Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a tumor marking device which comprises a solid body, wherein a drug attachment layer for attaching an anti-tumor drug is sheathed outside the solid body in a wrapping manner, a fixing layer is sheathed outside the drug attachment layer in a wrapping manner, and a plurality of drug outlets are formed in the fixing layer; and the solid body and the fixed layer are made of inert metal materials. The device of the invention has the functions of a drug carrier and a marking and positioning function, the drug can directly treat tumor tissues, and the inert metal material is convenient for identifying and tracking radiotherapy equipment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a tumor marking device.
Background
The tumor can be positioned immediately after being marked, so that the radiotherapy equipment can be positioned to the tumor more accurately, the pertinence and accuracy of radiotherapy are improved, the damage to the healthy tissues of a human body is reduced, and the pain of a patient is relieved. For example, chinese patent CN 207085091U discloses a tumor marker device, which includes a marking unit, where the marking unit includes a spherical mark and a truncated cone-shaped mark, the bottom of the truncated cone-shaped mark is connected to the spherical mark, the axis of the truncated cone-shaped mark passes through the spherical center of the spherical mark, and the marking unit is made of titanium alloy. The titanium alloy material is an inert metal material, is easy to track and position, is harmless to a human body after being carried for a long time, and does not influence conventional medical examination. The device is directly placed in tumor tissues, and can shield signals sent by the therapeutic instrument, realize the positioning and tracking of tumors, and is convenient to use. Chinese patent CN 206809339U discloses a shallow cavity titanium marking device, which comprises a titanium feeding mechanism, a puncture needle and an ejection mechanism, and titanium particles are injected into a shallow lesion part by utilizing the device to mark a lesion area.
The marking device only has one function of marking and positioning and has no other functions. Although the adopted titanium material is not harmful to the human body, the titanium material is foreign matter to the human body after all, the implantation operation is not easy, if other structures can be added into the injected titanium material to ensure that the titanium material has the function of a drug therapy carrier, the dual effects can be achieved, after the tumor is positioned by using an instrument, a specific drug can be injected into a positioning point, and the tumor therapy effect can be greatly improved.
In summary, there is a need to develop a tumor marker device having both the drug carrier function and the marker localization function.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a tumor marker device, which has both the drug carrier function and the marker positioning function.
The tumor marking device provided by the invention comprises a solid body, wherein a drug attachment layer for attaching an anti-tumor drug is coated and sleeved outside the solid body, a fixing layer is coated and sleeved outside the drug attachment layer, and a plurality of drug outlets are formed in the fixing layer; and the solid body and the fixed layer are made of inert metal materials.
Preferably, in the tumor marker device, the shape of the drug outlet is an arc, a circle, a ring, or an irregularly shaped curve.
Preferably, in the tumor marking device, the shapes of the different medicine outlets on each fixing layer are not completely consistent.
Preferably, in the tumor marker device, the drug attachment layer is provided with a convex hemisphere.
Preferably, in the tumor marking device, the radius of the convex hemisphere is 0.01-0.01 mm.
Preferably, in the tumor marker device, the surface of the convex hemisphere and the surface of the drug attachment layer are both provided with a plurality of penetration holes.
Preferably, in the tumor marker device, the diameter of the penetration hole is less than or equal to 5 μm.

Preferably, in the tumor labeling device, the drug attachment layer is made of a medical polymer material, a natural polymer material, an inert metal material or a ceramic material.
Compared with the prior art, the tumor marking device provided by the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
the solid body is used for supporting the whole tumor marking device, the drug attachment layer is used for attaching anti-tumor drugs, the fixing layer is used for contacting with the tumor and firmly fixing the tumor marking device on the tumor, long-term positioning is facilitated, and the drug outlet is used for enabling the drugs attached to the drug attachment layer to be smoothly dissolved into tumor tissues. The different medicine outlets on each fixing layer are not completely consistent in shape, different friction force, adhesion force and the like exist between the irregular medicine outlet and tumor tissues, and the tumor tissues are irregular in shape.
The device of the invention has the functions of a drug carrier and a marking and positioning function, and is placed in drug powder or a drug carrier for a period of time before being placed in tumor tissue, so that the drug is attached to the drug attachment layer and then is placed in the tumor tissue, and the drug directly has the treatment effect on the tumor tissue, and especially when the drug attachment layer is prepared by adopting a drug slow-release material, the long-acting and direct drug treatment effect can be realized. If the tumor marking device is a shallow cavity part such as an oral cavity, a cervix, a vagina and the like, the drug can be directly injected into the drug outlet of the tumor marking device again through the injector for chemotherapy, the device which is arranged in the tumor tissue is utilized to the maximum extent, and the operation of arranging other foreign matters in the body is reduced.

