本发明公开了一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、在台板上涂布前清洁台板表面,去除台板表面的污染物;S2、通过喷涂、滚涂、刷涂或丝网印刷的方式将可剥离印花台板底涂均匀涂布在台板上,烤干;S3、烤干完成后,重复进行步骤S2若干次,即可。本发明采用上述可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,操作简单,性能优越,无环境污染。

可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及印花台板纸,特别是涉及一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺。
背景技术
台板印花机就是在目前传统手工丝网印刷台板上,自动行走代替现有的走板工进行不同尺寸、花位、工艺印花的新型台板印花设备。目前市场上的纺织品大多使用台板印花机印刷的方式获得各种彩色纹理图案,印刷过程中承印物必须固定在台面才能保证最终图案清晰、完整。由于织物都很柔软,无法用机械方式固定,实际应用中都是在在台面上的台板纸上涂一层胶水,用胶水将织物粘在印刷台面上,印刷结束后再用一定外力将承印物从胶水上分离。
目前,台板纸具有如下缺陷:
1、大台面贴台板纸容易产生气泡,至少需要两人辅助铺贴,效率不高;
2、容易翘边,影响印刷;
3、长时间使用会导致剥离困难,容易残胶;
4、纸基表面吸收性强,一般需要上两遍胶水,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,操作简单,性能优越,无环境污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、在台板上涂布前清洁台板表面,去除台板表面的污染物,如灰尘、油脂;
S2、通过喷涂、滚涂、刷涂或丝网印刷的方式将可剥离印花台板底涂均匀涂布在台板上,烤干;
S3、烤干完成后,重复进行步骤S2若干次,即可。
优选的,步骤S2中,使用80-100目丝网进行印刷。
优选的,步骤S2中,台板上涂料烤干的温度为100-150℃,烘烤时间为1.5分钟。
优选的,步骤S3中,重复进行步骤S2两次。
优选的,台板为金属印花台板或玻璃印花台板。
优选的,涂料的成分为水性丙烯酸乳液10~30%,水性聚氨酯分散体60~80%,pH调节剂0.05~0.2%,润湿剂0.1~2%,消泡剂0.1~1%,增稠剂0.1~1%,蜡乳液3~5%,水0~20%,杀菌剂0.05~0.2%。
因此,本发明采用上述可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,操作简单,性能优越,无环境污染。
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施方式做进一步的说明。
一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、在台板上涂布前清洁台板表面,去除台板表面的污染物,如灰尘、油脂;
S2、通过喷涂、滚涂、刷涂或丝网印刷的方式将可剥离印花台板底涂均匀涂布在台板上,烤干;
涂料的成分为水性丙烯酸乳液10~30%,水性聚氨酯分散体60~80%,pH调节剂0.05~0.2%,润湿剂0.1~2%,消泡剂0.1~1%,增稠剂0.1~1%,蜡乳液3~5%,水0~20%,杀菌剂0.05~0.2%。
步骤S2中,使用80-100目丝网进行印刷。
步骤S2中,台板上涂料烤干的温度为100-150℃,烘烤时间为1.5分钟。
S3、烤干完成后,重复进行步骤S2若干次,即可。
步骤S3中,一般重复进行步骤S2两次。
可剥离印花台板底涂的性能具有以下特性:较好的耐水性、耐热性、耐磨性、易剥离,且在各类不同台板上具有良好的附着力。
本发明提供了一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,制作的台板纸与目前现有的市场中台板纸进行对照测试试验,现有技术的台板纸为对照组,本发明支撑的台板纸为试验组,试验组采用100目丝网进行印刷,步骤S2重复进行3次印刷;对照组与试验组数据均在铝合金拉丝台板上进行测试,铝合金拉丝台板的尺寸为85mm*62mm,铝合金拉丝台板的台面基本情况相同;对照组与试验组的台板纸尺寸均为70mm*60mm。对照组与试验组的测试结果如下:
通过对照组与试验组的对比试验结果,可以发现试验组即采用本发明的工艺制成的台板纸的性能优越,相较于现有的台板纸使用效果更佳,不易产生破损。
因此,本发明采用上述可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,操作简单,性能优越,无环境污染。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在台板上涂布前清洁台板表面,去除台板表面的污染物,如灰尘、油脂;
S2、通过喷涂、滚涂、刷涂或丝网印刷的方式将可剥离印花台板底涂均匀涂布在台板上,烤干;
S3、烤干完成后,重复进行步骤S2若干次,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中,使用80-100目丝网进行印刷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中,台板上涂料烤干的温度为100-150℃,烘烤时间为1.5分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,重复进行步骤S2两次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可剥离印花台板底涂的应用工艺,其特征在于:台板为金属印花台板或玻璃印花台板。
