Because the shell used as a finished product part has a plurality of matching sizes inside, the requirement on form and position tolerance is very high, the shell and accessories inside are matching pieces, and mounting holes at two ends of the shell have very high coaxiality requirements.

(8) baking: placing the part in an oven after standing for 6h at room temperature, setting the temperature at 120-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for not less than 120 min;
(9) and (3) circulating hole sealing: repeating the step (6) to the step (8);
(10) cooling: after the part is cooled, hole sealing is finished;
(11) and (4) test inspection: the test examinations were carried out using conventional methods.
The special oil removing agent in the step (2) can be acetone, butanone, gasoline, alkaline oil removing or cleaning agent.
The steam cleaning machine in the step (3) comprises a shell, a spray gun and a power supply which are matched with the shell, a valve group which is arranged in the shell and used for adjusting water flow, a sensor group which is arranged in the shell and used for sensing, and a water supply assembly which is arranged in the shell and used for supplying liquid medicine and water flow.
