Four stations are arranged on the indexing turntable 11 and are sequentially divided into a 0-degree station, a 90-degree station, a 180-degree station and a 270-degree station in the clockwise direction; the feeding conveyer belt 4 is positioned in front of the 0-degree station, the spraying mechanism 7 is positioned in front of the 90-degree station, the baking mechanism 8 is positioned in front of the 180-degree station, and the discharging conveyer belt 9 is positioned in front of the 270-degree station; the L-shaped support 12 is connected with the indexing turntable 11 through bolts, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the L-shaped support 12, so that the strength and the stability of the L-shaped support 12 are improved. The lifting mechanism 2 is sleeved on the horizontal part of the L-shaped bracket 12.
The lifting mechanism 2 comprises a first horizontal plate 21, a first inverted U-shaped support 22 arranged on the first horizontal plate 21, a vertical cylinder 23 arranged on the first horizontal plate 21 and a hook 24 arranged on the vertical cylinder 23. The upper surface of the first inverted U-shaped bracket 22 is provided with a fixing sleeve 25, and the fixing sleeve 25 is sleeved on the horizontal part of the L-shaped bracket 12, so that the lifting mechanism 2 is connected with the L-shaped bracket 12. The number of the vertical cylinders 23 is 3, and the vertical cylinders 23 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the first horizontal plate 21; the first horizontal plate 21 is provided with a through hole for the end of the piston rod of the vertical cylinder 23 to pass through, and the vertical part of the hook 24 is in threaded connection with the end of the piston rod of the vertical cylinder 23. The hook 24 is used for hooking the material taking mechanism 3, and the vertical cylinder 23 is used for driving the hook 24 to vertically move so as to drive the material taking mechanism 3 to vertically move to finish material taking or material placing.
The material taking mechanism 3 comprises a second horizontal plate 31, a second inverted-U-shaped support 32 arranged on the second horizontal plate 31 and a plurality of suckers 33 arranged on the second horizontal plate 31, the upper end of the second inverted-U-shaped support 32 is connected with the hook 24, and the lower end of the second inverted-U-shaped support is connected with the upper surface of the second horizontal plate 31 through bolts. The sucking disc 33 is fixed on the lower surface of the second horizontal plate 31 through a fixing rod, the number of the sucking discs 33 can be set as required, 8 sucking discs are arranged in the embodiment, and the sucking discs 33 are arranged along the length direction of the second horizontal plate 31 at equal intervals. A plurality of positioning seats 5 are arranged on the feeding conveyer belt 4, the positioning seats 5 are arranged in a right-angled trapezoid shape, the inclined surfaces of the positioning seats face upwards, and the inclination angle of each inclined surface is consistent with that of the upper surface of the heel; the inclined plane is provided with a profiling platform 51 which has the same shape with the upper surface of the heel, and the profiling platform 51 is provided with a cylinder which is matched with a nail hole on the upper surface of the heel for realizing the positioning and fixing of the heel. The distance between every two adjacent positioning seats 5 is consistent with the interval between the suckers 33. A positioning sensor 6 is arranged at the front end of the feeding conveyor belt 4 on the bottom plate 1, a support rod is arranged on the bottom plate 1, the positioning sensor 6 is arranged at the end part of the support rod, and the end part of the support rod is positioned at the half height of the heel; when the shoe heel taking device works, a person puts a shoe heel on the positioning seat 5, then the feeding conveyer belt 4 conveys the shoe heel to a feeding area, and the positioning sensor 6 is used for positioning the positioning seat 5 on the feeding conveyer belt 4, so that the position of the positioning seat 5 corresponds to the position of the sucking disc 33 when taking materials, and the material taking mechanism 3 is convenient to take materials; when the first positioning seat 5 on the feeding conveyer belt 4 moves to the position of the positioning sensor 6, the feeding conveyer belt 4 stops working, and the lifting mechanism 2 drives the material taking mechanism 3 to move downwards to a material taking position for taking materials; and then the intermittent divider drives the indexing turntable 11 to rotate above the spraying mechanism 7, and the lifting mechanism 2 drives the material taking mechanism 3 to move downwards to place the heels into the spraying mechanism 7 for spraying paint.
The spraying mechanism 7 comprises a spraying platform 71 arranged on the bottom plate 1 and a protective box 72 arranged on the periphery of the spraying platform 71; the spraying platform 71 is provided with positioning seats 5 along the length direction thereof, and the number of the positioning seats 5 and the distance between every two adjacent positioning seats 5 are consistent with the distance between the suckers 33. The two sides of the spraying platform 71 are both provided with a moving mechanism 73, and the moving mechanisms 73 are arranged into sliding rails and sliding blocks; the slide rails are connected with the outer side face of the spraying platform 71 through bolts, the slide blocks on the two slide rails are arranged oppositely, and horizontal cylinders for driving the slide blocks to slide are arranged at two ends of the spraying platform 71; a moving plate 74 is arranged on the upper surface of the sliding block, a supporting column is arranged on the moving plate 74 and is vertically placed, a horizontal rod is arranged on one side, facing the spraying platform 71, of the supporting column, and a spray gun 75 is arranged at the end part of the horizontal rod; the spray gun 75 is connected to a paint containing device (not shown). The working process of the device is as follows: firstly, the heels are manually placed on the positioning seats 5 on the feeding conveyer belt 4, and a feeding robot can be used for feeding in the process; then, the feeding conveyer belt 4 is started to convey the heels to a feeding area until the first positioning seat 5 reaches the positioning sensor 6, the feeding conveyer belt 4 stops moving, the lifting mechanism 2 drives the material taking mechanism 3 to move downwards to a material taking position, vacuum is opened, material taking is carried out, and after material taking is finished; the lifting mechanism 2 drives the material taking mechanism 3 to move upwards for a certain distance; then the intermittent divider drives the indexing turntable 11 to rotate so as to drive the material taking mechanism 3 to rotate to the position above the spraying mechanism 7, the material taking mechanism 3 goes down, the cover plate 721 is opened, the material taking mechanism 3 continues to move downwards to a material placing position, a heel is placed on the positioning seat 5, vacuum is closed, then the lifting mechanism 2 is started to drive the material taking mechanism 3 to move upwards, when the material taking mechanism 3 completely leaves the protection box 72, the cover plate 721 is closed, the spray gun 75 sprays the heel, and when spraying is performed, the moving mechanisms 73 on the two sides of the spraying platform 71 drive the spray gun 75 to move relatively, so that two sides of the heel are sprayed simultaneously.