In order to make the medicine attached on the medicine attaching layer 2 smoothly dissolve into the tumor tissue, a plurality of medicine outlets 31 are arranged on the fixing layer 3. The shape of the medicine outlet 31 is an arc, a circle, a ring or an irregular curve, the shapes of different medicine outlets 31 on each fixing layer 3 are not completely consistent, different friction force, adhesion force and the like exist between the irregular medicine outlet 31 and tumor tissues, and in addition, the shapes of the tumor tissues are irregular, the medicine outlets 31 with different shapes can be tightly combined with the tumor tissues, so that the stability of the tumor marking device on the tumor tissues is further improved.
The solid body 1 and the fixed layer 3 are made of inert metal materials, such as pure gold and titanium alloy, which are harmless to human body, can be used for a long time and are convenient for identifying and tracking radiotherapy equipment. The drug attachment layer 2 is made of a material with good biological compatibility or less harm to human body, such as medical high polymer materials like medical silica gel films and synthetic fibers, natural high polymer materials like albumin, polypeptides and natural rubber, inert metal materials like niobium-titanium alloy layers, and ceramic materials. The invention includes the following examples.
Example 1
A tumor marking device is shown in figures 1-2 and comprises a solid body 1, wherein a drug attachment layer 2 is coated and sleeved outside the solid body 1, and a fixing layer 3 is coated and sleeved outside the drug attachment layer 2; the solid body 1 is a solid cylinder, the drug attachment layer 2 and the fixing layer 3 are cylindrical shells with non-open ends, and the three are sleeved from inside to outside in sequence; or the solid body 1 is a solid cylinder, the drug attachment layer 2 and the fixing layer 3 are both cylindrical pipes with openings at two ends, and the three are sleeved from inside to outside in sequence; the medicine outlet 31 on the side wall of the fixed layer 3 is arc-shaped and semicircular. The solid body 1 and the fixed layer 3 are made of inert titanium alloy materials, and the drug attachment layer 2 is a niobium-titanium alloy layer.
Example 2
A tumor marker device having substantially the same structure as in example 1, except that: the drug attachment layer 2 is provided with a convex hemisphere 21, referring to fig. 3-4, the radius of the convex hemisphere 21 is 0.01-0.01mm, a gap is left between the drug attachment layer 2 and the fixed layer 3 due to the existence of the convex hemisphere 21, and drugs attached to the drug attachment layer 2 can extend into tumor tissues along the secondary gap.
Example 3
A tumor marker device having substantially the same structure as in example 2, except that: the surface of the convex hemisphere 21 and the surface of the drug attachment layer 2 are both provided with a plurality of permeation holes, and the diameters of the permeation holes are less than or equal to 5 microns. The arrangement of the permeation holes increases the contact area between the medicine and the medicine attachment layer 2, increases the medicine loading capacity and increases the medicine loading firmness. The drug attachment layer 2 is made of ceramic material.
Example 4

The tumor marking device is characterized by comprising a solid body (1), wherein a drug attachment layer (2) for attaching an anti-tumor drug is sheathed outside the solid body (1) in a wrapping manner, a fixing layer (3) is sheathed outside the drug attachment layer (2) in a wrapping manner, and a plurality of drug outlets (31) are formed in the fixing layer (3); the solid body (1) and the fixed layer (3) are made of inert metal materials; the shape of the medicine outlet (31) is arc, round, annular or irregular curve; a convex hemisphere (21) is arranged on the drug attachment layer (2), the radius of the convex hemisphere (21) is 0.01-0.01mm, a plurality of permeation holes are formed in the surface of the convex hemisphere (21) and the surface of the drug attachment layer (2), and the diameters of the permeation holes are less than or equal to 5 microns;
