The display device comprises a panel and a cover plate arranged on the panel. OCA optical cement includes first OCA optical cement layer and second OCA optical cement layer. In an embodiment of the disclosure, the method for disassembling a display device further includes a cleaning step, where the cleaning step includes heating and removing the first OCA optical adhesive layer and the second OCA optical adhesive layer attached to the cover plate.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cleaning step includes cleaning the cover plate.

The second OCA optical adhesive layer 104 is disposed on the first OCA optical adhesive layer 102 and is used for attaching to the panel 202. The adhesiveness of the first OCA optical adhesive layer 102 is greater than that of the second OCA optical adhesive layer 104.

The cover plate 204 can be easily cleaned no matter how much residual glue is left due to the material characteristics, such as the hard and corrosion-resistant material of the cover plate 204, and the reworking can be performed by heating and removing the first OCA optical adhesive layer 102 and the second OCA optical adhesive layer 104 attached to the cover plate 204, and then wiping and cleaning the cover plate 204 with a large amount of alcohol by using a dust-free cloth.
In the disassembly method of the OCA optical cement for the display device and the display device of the embodiment of the disclosure, the first OCA optical cement layer is used for attaching the cover plate, the second OCA optical cement layer is arranged on the first OCA optical cement layer and used for attaching the panel, and the viscosity of the first OCA optical cement layer is greater than that of the second OCA optical cement layer, so that the OCA optical cement is easily separated from the panel.

freezing, namely freezing a display device to be disassembled at a freezing temperature, wherein the display device to be disassembled comprises a cover plate, a first OCA optical adhesive layer, a second OCA optical adhesive layer and a panel which are sequentially attached from top to bottom, the second OCA optical adhesive layer is arranged on the first OCA optical adhesive layer and is used for being attached to the panel, the viscosity of the first OCA optical adhesive layer is greater than that of the second OCA optical adhesive layer, the hardening temperature of the first OCA optical adhesive layer is lower than that of the second OCA optical adhesive layer, the freezing temperature is set as the hardening temperature of the second OCA optical adhesive layer, the first OCA optical adhesive layer is not completely hardened and has viscosity at the freezing temperature, and the second OCA optical adhesive layer is completely hardened at the freezing temperature; and
and a disassembling step of taking out the frozen display device to be disassembled, wherein the first OCA optical adhesive layer and the second OCA optical adhesive layer are remained on the cover plate, and no first OCA optical adhesive layer and no second OCA optical adhesive layer are remained on the panel, so that the panel is separated from the cover plate.
2. The disassembling method of the display device according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning step including cleaning the separated panel.
