Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of repairing of combined transmission generator housings, in particular to a method for repairing a combined transmission generator housing again.
Background
When the combined transmission generator shell is used in an external field, leakage faults outside the shell often occur, and the leakage phenomenon of the shell is more and more along with the increase of the using time. The shell is the most important part of the group distribution, and once scrapped, the whole product is scrapped. The group transmission price value is high, spare parts are in short supply, the economic loss of scrapping is large, and the combat readiness training is seriously influenced. The domestic repair enterprises have no case leakage repair capability, and manufacturers treat the case leakage repair capability in a repair welding mode, but the case leakage repair capability is not suitable for repair products.
The existing repair welding technology generally has two types: firstly, a direct repair welding process method is adopted for the leakage position of the shell at high temperature; and secondly, under the condition that the leakage points of the shell are few, a threaded hole is formed in the leakage point, a stud with the same thread and proper thickness is manufactured, the stud is screwed into the thread and then the periphery of the stud is sealed by repair welding, and then the protruding stud is polished to be flush.
Because the shell used as a finished product part has a plurality of matching sizes inside, the requirement on form and position tolerance is very high, the shell and accessories inside are matching pieces, and mounting holes at two ends of the shell have very high coaxiality requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for repairing a combined transmission generator shell.
A method for repairing a combined transmission generator shell comprises the following specific steps:
(1) shot blasting and paint removing: compressed air is adopted to drive the iron shots to realize paint removal through high-speed spraying of a special tool;
(2) removing oil from parts: degreasing by using a special degreasing agent;
(3) saturated steam cleaning:
a: adding water and liquid medicine into a steam cleaning machine;
b: when the steam pressure reaches a specified value, the power switch is turned on, and the steam can be used;
c: aligning the part to be cleaned with a spray gun, and repeatedly washing;
d: after the cleaning, placing the mixture in a shade place for natural cooling;
(4) heating: the heating temperature of the parts is 120-140 ℃, and the heat preservation time is not less than 60 min;
(5) and (3) drying: putting the parts into an oven, setting the temperature at 120-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for not less than 120 min;
(6) preparing a hole sealing agent: uniformly stirring the resin and the curing agent according to a certain proportion to form a hole sealing agent;
(7) brushing: after the part is taken out, brushing the surface of the part needing hole sealing by using a brush immediately;
(8) baking: placing the part in an oven after standing for 6h at room temperature, setting the temperature at 120-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for not less than 120 min;
(9) and (3) circulating hole sealing: repeating the step (6) to the step (8);
(10) cooling: after the part is cooled, hole sealing is finished;
(11) and (4) test inspection: the test examinations were carried out using conventional methods.
The special oil removing agent in the step (2) can be acetone, butanone, gasoline, alkaline oil removing or cleaning agent.
The steam cleaning machine in the step (3) comprises a shell, a spray gun and a power supply which are matched with the shell, a valve group which is arranged in the shell and used for adjusting water flow, a sensor group which is arranged in the shell and used for sensing, and a water supply assembly which is arranged in the shell and used for supplying liquid medicine and water flow.
The valve group comprises a first drain valve and a second drain valve for draining water, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve, a fourth electromagnetic valve, a fifth electromagnetic valve for regulating water flow, a first check valve, a second check valve, a third check valve, an adjustable flow dividing valve and a liquid discharge valve for discharging liquid medicine.
The sensor group comprises a water level sensor for adjusting the water level, a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature, a pressure sensor for sensing the water pressure and a liquid level sensor for sensing the liquid medicine level.
The water supply assembly comprises a water tank, a high-pressure water supply pump matched with the water tank, a motor connected with the high-pressure water supply pump, a steam boiler matched with the water tank, an electric heating pipe arranged in the steam boiler, a pressure gauge matched with the water tank and a liquid medicine tank matched with the water tank.
The weight ratio of the resin and the curing agent in the step (6) is 2:1, the selected resin is colorless, and the curing agent is dark.
The configured sealing agent needs to be used within 1 h.
The step (7) needs to be maintained for 30-40 s after the sealant is fully distributed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: parts are cleaned by a steam cleaning machine, the movement speed of the dirt surface molecule-resistant is accelerated by steam generated at high temperature, and various stubborn stains are eliminated by destroying the binding force between the parts, so that the removing effect is good; utilize hole sealing process flow repeated to restore combination transmission generator casing, increase casing seepage repair ability, reduce purchasing pressure, promote and equip the guarantee ability.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a method for repairing a combined transmission generator housing includes the following steps:
(1) shot blasting and paint removing: compressed air is adopted to drive the iron shots to realize paint removal through high-speed spraying of a special tool;
(2) removing oil from parts: degreasing by using a special degreasing agent;
(3) saturated steam cleaning:
a: adding water and liquid medicine into a steam cleaning machine;
b: when the steam pressure reaches a specified value, the power switch is turned on, and the steam can be used;

d: after the cleaning, placing the mixture in a shade place for natural cooling;

The valve group comprises a first drain valve 3 and a second drain valve 9 for draining water, a first electromagnetic valve 5, a second electromagnetic valve 13, a third electromagnetic valve 17, a fourth electromagnetic valve 18, a fifth electromagnetic valve 23, a first check valve 8 for adjusting the water flow direction, a second check valve 15, a third check valve 21, an adjustable diverter valve 22 and a drain valve 26 for draining liquid medicine.
The sensor group comprises a water level sensor 4 for adjusting the water level, a temperature sensor 11 for sensing the temperature, a pressure sensor 14 for sensing the water pressure and a liquid level sensor 25 for sensing the liquid medicine level.
The water supply assembly comprises a water tank 2, a high-pressure water supply pump 6 matched with the water tank 2, a motor 7 connected with the high-pressure water supply pump 6, a steam boiler 10 matched with the water tank 2, an electric heating pipe 12 arranged in the steam boiler 10, a pressure gauge 16 matched with the water tank 2 and a liquid medicine tank 24 matched with the water tank 2.
The steam cleaning machine is used for cleaning parts, the movement speed of the dirt surface molecule-resistant is accelerated through steam generated at high temperature, and various stubborn stains are eliminated by destroying the binding force between the dirt surface molecule-resistant and the dirt surface molecule-resistant, so that the removing effect is good.
The weight ratio of the resin and the curing agent in the step (6) is 2:1, the selected resin is colorless, and the curing agent is dark.

(2) removing oil from parts: degreasing by using a special degreasing agent;
(3) saturated steam cleaning:
a: adding water and liquid medicine into a steam cleaning machine;
b: turning on a power switch to start to use when the steam pressure reaches a specified value;
c: aligning the part to be cleaned with a spray gun, and repeatedly washing;
d: after the cleaning, placing the mixture in a shade place for natural cooling;
(4) heating: the heating temperature of the parts is 120-140 ℃, and the heat preservation time is not less than 60 min;
(5) and (3) drying: putting the parts into an oven, setting the temperature at 120-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for not less than 120 min;
