched with the corresponding subsequence in the second position sequence and N is smaller than M, acquiring position information corresponding to a new character unit selection request; if any subsequence in the first and second sequences of locations does not match, confirming that the electronic article has failed to confirm;
wherein the confirmation means for electronic clauses further comprises:
the split mode determining module is used for determining a target split mode corresponding to the electronic clause according to the number of characters contained in the electronic clause; the target split mode is used for indicating the number of characters included in a character unit;
the splitting module is used for determining each character unit in the electronic clause according to the target splitting mode;
and the random ordering module is used for randomly ordering and displaying the character units in the electronic clause according to a preset ordering display mode, wherein the preset ordering display mode comprises the large and small pixels of each character and the interval pixels between adjacent character units.
